Abstract

Social capital is a set of values or norms embodied in behavior that encourages the ability and capability to work together and coordinate for a significant contribution to sustainable productivity. There are three elements of social capital parameters: trust, norms and networks. Democracy has social capital in the form of freedom, equality and justice. Therefore, working democracy through social capital needs to go hand in hand. In addition, through strong social capital, conflicts between communities can be mitigated through the local wisdom of the region. This research then looks at how strengthening social capital in Indonesia can improve the quality of democracy and reduce the potential dangers of horizontal conflict in society. This research will be carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The data used in this research comes from a literature study of research results and previous studies that are still relevant to this research. This study then found that a trust is a form of social capital that can improve the quality of democracy in Indonesia. Through a government that can be trusted, people can feel justice in a democracy. In addition, social capital through local wisdom can reduce the occurrence of social conflicts that occur in a society

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much employee engagement (X1) and work ethic (X2) influence employee work productivity (Y) at PT Cipta Langgeng Mitra Sukses Gorontalo. The sampling technique used in this study was a simple random sample of 94 respondents, while the main data collection was through a list of statements tested through validity and reliability tests. While the analysis technique used is the path analysis technique. The first test results show that simultaneously the employee engagement variable (X1) and work ethic (X2) affect employee work productivity at PT. Tcipta Langgeng Maitra Sukses, which is 0.795 or 79.5%. The results of partial hypothesis testing for each employee engagement variable (X1) amounted to 0.394, and the work ethic variable amounted to 0.482. And there is an epsilon in this study of 0.205, which is not contained in this research model.

Abstract

Inbound marketing telah menjadi pilihan populer dewasa ini dibandingkan pemasaran konvensional sebagai dampak perubahan perilaku konsumen. Dengan memanfaatkan flatform sosial media seperti facebook, Instagram dan Youtube , food vlogger dan content creator memaksimalkan perannya sebagai digital influencer marketing. Akun Lhela Make-Up menjadi salah satu akun yang menjadi bahan kajian, dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif, penelitian ini akan menajwab permasalahan peneltian yaitu bagaimana peran food vlogger dan content creator dalam memotivasi pengambilan keputusan berwirausaha dan bagaimana menjelaskan peran mereka dalam tinjauan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan social attractiveness dari food vlogger telah dengan indkitor pembawaan yang menarik dan atraktif berhasil menumbuhkan sikap percaya diri (confident) dan kreatifitas (creativity) sehingga membangkitkan jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik akun lhela make-up dan mempengaruhinya dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan untuk berwirausaha kuliner. Sedangkan content creator membuat keterampilan memasak pemilik akun Facebook Lhela Make-Up menjadi lebih meningkat, menambah pemahaman tentang perencanaan serta manajemen bahan baku, bagaimana membuat manajemen waktu dalam memasak, membuat pengemasan yang baik dan teknik pemasaran yang bisa dijalankan nanti sehubungan dengan bisnis kuliner yang akan dijalankannya. Abstract

  Pupuk merupakan kebutuhan primer suatu tanaman untuk pertumbuhan dan produktivitasnya.  Kebiasaan penggunaan pupuk anorganik memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan pengurangan subsidi terhadap pupuk sehingga perlu kemandirian petani untuk memproduksi sendiri pupuk organik.   Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membimbing dan melatih petani untuk terampil dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dan pestisida nabati sehingga tidak bergantung pada pupuk dan pestisida yang dibeli di pasaran.  Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan dimana peserta melaksanakan seluruh proses dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dan pestisida nabati.  Bahan-bahan yang digunakan adalah bahan organik yang mudah diperoleh dan terdapat di wilayah setempat. Pada kegiatan ini dihasilkan pupuk organik (kompos dan pupuk organik cair) dan pestisida nabati.  Peserta dapat menyebutkan bahan-bahan yang digunakan dan cara pembuatannya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengelolaan Pariwisata di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil telaah beberapa dokumen perencanaan daerah baik di Sulawesi Tenggara maupun daerah banding lainnya dan pendalaman dengan pengelola kebijakan pariwisata dan dianalisa dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa pengelolaan pariwisata selalu bertumpu pada perencanaan yang menegaskan potensi  pada setiap wilayah, dan selalu mengoptimalkan peran lembaga pengelola baik itu lembaga pemerintah maupun lembaga yang mengusahakan industri pariwisata. Saran yang disampaikan adalah  semua elemen pengelola perlu melakukan inovasi  yang  signifikan terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan usaha wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh kepribadian dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organosasional pada Kantor Kepolisian Daerah Gorontalo  Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel senbanyak 53 orang, angket merupakan alat pengumpul data pokok dan data diuji melalui analisis jalur Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian (X1), dan persepsi dukungan organisasl (X2) secara simultan  berpengaruh yang positif dan significant terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional  pegawai Kantor Kepolisian Daerah Gorontalo (Y)  sebesar 0,603 atau 60,3, % dan sisanya  penyebab lain yang tidak termasuk dalam midel penelitian ini sebesar 39,7%  Variabel kepribadian (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan significant terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional  (Y) dengan koefisien sebesar 0,392, dan persepsi dukungan organisas (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap  perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional (Y) sebesar 0,442.

Abstract

The development of a territory requires adequate and accountable transportation services. The objectives of this study are to determine (1) how people's perceptions of public services at Haluoleo Airport align with the Society 5.0 concept and (2) supporting factors for public services at Haluoleo Airport in the Society 5.0 era. The research method used was a qualitative research technique with an emphasis on a sample of 70 airplane passenger respondents. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Public servants at HaluoleoKendari Airport, with indicators that: communication is already good, participation still needs to be increased, officials must be able to direct, officers must provide quick action, officers are on time, officers are friendly enough, followed by comfortable airport facilities and officers who are attentive; (2) The factors that affect the quality of service at Haluoleo Airport are mainly in terms of human resources, and the main weaknesses are related to professionalism and competence at the educational level, which still needs improvement, even though the current implementation of organizational culture is quite good because there are guidelines for the organization and sufficient leadership. To improve service, employee responsiveness is still needed to hear various complaints, aspirations, and expectations of airport service users, and officials must be informative so that information that should be conveyed to airport service users reaches airport service users, as well as efforts to improve inter-organizational coordination at the airport.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence intellectual capital (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have on work productivity (Y) at Bank Mandiri Taspen Supporting Branch Offices (KCP) Gorontalo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling, while the main data collection was through a list of statements that were tested through validity and reliability tests. The technique used for analysis is path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously, intellectual capital (X1) and work satisfaction (X2) have an effect on employee work productivity at the Bank Mandiri Taspen Gorontalo Sub-Branch Office, which is equal to 0.741 or 74.1%. The results of partial hypothesis testing of intellectual capital (X1) have an effect on employee work productivity (Y) PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Gorontalo Sub-Branch Office, which is equal to 0.376, while job satisfaction (X2) partially affects employee work productivity (Y), which is equal to 0.332.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the HR information system on employee performance through employee work evaluation. This research was conducted within the scope of the Tojo Una - Una Regency Regional Work Unit. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Basic data was collected through distributing questionnaires to a total of 97 research samples. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS Structural Equality Modeling. The results of this research show that the HR information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job evaluation. Thus, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is: to increase the influence of the HR information system on employee performance through job evaluation, by following all procedures and regional regulations by paying attention to the stages that have been implemented by the SKPD.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the extent to which Self Actualization Need (X1) and Reward (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y) at the Gorontalo Province Social Service Office. This research uses a quantitative approach involving sampling from 97 employees. The data used is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis was carried out using the path analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that Self Actualization Need (X1) and Reward (X2) together influence employee performance (Y) at the Gorontalo Provincial Social Service Office by 0.646 (64.6%), while the remainder is influenced by other variables by 0.354 (35 .4%). The need for self-actualization (X1) has an effect of 0.438 (43.8%), while appreciation (X2) has a partial effect of 0.399 (39.9%) on Employee Performance (Y).
