Abstract

The University's attempt to introduce online learning was met with a number of obstacles. Therefore, effective implementation of online learning in higher education necessitates using change management strategies. This research aims to help Universitas Almuslim plan for the successful introduction of online education. The research is qualitative research. The respondent of the research are leaders, lecturers and students of Almuslim University. The respondents were selected through the purposive sampling method. In addition, the data of the research were collected through interviews. The research consists of three distinct parts. First, a Prosci ADKAR Checklist change management gap analysis was performed on Universitas Almuslim's efforts to incorporate online learning. Second, firm approaches to managing transitions. At long last, Universitas Almuslim has developed a strategy for distance education. The research produced a plan for introducing online education at Universitas Almuslim through change management activities. The current state, the transition state, and the future state make up the roadmap's three states. The processes of becoming aware of things and of wanting them are outlined. Then, the steps required to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills are outlined. Finally, the future state's abilities and reinforcements are outlined.

Abstract

The transformation of higher education in the digital era requires lecturers to have the competence to utilize learning technology effectively, including the utilization of Learning Management System (LMS). However, many lecturers have not optimized LMS as an interactive and structured learning tool. This Community Service Program aims to improve lecturers' ability to use LMS through technical and pedagogical training based on direct practice and andragogical approaches. Activities are carried out through preparation stages, three-day intensive training, two-week implementation assistance, and evaluation. The results show a significant increase in lecturers' competence in managing LMS, with an average score increasing by 32 points after training. Active participation of partners, the success of the digital class mini project, and the formation of an LMS practitioner community are positive indicators of the program's success. Outputs in the form of modules, video tutorials, and digital learning products make a real contribution to improving the quality of online learning in the higher education environment. This program has the potential to be widely and sustainably replicated to support inclusive and adaptive digitalization of education.

Abstract

The large number of educational units organized by the government or the community has resulted in intense competition in recruiting students. This research aims to implement the Blue Ocean strategy at SMP Pelita YPH Sukabumi to win the competition with other secondary schools in Sukabumi. This qualitative research consists of three stages: SWOT analysis, canvas strategy, and four-action frameworks for developing a Blue Ocean strategy. Furthermore, the results showed that to create a new market for SMP Pelita YNH Sukabumi through a Blue Ocean strategy, SMP Pelita YNH Sukabumi needs to (1) eliminate education costs, (2) increase the quality and quantity of teaching staff, facilities and infrastructures, and promotion, (3) reduce the variety of extracurricular activities and focusing on extracurricular in culinary activities, and (4) creating culinary classes and school business units.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital guru. TPACK adalah pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan tiga komponen utama: teknologi, pedagogi, dan konten. Pendekatan ini sangat relevan dalam konteks pendidikan abad ke-21, di mana guru dituntut untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dan Manfaat Pelatihan:1) Peningkatan Kemampuan TPACK: Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu guru memahami dan mengimplementasikan TPACK dalam pengajaran mereka. Dengan penguasaan TPACK yang baik, guru dapat merancang pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan interaktif bagi siswa; 2)Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran: Guru akan dilatih untuk membuat media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar; 3) Literasi Digital: Fokus utama dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi digital guru, agar mereka mampu menggunakan berbagai alat dan platform digital secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini penting untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya teori, tetapi juga praktik langsung dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran. Guru akan diajarkan cara menggunakan berbagai aplikasi dan alat digital untuk menciptakan konten yang menarik, serta bagaimana mengintegrasikan teknologi tersebut ke dalam strategi pengajaran mereka. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan guru dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas melalui penggunaan teknologi yang tepat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan pengembangan model supervisi akademik berbasis mentoring sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas supervisi guru di sekolah dasar, guna mendukung tercapainya standar pendidikan yang optimal.Pelatihan Pengembangan Model Supervisi Akademik Berbasis Mentoring di Sekolah Dasar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah dan guru senior dalam mendampingi guru-guru junior melalui pendekatan mentoring. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, praktik, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus yang dirancang untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan yang maksimal. Model ini dirancang untuk memberikan bimbingan yang lebih kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam konteks supervisi akademik yang lebih efektif dan efisien.Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 20 guru sekolah dasar yang terlibat secara aktif dalam proses supervisi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket, dan observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran komprehensif tentang perkembangan kompetensi para peserta. Peserta pelatihan diharapkan mampu memahami dan menerapkan teknik observasi kelas, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif, serta membangun hubungan mentoring yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan mengajar guru junior. Hasil evaluasi mitra menunjukkan Pemahaman Konsep Supervisi Berbasis Mentoring sebesar 84%, Frekuensi Implementasi sebesar 76%, Pemberian Umpan Balik sebesar 86%, Dokumentasi Supervisi sebesar 86%, Tantangan dalam Implementasi sebesar 88%, Kepuasan Peserta terhadap Pelatihan sebesar 92% dan Rekomendasi Tindak Lanjut sebesar 86%.Abstract: Training on the development of a mentoring-based academic supervision model is very important to improve the quality of teacher supervision in elementary schools, in order to support the achievement of optimal educational standards. Training on the Development of a Mentoring-Based Academic Supervision Model in Elementary Schools aims to improve the supervisory abilities of school principals and senior teachers in assisting teachers. junior teachers through a mentoring approach. The methods used include lectures, practice, and focus group discussions designed to ensure maximum understanding and application. This model is designed to provide more collaborative, reflective and sustainable guidance, so that it can support the development of teacher professionalism in the context of more effective and efficient academic supervision. The training participants consist of 20 elementary school teachers who are actively involved in the supervision process. Evaluation is carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observations to get a comprehensive picture of the development of the participants' competencies. Training participants are expected to be able to understand and apply classroom observation techniques, provide constructive feedback, and build mentoring relationships that support the development of junior teachers' teaching skills. Evaluation results show understanding of the concept of mentoring-based supervision at 84%, frequency of implementation at 76%, providing feedback at 86%, documentation for supervision at 86%, challenges in implementation at 88%, participant satisfaction with training at 92% and follow-up recommendations at 86%.

Abstract

The performance of teachers is a crucial factor influencing educational quality, especially in elementary schools where core skills are developed. This research examines the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM), organizational culture, and work satisfaction on the performance of elementary school educators in Trienggadeng District, Pidie Jaya Regency, Indonesia. This research, rooted in organizational behaviour theory, employs a quantitative explanatory methodology. Data were gathered from primary school educators using standardized questionnaires assessing TQM implementation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and teacher performance. The data were studied by path analysis to investigate both direct and concurrent correlations among variables. The results indicate that Total Quality Management and organizational culture significantly enhance teachers' job happiness. Moreover, Total Quality Management, organizational culture, and job happiness each have a substantial direct impact on teacher performance. The three independent factors collectively account for a significant amount of the variance in teacher performance, suggesting that quality-oriented management practices, a supportive corporate culture, and satisfied work-related requirements boost instructional efficacy. his study enhances the domain of educational management by presenting empirical evidence of a comprehensive model that connects managerial, cultural, and psychological aspects to teacher performance in primary education. The findings emphasize the necessity of reinforcing continuous quality improvement, fostering a positive school culture, and augmenting teacher job satisfaction as strategic measures to enhance educational outcomes.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan modul ajar berdiferensiasi untuk mendukung school well-being di sekolah dasar bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan beragam siswa. Modul ajar berdiferensiasi dirancang agar guru dapat memberikan materi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan, minat, dan gaya belajar siswa, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung kesejahteraan siswa di sekolah. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh guru-guru sekolah dasar yang didampingi dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan modul ajar berdiferensiasi melalui berbagai metode seperti penyuluhan, pelatihan berbasis teknologi, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan langsung di kelas. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, terutama dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi dan interaktif. Efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi juga tercermin dari peningkatan school well-being siswa, yang dilaporkan lebih terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan merasa lebih nyaman serta termotivasi di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan penerapan modul ajar berdiferensiasi.Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya bagi guru untuk menyusun modul, disarankan untuk diatasi dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan peningkatan akses terhadap teknologi pendidikan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan memberikan dampak jangka panjang dalam menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif, responsif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan semakin mendorong inovasi dalam metode pengajaran. Salah satu teknologi yang memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar adalah Virtual Reality (VR). Penggunaan VR dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih imersif, interaktif, dan menarik, memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep yang sulit dijelaskan dengan metode konvensional. Tujuan pelatihan Virtual Reality (VR) bagi guru sekolah dasar sebagai upaya untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi ini untuk pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang konsep VR, memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam penggunaannya, dan mendorong terciptanya metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana pelatihan ini dapat memotivasi guru untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan berbasis demonstrasi dan praktek langsung, di mana para guru diberi kesempatan untuk merasakan secara langsung bagaimana VR dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai mata pelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis hasil pelatihan, serta dampaknya terhadap keterampilan dan motivasi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan VR berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis guru dalam menggunakan teknologi VR, serta mendorong mereka untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Para guru juga melaporkan peningkatan motivasi dalam menggunakan teknologi ini di kelas untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka is the limited of differentiated and integrated Computational Thinking (CT) teaching materials provided by the government which can be used by teachers to direct students to think computationally thinking while focus to students' learning needs, especially in science learning which is a developmental milestone of science development. The aims of the research are to analyze students’ needs and character mapping of students toward the development of differentiated digital modules integrated CT in science subject. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method involving 10 junior high schools that have implemented Kurikulum Merdeka. The population in this study was 19,034 students of 101 junior high schools in Bireuen District. Meanwhile, the sample used in this research was 260 junior high school students from 10 schools in Bireuen District. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the proportion of learning styles for junior high school students in Bireuen District is dominated by auditory learning styles. Furthermore, the distribution of multiple intelligences is dominated by students with logical/mathematic intelligence. Lastly, the student perceives that science learning is enjoyable
