Abstract

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Program Studi Magister Manajemen. Pembimbing I Bapak Idrus Usu, Pembimbing II Ibu Deby Rita Karundeng. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi dan semangat kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, dan secara simultan, variabel Kepuasan kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorntalo. The data used in this research is primary data that comes from the questionnaire filling. The population of the study was 47 employees using census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test bthe hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software used to analyze the data. Before performing the hypothesis test, validity and reliability test of the instrument followed by testing the requirements of regression analysis. The findings of this research are (1) there are positive and significant influences Personality to Employees Performance of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo, (2) there is positive and sifnificant influence Emotional Intelligence to Employees Performance of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo. Tests simultaneously show that the personality and Emotional intelligence have a positive ang sifnificant impact on the performance of employees of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo. The dominant variabel affecting employees performsnce of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorntalo is emotional intelligence

Abstract

Basically present business will not be endless otherwise is accompanied with ethics. This thing of course very far diffired from tending to industry era concept that permits all ways, pursues maximum benefits without bothering ethics and others importance, environment and generation a period of coming. Business ethics is study majored about wrong and correct morale. This study concentrates on morale standard as applied in policy, institution, and behavior of business. Whereas social responsibility is processing social interaction between the componies and public. Public claim and development of democracy and rapid of globalization current and free market, causing peeps out awareness from industrial world about the importance of executing company social responsibility (Company social responsibility). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Terhadap Kemandirian Daerah Kabupaten/ Kota Di Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis Rasio Kinerja Keuangan Daerah yaitu Rasio Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Rasio Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Keserasian, Rasio Pertumbuhan, dan Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah. Selanjutnya untuk mengukur keterpengaruhan digunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Rasio pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio desentralisasi fiskal pemerintah daerah, Rasio efektifitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap rasio desentralisasi fiskal pemerintah daerah dan Rasio pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan rasio efektifitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio desentralisasi fiskal pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the role of the XVI Gorontalo Higher Education Service Institutions in implementing service strategies for improving the management quality of private tertiary institutions, especially in terms of internal and external service strategies and managerial roles in improving the quality management performance of private tertiary institutions within the XVI region Higher Education Service Institutions. Gorontalo. The analytical method uses a technical SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) as a facilitator through its services can bring together various supporting interests. Education, Student and Academic Staff, Research and Community Service and Other Supporting Programs that put quality demonstrations that intersect with the interests of the business world and industry through the Merdeka Belajar program and the independent campus.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of service quality on public satisfaction with the police image in the issuance of driver's licenses (SIM) at the Traffic Police Unit of Boalemo District Police. Through path analysis involving 100 respondents regarding SIM services at the Boalemo District Police, the findings indicate that service quality significantly influences the police image. Service quality also significantly affects public satisfaction, while the police image also significantly influences public satisfaction. Additionally, service quality indirectly influences public satisfaction through the mediating variable of the police image.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Influence of Recruitment, Placement, and Personnel Maintenance on the Performance of Police Members in the Gorontalo Regional Police. This study is an associative research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by census involving the entire population as research samples. The results showed that partially recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police, placement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police, personnel maintenance has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police simultaneously recruitment, placement, and personnel maintenance have a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the variables of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on the variables of job satisfaction and performance. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Using PLS analytical tools, the research results indicate that: 1) Compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 6) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 7) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 8) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance, 9) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance, 10) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer psychology on facilities and trust on the decision to use air transportation services at the Djalaludin Gorontalo Airport Management Unit Public Services Agency. The quantitative method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that consumer psychology has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. Strong consumer psychology will increase the speed of consumer decision making. Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. If consumer trust is high in the company, consumer decisions will be faster. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. The completeness of the facilities will speed up consumers' decisions in choosing which services to use.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran budaya kerja, pelatihan dan kompetensi dalam manajemen kearsipan pada kantor bagian sungai Sulawesi II Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian adalah 97 responden menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dan uji hipotesa adalah analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penemuan dari studi ini adalah (1) budaya kerja mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan, (2) Pelatihan kerja mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan (3) kompetensi mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan.
