Abstract

This research is based on performance problems, namely the level of work stress of employees at the North Sumatra Transportation Service Personnel Agency which is thought to be caused by multiple role conflicts, emotional exhaustion, social support which also has an impact on organizational commitment.The approach in this research is regarding work stress which has an impact on organizational commitment. The research method used is the associative analysis survey method, namely knowing the relationship between two or more variables being studied based on the actual situation.This research method also uses quantitative analysis techniques through path analysis (PathAnalysis) which is intended to determine the magnitude of Dual Role Conflict (X) with Job Stress (Y) and Organizational Commitment.(Z) either simultaneously or partially.The conclusion in this research is that Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue do not have a direct influence on Organizational Commitment at the North Sumatra Transportation Service. This means that the existence of Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue in the North Sumatra Transportation Service does not have a negative impact on Organizational Commitment. Employees still have multiple role conflicts and emotional exhaustion even though they are based on existing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Engagement dedication SMEs for processed goods such as craft bamboo, chips banana, jam tomato, cranky corn, and so on are employed by the residents of Village Sandpaper Subdistrict Sandpaper Field City Medan, North Sumatra, where this is being done. The purpose of this activity is to teach locals how to use social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. Sales of locally produced goods are expected to increase market share, boost efficiency in marketing, and use other strategies to make the most of already-existing social media platforms that are controlled by residents. These strategies should also improve the quality of goods that are more productive, rather than just sending messages.

Abstract

MSMEs are supporting the nation's economy, however, some MSME actors still experience various difficulties in running a business. One of them is the difficulty in the field of marketing, in the current era of social media marketing development, several micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in the Majalaya sub-district, are facing difficulties keeping up with the times in terms of product marketing. From the survey that has been conducted, MSME actors in the Majalaya sub-district admit that they have difficulties in marketing their products and developing markets. This is due to the product's lack of awareness of the branding of MSME products where MSME actors do not highlight the identity and superiority of the products offered, thus reducing the interest of potential consumers to buy these products. As a solution to the problem above,mConduct dedication in the form of education and training regarding product branding in social media marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and direct financial compensation on employee morale with work conflict as a Moderate variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut. In this study, an associative research type with a quantitative approach is used. The population and sample in this study are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut with a sample of 135 employees. The results of this study show that the variables of Motivation and Financial Compensation have a significant influence on Work Morevole. For the Work Conflict variable which acts as a moderation variable, in this study the Work Conflict variable is Unable to moderate significantly between the Motivation and Financial Compensation for Work Morale variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, to determine the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy, to find out whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy and to determine whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy. The total population in the study was 110 people, so the saturated sampling technique was used. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA.The results showed that the development of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, community empowerment has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy. ABG-C strategy does not moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Development, Community Empowerment, ABG-C Strategy, Improving Household Economic Literacy ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga, untuk mengetahui apakah strategi ABG-C memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga dan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi ABG-C memoderasi pengaruh pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga.Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 110 orang, sehingga digunakan teknik sampling jenuh.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan MRA.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga, pemberdayaan masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga, strategi ABG-C tidak memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga, strategi ABG-C tidak memoderasi pengaruh pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap peningkatan literasi ekonomi rumah tangga. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden dan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Responden berasal dari Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Medan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi disiplin kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,427. Artinya bahwa disiplin kerja sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 42,70%. Leader member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi leader member exchange dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,151. Artinya bahwa leader member exchange sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 15,10%. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,333. Artinya bahwa motivasi kerja sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 33,30%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social support, entrepreneurship training dan causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Entrepreneurship training tidak berpengaruh terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, workload and human resource development on job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan as many as 389 employees. Based on the slovin calculation, the number of samples in this study were 80 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study prove that compensation, workload and human resource development partially or simultaneously affect job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan

Abstract

Community empowerment is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of community welfare. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to create an empowerment program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by implementing digital marketing as a current requirement in accordance with increasingly sophisticated technological developments. The empowerment program through the implementation of competency-based digital marketing as an effort to promote superior products originating from the Lake Toba tourist destination, meaning that MSME actors in this area must have the ability to use online-based applications to develop their business. The results of the study in general, MSME participants at the Lake Toba Tourism Destination, Toba Regency, were able to participate in activities from implementation to mentoring well. As a suggestion for the implementation of the next activity, it is necessary to emphasize more on what needs to be done by participants.

Abstract

Abstract In promoting superior products, technical training is needed for creative economy business partners, because creative economy business actors need strategies to be able to compete, especially in the global market. One of the keys to creative economy products being accepted and developed in the wider community is bypackagingattractive products and have good safety standards. Some creative economies in Indonesia have changed their packaging designs to be more attractive and hygienic. The packaging affects the sales value which continues to increase, one of which is the creative economy that changes their packaging design. So, the seller's turnover, on average, can increase by 74 percent in 3 months. This is the purpose of training for creative economy business actors in promoting superior products. The results of the study showedDuring training in promoting superior products, it is necessary to develop and improve the entrepreneurial spirit and explore business potential for creative economy business actors in Sudirejo I Village, Medan City District, so that in the current digitalization era by utilizing IT and mastery of electronic media for business development. Increasing the productivity of the creative economy can compete in current business developments can be done by utilizing Information Technology as a means of promotion and distribution of creative economy products through digital media so that it can provide ease of transaction relations between traders and consumers. Through this activity, it is expected to provide the ability of the creative economy to use and utilize the existence of Information Technology in marketing and business development towards a creative economy Based on Information Technology (e-business) which will have an impact on increasing sales transactions and income.
