Abstract

Decision Support System is a branch of artificial intelligence used to help make decisions in semi-structured cases, where it is not known exactly how decisions should be made. In this research, the design and making of decision support system that is used to help determine the nutritional status of children with weight input, age, height, head circumference, nutrition value of toddlers and the output of nutritional status of children under five and their handling. The problem of data uncertainty in decision support system is solved by using fuzzy mamdani method. The existence of data uncertainty in the process can occur because of the differences in existing calculations on the system. The process of determining the nutritional status of this decision support system is begun by entering the input data of toddlers, where the system will display some variables that have been made then start the calculation with the application. The end result of this research is decision support system to do nutritional handling in toddler along with their nutrition result. The calculations show the level of confidence in the system of nutritional status of the toddler and from the results of this study obtained the system accuracy of 83.33% of the 18 test data that has been tested is obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that decision support system produces a good examination.

Abstract

Mean, standard deviasi dan skewness dari citra domain spasial merupakan pendekatan yang sering digunakan untuk mengetahui tampilan citra. Namun jarang dipakai dalam citra domain frekuensi. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan statistik diterapkan baik pada domain spasial maupun frekuensi. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa mean, standard deviasi dan skewness pada domain spasial merepresentasikan kecerahan dan kontras citra, sedangkan pada domain frekuensi selain memberikan informasi mengenai kecerahan dan kontras citra juga memberikan informasi adanya tepian atau tidak.  Kata kunci: mean, standard deviasi, skewness, citra domain spasial, citra domain frekensi

Abstract

Patterns and lifestyle of people today lead a lot discovered problems or diseases suffered by humans that can damage the health. One of these sperm fertility problems in men who have declined in the last two decades. It was explained that environmental factors and lifestyle may affect sperm quality. Several factors can affect sperm fertility include age, high fever, smoking habits and alcohol consumption. It needs to make an application that can help diagnose early fertility of sperm. The process starts from the search criteria and make the training data by taking the results of the UCI Repository. The next step is the calculation of the K-NN method that gives results in the form of sperm diagnosis. Results of this research is a website application interface, and the results of testing the accuracy of the data K-NN performed with 60 training data and testing the data 20, obtained accuracy value by 85%. Abstract

The development of internet has become one of the most popular data communication media. The ease of use and complete facilities are the advantages possessed by the internet. However, along with the development of internet media and applications that use the Internet,  crime on information system increases as well. With various illegal information-gathering techniques developing, many are trying to access information that is not their right. There are several security techniques for sending messages confidentially and securedly, one of which is known as steganography. This study combined steganography and cryptography. The message was encrypted first using base64 then inserted using the LSB Crossed method. This method was aimed at making the process of extracting messages by unauthorized ones not easy. Embedding message into images was using the last binary number of the RGB value of an image by randomizing the placement of binary numbers by integrating base64 coding so that it combined base64 messages which next the text messages would be encrypted. The measurement results in the stego image using PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) showed that the image quality after the insertion process was > 50 db

Abstract

Pengenalan obyek pada citra merupakan penelitian yang banyak dikembangkan. Salah satunya pengenalan berdasarkan warna obyek. Penelitian ini mengambil telur sebagai obyeknya. Sebelum ekstraksi ciri, dilakukan preprocessing terhadap citra telur yakni dengan mengubah citra RGB ke HSV. Ciri citra diambil berdasarkan karakteristik warna obyek pada citra HSV. Ciri citra yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan menggunakan minimum distance classifier.Kata Kunci: citra RGB, citra HSV, ekstraksi ciri, klasifikasi, warna

Abstract

Along with the development of Surakarta's infrastructure, the need for transportation has also increased. Indirectly, it will also cause several problems that must be considered, such as traffic accidents. Data regarding traffic accidents can be used to classify road sections based on the characteristic similarity factor inherent in the data. The sample data used were 1429 accident data from 89 road data in the city of Surakarta. The clustering method used to get the expected results is the Fuzzy C-Means method. The results of accident data grouping are displayed using tables and maps that describe the mapping of road sections in the jurisdiction of the Surakarta City Police. The variables used to cluster data are the number of events, the number of victims who died, and the number of injured victims. The result of this research is a system application that can classify accident-prone areas using the Fuzzy C-Means method into 3 clusters, where the first cluster consists of 5 data, the second cluster consists of 20 data, and the third cluster consists of 64 data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menekankan pada pentingnya teknik simuasi pada pengolahan citra digital. Simulasi digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan teknik Image Enhancement pada domain spasial di MATLAB. Melalui simulasi ini diperoleh bahwa analisa domain frekuensi lebih mudah untuk diimplementasikan dibandingkan dengan domain spasial dan juga disimpulkan bahwa seseorang dapat lebih memahami prosedur pengolahan citra yang kompleks dengan menganalisa hasil simulasi dan membandingkannya dengan teori yang ada di berbagai buku.Kata kunci: simulasi, image enhancement, citra domain spasial, citra domain frekuensi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a system that allows people to access information about transportation at Surakarta. This information includes bus stop locations, departure trains, taxis, and angkuta. The method used is observation, interviews, literature, and experiment. System design based on object-oriented paradigm that using UML. This application was built using Eclipse, Macromedia Dreamweaver, mysql databases, and digital maps taken from google maps. Based on questionnaires from 20 respondents, found that public transportation guide application android based at Surakarta has a attractive view, easy to use, very useful information. Keyword: android application, object oriented paradigm, transportation, uml.

Abstract

Demands that must be implemented high school in the implementation of the learning process that utilizes information and communication technologies face many obstacles that are not simple. The main problem often faced by the school is a limitation of infrastructure, human resources and learning resources. While from the teacher pengampu is limited knowledge regarding upplementary eaching materials, and motivation of teachers in the use of Internet for learning. This study aimed to examine the use of the internet by high school students as a  learning support and its influence on learning motivation of high school students in the city of Surakarta. In conducting this study used methods: the spread of the questionnaire for the data pengamblan further statistical analyzes were erformed with a validity test, reliability test, test normalization and normalization. Abstract

Inappropriately high school majors can be detrimental to students in the future. With the right majors are expected to maximize the potential, talent and ability of individual students, so that will maximize the academic value of these students. The method of majors conducted in a school is basically still using conventional methods so there are some weaknesses of the method and in the determination of its course only based on ranking, without specifying the weight of each criteria, with the method based on the analysis and experience that happened there are still some students can not compete with his classmates in developing his academic potential and ultimately to solve the problem in one school to re-clarify at the beginning of the even semester which aims to map the ability of each student and the necessity to build a student majors application based on the academic potential that is able to generate maximum decisions from each student, by looking at the existing problems it is needed an alternative solution that is by designing and building Supporting System Decision in Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, supported by Unified Modeling Language (UML) as application design, PHP as programming language and MySQL as its database. In the test of the built application, using the Blackbox method, and the system feasibility test results using 25 test attributes, 21 valid attributes and 4 invalid attributes and a feasibility value generated from the system of 84%, thus the application is eligible to use despite the repair and development still needs to be improved.
