Abstract

Maternity clinics are an option for mothers who will give birth, in addition to locations that are more affordable than hospitals, the place is evenly spread so that their presence can be identified. Maternity Clinic was also chosen because some mothers feel anxious to give birth in a hospital environment, conditions that can slow contractions, make labor longer and interventions are more likely. So giving birth to a baby in a maternity clinic is an alternative that is widely chosen. But not all of them know the location of the nearest Maternity Clinic. Then you will find a way to help find the location of the Maternity Clinic in the city of Surakarta to be faster. The purpose of this study was to make it easier to find where the maternity clinic was located and be able to facilitate and provide access to the community who needed a search for a maternity clinic in the Surakarta area. This research proposes Floyd Warshall algorithm to provide the shortest route. The data used is clinic location data obtained from the Health Office. The results of this research are the shortest route that is connected in the Google Map, namely information on the location of Maternity Clinic locations and nodes scattered in the Surakarta area which can be of benefit to the community about Maternity Clinic places.Keywords: Floyd Warshall Algorithm, Geographic Information System, Maternity Clinic, The Shortest Route

Abstract

Di Indonesia terutama surakarta tanaman padi banyak dibudi dayakan terutama di dataran rendah. Tanaman padi juga merupakan jenis tanaman hortikultura yang dijadikan kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat, namun bila dilihat dari hasilnya masih belum memuaskan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh gangguan hama  terutama hama wereng. Wilayah yang beriklim tropis sangat cocok bagi perkembang biakan wereng. Serangan wereng sangat mengganggu produktifitas, bahkan dapat menyebabkan gagal panen pada tanaman padi. Pendiagnosaan terhadap hama wereng pada tanaman padi memang harus dilakukan secepat dan seakurat mungkin, dikarenakan hama wereng pada tanaman tersebut dapat dengan cepat menyebar serta menyerang keseluruh lahan pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah merancang dan membuat sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi secara dini hama wereng pada tanaman padi dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah meliputi studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Studi lapangan meliputi observasi, interview / wawancara. Sedangkan studi kepustakaan dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil akurasi sistem yang dilakukan dengan memasukkan 10 jenis kasus yang sesuai dengan perhitungan adalah 8 kasus dan yang tidak adalah 2 kasuss, sehingga dapat dikatakan tingkat keakurasi pada sistem adalah 80%.Kata kunci : Sistem Pakar, Tanaman Padi,  Hama Wereng dan Logika Fuzzy

Abstract

The problems are often found in the recruitment process is the difficulty of determining which candidate meet the criteria to be employees. Determining the prospective employees who meet the required criteria need appropriate recommendations. This research developed a system for selecting candidate that implements the C4.5 decision tree algorithm. The criteria used are the latest education, work experience who have ever lived, the age of the prospective employee, the value of a diploma transcript, the value written test, interview and test scores. In designing applications using context diagrams, and presentation applications using Code Gear RAD Studio Delphi 2009 and MySQL database. This research results is Decision Support System with C4.5 algorithm for selection and acceptance of the employees candidate.

Abstract

Research on pattern recognition in images has been developed. Objects can be recognized by color, texture, or shape. This study took four types of fruit as its object of apple, pear, bark, and orange. Feature extraction image taken based on the color characteristics of objects in the image of Hue Saturation Value. Characteristic images obtained were classified using k-means clustering. Abstract

Reversible watermarking with histogram shift on difference image produce thin distortion of image and large capacity. This research adds error correction capability in Lees method. Experimental results demonstrate that the average PSNR value > 49 dB. Watermarked image with 100 x 100 pixel salt n pepper noise on the density of 0.05 is obtained that the watermark with ECC is more robust than a watermark without ECC. JPEG compression in lossless mode may be applied to the watermarked image.Keyword: difference image, histogram, reversible watermarking

Abstract

Chili plants have a lot of pest and disease attacks. Pest and disease attacks potentially reduce the production of chilli and even cause crop failure. In addition, the limited number of extension workers and the lack of knowledge of practitioners / chili farmers inhibits efforts to control pests and diseases of chili plants. Therefore, the authors propose an expert system to diagnose pests and diseases in large chili plants using the Certainty Factor method. The Certainty Factor method is used to perform calculations by providing an expert's level of confidence. Expert systems relate symptoms and diseases as well as pest and disease control solutions of large chili plants. The data were obtained based on interviews with experts at the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) Training Center Karanganyar. The data obtained was analyzed and expert system design application was made using UML diagram. The design is continued with the implementation of expert system application into PHP programming and MySQL database. The test results show that the system can diagnose pests and diseases of large chili plants like an expert. Keyword: certainty factor, expert system, pest and disease, large chili plant (Capsicum Annuum Longum).

Abstract

Currently, the use of computer media for measuring the level of color blindness for the recruitment of prospective workers in companies/organizations or the selection of prospective students in educational institutions is still rare. Most methods used to measure the level of color blindness still use conventional methods without involving a lot of computer media. The reason is that the level of color blindness measuring devices is still not affordable for companies or educational institutions. Based on this fact, a proposed method for measuring color blindness using computer media is by applying the Color Filtering algorithm to the HSV color space on the Ishihara images. The purpose of this paper is to design and build applications to detect the level of color blindness using the Color Filtering algorithm. The color filtering algorithm is an image processing technique that is used to manipulate an image based on the specific color obtained from a color space. The use of HSV color space is used because the human eye uses Hue to refer to colors known to humans, such as red and green. This property reflects the colors captured by the human eye that respond to various wavelength values of light. The results of this paper are the application of the Color Filtering algorithm to Ishihara-based HSV images expressed as highly relevant for detecting the level of a person's color blindness.

Abstract

Judul pengabdian ini adalah Pelatihan Trouble Shooting Komputer untuk Karang Taruna Desa Banaran Kelurahan Banaran Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan Karang Taruna melalui pelatihan Teknologi Informasi, yaitu Mengatasi Trouble Shooting Komputer, sehingga diharapkan dari hasil pelatihan tersebut Karang Taruna termotivasi untuk pengembangan diri dan khususnya dalam merintis berwirausaha serta memantapkan pemahaman tentang Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi sosial yang tumbuh dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat di kalangan masyarakat terutama pembina, pengurus dan aktivis Karang Taruna. Bentuk pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan secara praktek langsung dengan menyajikan materi : dasar-dasar pengoperasian komputer, toruble shooting komputer, program utility, pengenalan instalasi jaringan intranet dan internet.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most frequent cancer in women with the incidence and death rate from cervical cancer is quite high and is expected to continue to rise. This research will be discussed how to detect cervical cancer by implementing fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic used is fuzzy Tsukamoto. The input parameters in the form of symptoms such as bleeding, vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, weight loss, and bladder pain. Based on 10 cases tested, there were 8 cases properly, so that the system test results by 80%.Keyword : Cervical Cancer, Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Inference System, Tsukamoto.
