Abstract

Since communication technology has experienced rapid progress, at that time many sectors have also developed, one of which is the field of ecotourism marketing communication strategy. Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul Tourism Village is one of the many destinations that implement a marketing communication strategy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing communication strategy of Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul ecotourism in forming a brand image with Sustainable Tourism Destination (STD) standards. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and field observations. Secondary data is obtained from relevant literature. The results of this study show that Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul applies several marketing communication strategies to shape brand image, namely destination branding, product marketing, promotional media, and public relations. The implementation of the marketing communication strategy has been running well and effectively, but it is not optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut generasi muda memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang mencakup aspek teknis, kritis, dan etis. Program Penguatan Literasi Digital untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Ekonomi Remaja di PKBM Media Amal Islami bertujuan memberdayakan remaja agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara produktif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan melibatkan 25 peserta dan dilaksanakan dengan metode experiential learning yang menekankan partisipasi aktif, kolaborasi, dan refleksi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman literasi digital, etika bermedia, serta kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam aktivitas ekonomi kreatif. Sebanyak 96% peserta mampu menghasilkan konten digital komunikatif dan menyusun rencana kewirausahaan berbasis media sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pendekatan PAR dalam meningkatkan kapasitas digital, motivasi, dan kemandirian ekonomi remaja. Program ini memberikan kontribusi strategis bagi penguatan peran lembaga sosial-keagamaan dalam menghadapi transformasi digital serta menjadi model pemberdayaan berkelanjutan untuk mencetak generasi muda yang digital literate, inovatif, dan berdaya saing. Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Kemandirian Ekonomi, Participatory Action Research, Pemberdayaan Remaja.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Proklim RW 11 Pekayon Jaya Bekasi City. The activities carried out were related to SEO, as one way to create informative articles using digital technology that is more structured, systematic and massive and adapted to current media developments, especially the digital or online world. The purpose of this activity was to further concentrate the participants' (Proklim members) basic knowledge and skills in SEO techniques in creating informative articles. The method used was service-learning in the training with four stages: preparation, planning, implementation, and closing. The one-day activity took place conducively with a positive response from the participants. The community service training activities were carried out according to the structure and objectives as well as the technical plan that had been designed. The majority of participants (90% strongly agree) greatly benefited from the increased knowledge about search engines and keywords on Google in relation to SEO. Understanding also (90% strongly agree) increased in search engine applications by using keywords to support the creation of informative articles that have content visibility and are adaptive and synergistic with the development of issues in the internet-based digital realm.
