Abstract

Stres adalah reaksi/respon tubuh terhadap stresor psikososial (tekanan mental /beban kehidupan). Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah di Akademi Keperawatan Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Akper Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Akper Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran yang sedang menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah yaitu sejumlah 89 mahasiswa. Sempel yang diteliti sebanyak 89 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling, alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian di Akper Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran menunjukan sebagian besar responden yang sedang menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah pada aspek psikologis ditemukan stres sedang sebanyak 55 mahasiswa (61,8%), pada aspek fisik ditemukan stres sedang sebanyak 43 mahasiswa (48,3%), pada aspek kognitif ditemukan stres sedang sebanyak 51 mahasiswa (57,3%), pada aspek sosial ditemukan stres ringan sebanyak 61 mahasiswa (68,5%), tingkat stres seluruh mahasiswa Akper yang sedang menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah di Akademi Keperawatan Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran sebanyak 51 mahasiswa (57,3%) yang mengalami stres sedang. Diharapkan pada remaja putri untuk memperhatikan tingkat stres saat menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

THE ROLE OF MENTAL HEALTH CADRES IN THE HANDLING OF MENTAL PATIENTS ABSTRACTPatients with cancer have a very significant increase including breast cancer that causes death. Breast cancer affects the greatest impact on the sufferer, thus affecting the quality of life. Decreased quality of life that is not resolved will inhibit treatment that will cause death. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping mechanism with quality of life in breast cancer patients. This research design is descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was breast cancer patients with a sample of 55 respondents using accidental sampling technique and data collection tool using Cancer Coping Questionnaire 21 and WHOQoL-BREF. Data analysis used chi square test. The results showed that the mechanism of coping cancer patients 65.5% adaptive category, quality of life of breast cancer patients bad category 52,7%. There is a relationship of coping mechanism with quality of life in breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy with p value 0,048 (α = 0,05). Should the hospital facilitate interaction activities with fellow breast cancer patients in order to share experiences about improving the quality of life. Keywords: Mechanism of Coping, Quality of Life, Breast Cancer Patients

Abstract

Aggressive behavior is a reaction in the form of attacks carried out by individuals on people and objects around them on purpose with the intention of hurting and damaging them. And in recent times aggressive behavior has increased, one of the causes is addiction to online games. Online games are very popular with all people, including teenagers. Long-term use of violent media such as online games can instill a mindset about violent actions and increase aggressive behavior.The research aimed to determine the description of aggressive behavior in online game addiction. This research is a descriptive study with 225 sample.The sample selection techniques using purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used for the level of online game addiction is the Game Addiction Scale (GAS) instrument, then the researchers used the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire Scale (BPAQ) questionnaire to measure the level of aggressive behavior.The data were analyzed using the frequency distribution. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the online game addiction category, the more likely the aggressive behavior will occur.

Abstract

Masa remaja terjadi perubahan yang dapat menimbulkan masalah jika tidak adanya koping yang adaptif yang dimiliki remaja. Hal ini tentunya perlu diikuti dengan dukungan sistem yang baik pada remaja sehingga remaja mampu tetap memiliki kesehatan jiwa yang baik dan mampu menggunakan koping yang sesuai dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiandeskriptif korelatif dengan desaincross-sectional untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap kesehatan jiwa remaja melalui kesejahteraan emosional, psikologis dan sosial. Sampel sebanyak 135 siswa kelas 7 dan 8 yang berada di SMP swasta dan negeri di Kota Denpasar dan Kabupaten Gianyar yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Responden mengisi kuesioner tentang dukungan sosial (CASSS) dan kesehatan jiwa (MHC-SF). Hasil yang didapatkan diolah secara statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Didapatkan kesejahteraan psikologi remaja sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sosial teman sekelas dan sekolah, sedangkan kesejahteraan sosial remaja dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sosial orang tua, guru, teman sekelas dan sekolah (p<0.005). Adapun faktor yang paling berkontribusi dalam kesehatan jiwa remaja adalah dukungan sosial orang tua (OR : 5,2; p<0.005).Diperlukan peran serta antara orangtua, guru, teman sebaya dalam membantu remaja memahami perubahan yang terjadi pada dirinya sehingga mampu menggunakan koping adaptif ketika masalah terjadi. Kata kunci :Kesehatan jiwa, remaja, dukungan sosial DESCRIPTION OF SOCIAL SUPPORT TOWARD EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIAL WELLBEINGAMONG ADOLESCENT’S MENTAL HEALTH ABSTRACT Adolescents with low adaptive coping are potentially having difficulties facing changes in teenage years. These adolescents are needed solid support systems to maintain mental health well-being during their difficult time. The supports help them using adaptive coping properly to deal with the problems. This study is a descriptive study using cross sectional design aimed to explore social support system effect on mental health status on emotional, psychological and social well-being. There were 135 students of grade 7th and 8th at junior high schools in Denpasar participated in this study. The participants filled up Social Support Questionnaire (CASSS) and Mental Health Questionnaire (MHC-SF). Data was analysed using Chi Square. The result shows that adolescents’ phychological well-being is influenced by social supports from friends and school, while their social well-being is affected by social supports fulfilled from their parents, teachers, friends, and school (p<0.005). The strongest contributing factor of adolescent mental health status is parental support socially (OR : 5,2; p<0.005). It is concluded that the role of parents, teachers, and peers is significant in supporting adolecents on choosing adaptive coping to deal with potential difficulties in teenage years. Abstract

AbstrakAnak down syndrome merupakan kondisi yang amat sangat tidak diharapkan oleh orang tua. Pada umumnya orang tua mengalami sedih, stres, perasaan bersalah, sakit hati tidak dapat menerima kenyataan, dan lain sebagainya. Dukungan sosial sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan dukungan perawatan dan penerimaan diri orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan penerimaan orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel sebesar 49 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian dukungan sosial dan penerimaan orang tua diukur dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan chi square (α= 0,05). Gambaran dukungan sosial orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang dalam kategori baik sebanyak 38 orang (77,6%). Gambaran penerimaan orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang dalam kategori baik sebanyak 41 orang (83,7%). Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan penerimaan orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang (p=0,000). Diharapkan keluarga, teman atau kerabat dan masyarakat memberikan dukungan sosial baik dari dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan penghargaan untuk orang tua anak down syndrome di SLB Kabupaten Semarang. Kata kunci: Dukungan Sosial, penerimaan diri, down syndrome AbstractThe correlation between social support and parent’s acceptance of down syndrome children. Down syndrome children is a condition that is extremely not expected by the parents. Generally, parents will experience sadness, stress, guilt, hurt can not accept reality, and others. One of the factors that affect the acceptance of parents is social support. This study aimed to analyzed the correlation between social support and parent’s acceptance of down syndrome children at SLB Semarang Regency. This study was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were parents of down syndrome children at SLB Semarang Regency. Sample of 49 people with total sampling technique. The research instrument of social support and acceptance of parents were measured with a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi square (α = 0.05). The description of social support of down syndrome children at SLB Semarang Regency is in good category as many as 38 people (77.6%). The description of of parents acceptance of children with down syndrome at SLB Semarang Regency is in good category as many as 41 people (83.7%).  There is a correlation between social support and parent acceptance of children with down syndrome at SLB Semarang. Regency (p = 0.000). It is expected that family, friends or relatives and the community provide social support in from of emotional support, instrumental support, information support, and award support to the parents of children with down syndrome at SLB Semarang Regency. Keywords: Social support, self-acceptance, down syndrome

Abstract

AbstrakKanker adalah salah satu penyakit yang paling ditakuti karena menyebabkan kematian. Masalah psikologis yang paling banyak ditemukan pada klien kanker adalah depresi yang berdampak pada pengobatan yang dilakukan, memperpanjang waktu hospitalisasi, penurunan proses terapi, serta ketahanan hidup klien.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat depresi pada klien kanker di rumah sakit “K” Kabupaten Semarang. Desain penelitian ini deskriptifdengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini pasien di rumah sakit “K” yang menderita kanker dengan jumlah sampel 22 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner BackDepressionInventory. Analisis data menggunakananalisisunivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat depresi pada klien kanker sebagian besar mengalami depresi sedang (86,4%). Sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit “K” Kabupaten Semarang perlu merancang intervensi untuk mengelola depresi pasien kanker. Kata kunci: Tingkat Depresi,  Kanker AbstractDepression levels among in cancer clients. Cancer is one of the most feared diseases because it causes death. The most common psychological problems found in cancer clients are depression that affect streatment, pro longs the time of hospitalization, decreases the therapeutic process, and client survival. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of depression in cancer clients at “K” Hospital, Semarang Regency. The study design was descriptive with a survey approach. The population of this study was patients at “K” Hospital who had cancer with a sample of 22 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool uses the Back Depression Inventory questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that the rateof depression in cancer clients was mostly moderate depression (86.4%). It is betterif the hospital unit of “K” Semarang District needs to design interventions to manage depression in cancer patients. Keywords: Level of Depression, Cancer

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar masih berorientasi pada penguasaan materi buku, dalam menyampaikan pelajaran IPS guru hanya mengulas materi-materi yang ada di LKS saja. Pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru, sementara siswa hanya sebagai penerima apa yang disampaikan guru. Dengan demikian siswa terlihat cenderung jenuh dalam pembelajaran dan kurang memiliki motivasi dalam belajar yang tentu saja akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dengan perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan dua kelompok penelitian yaitu kelas eksperimen yang melakukan penerapan pembelajaran dengan metode pemecahan masalah dan kelas kontrol dengan melakukan pembelajaran konvensional. Uji alat test penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitias, daya pembeda, dan Indeks kesukaran. Uji analisis prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji gain, dan uji t dengan bantuan SPSS stattistik 19.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah (2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. (3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Abstract

Library performance measurement is one of a strategy to evaluate utilization of library resources. The objective of this study was to identify indicators needed to measure the performance and to design an counting system measurement at Open Service at National Library of Indonesia.  The measurement indicators were based on ISO 11620:2008 consisting of 45 indicators. It was selected 10 indicators: 1) percentage of required titles in the collection (RTC); 2) shelving accuracy (SA); 3)  staff per capita (LS); 4) collection turnover (CT); 5) loans per capita (LPC); 6) in-library use per capita (IUC); 7) library visits per capita (LVC); 8) percentage of target population reached (PTPR); 9) user satisfaction (AUS); 10)  user services staff as a percentage of total staff (USSPTS).  The indicators were selected through four stages: 1) selecting indicators related to activities in the Indonesia National Library and removing indicators related to activities that are not conducted in the institution; 2) removing indicators related to cost; 3)  identifying and selecting indicators related to vision and mission by the questionnaire; 4) analizing the results of the questionnaire and setting the indicators that have an average value of the results greater than 0 as an  selected indicator. The results of managements attitude that required the a performance counting system. System design was developed based on the system requirements and management’s needs. The system that was able to process data  into information of performance. The system was integrated with the integrated national library system (INLIS) and the data that were not available in INLIS were manually input. Steps of system developing were defining use case, description use case, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, object role/relational mapping and entity relationship diagram.  Keywords: Information System, ISO 11620, Library, Performance Indicators

Abstract

Humans need work to meet financial needs and meet religious demands. Nighttime work is becoming increasingly common for various reasons such as job requirements, time flexibility and economic demands. However, in religious teachings, there are provisions related to working at night that need to be understood. This research aims to analyze the legal provisions for working at night according to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and their implications for the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No. 233/Men/2003. The research method used is a qualitative approach using narrative or descriptive qualitative study methods. The research results show that the law on working at night according to the hadith is permissible or permissible as long as it meets several conditions, such as being able to perform the morning prayer on time, even praying at night and maintaining religious principles. Implications for ministerial decisions include the need to guarantee worship time, adequate rest time and health insurance for workers who work at night.

Abstract

Adolescent knowledge and attitudes about smoking are important aspects in the context of adolescent growth and development. The purpose of this study was to identify smoking behavior, knowledge and attitudes about smoking, narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period in students aged 14-17 years. A descriptive correlative study was chosen in this study with a sample of 333 respondents who were sampled using the consecutive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a knowledge questionnaire and an adolescent attitude questionnaire about smoking. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and bivariate analysis with chi square. it was found that the age of the respondents did not have a significant relationship with the knowledge and attitudes of respondents about smoking, narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances, respectively the p value was 0.754 and 0.381. The knowledge and attitude factors about smoking, narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances in high school students are important to monitor and evaluate with the continuation of efforts to improve the knowledge and attitudes of respondents towards the good category. ABSTRAK Pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang merokok merupakan aspek penting dalam konteks pertumbuhan dan perkembangan remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perilaki merokok, pengetahuan dan sikap tentang merokok, narkotika, psokotropika, dan zat adiktif lainnya pada masa setelah pandemic covid-19 pada siswa usia 14-17 tahun. Studi descriptive korelatif dipilih dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel sejumlah 333 responden yang dilakukan pengambilan sampel dengan Teknik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan kuesioner sikap remaja tentang merokok. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis descriptive dan analisis bivariat dengan chi square. didapatkan bahwa usia responden tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap responden tentang merokok, narkotika, psokotropika, dan zat adiktif, secara berurutan nilai p adalah 0,754 dan 0,381. Faktor pengetahuan dan sikap tentang merokok, narkotika, psokotropika, dan zat adiktif pada remaja siswa SMA penting untuk dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi dengan keberlanjutan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap responden menuju kategori baik.
