Abstract

KelompokPeternak lebah madu “NyangiSari”yang berada di Dusun Tinggan, Desa Pelaga,Kecamatan Petang Kabupaten Badung Urgensi dilakukan Pengabdin Kepada Masyarakat melaui skema Pemberdayaan Masyarakat karena beberapa masalah yang dihadapi antara lain berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan ketua kelompok permasalahan lain yang dihadapi dalam mengelola usahanya tingkat penjualan madu yang masih rendah karena masih dipasarkan dari mulut kemulut ,belum berani menjadikan madu sebagai souvenir dan belum bisa bersaing di pasar modern dan tidak memiliki kemampuan dalam memasarkan secara on line sebagai penyebabnya adalah kemasan hanya satu varian dan tidak berisi merek dagang., Usaha masih dikelola secara tradisional yaitu tidak ada struktur organisasi kelompok, menejemen keuangan tidak accountable terkadang tercatat terkadang tidak, tidak bisa menentukan harga jual masih hanya melihat harga dipasar umum, belum ada laporan laba rugi. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui skema Pemberdayaan Masyarakat adalah : 1. Peningkatan penjualan produk melalui varian kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik dan memiliki merk dagang,melakukan pemasaran secara on line (media social : face boke,dan Instagram, 2. Peningkatan Pengetahuan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dalam menejemen produksi, dan menejemen keuangan yang acountable, Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah:1. Peningkatan penjualan produk (madu) sebesar 10% Produk memiliki varian dan merek dagang( serta mampu melakukan pemasaran secara on line (media social) 3. Mitra dapat, memiliki pembukuan keuangan yang accountable, peningkatan pengetahuan dalam menejemen produksi

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the environmentally friendly concept is implemented and what must be improved to raise the awareness of eco-friendly behavior of the food stall runners at the culinary center of Kreneng night market in Denpasar. Environmentally friendly behavior or eco-friendly behavior refers to behavior that is not harmful to the environment. In terms of products, this means everything from production to packaging and marketing must be environmentally safe. Business activities that are not environmentally friendly can cause global warming. Furthermore, global warming means increasing the average temperature of the earth's atmosphere, sea, and land. The impact of global warming results in sea level rise, climate change, damage to organisms, and effects on water availability. The impact of environmental damage will chain if there is no effort to anticipate it. One way to anticipate ecosystem damage that needs to be done is implementing environmentally friendly behavior. An environmentally friendly lifestyle needs to be implemented in order to minimize damage to the ecosystem. Environmentally friendly business activities are currently being promoted throughout the world. Ecosystem damage affects economic, social problems, and even socio-political stability in a country and even the world and will have a direct or indirect impact on human life. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data sources were obtained from library studies and direct interviews with business actors in the restaurant sector. From this research, it was found that several large restaurants, especially those located in 5-star hotel environments, have carried out business activities that indicate they are environmentally friendly by carrying out green actions, green food, and green donations.

Abstract

Generation Z, comprised of individuals born between the late 1990s and early 2010s, has become a subject of interest in discussions on social, cultural, and educational trends. Technological advancements and changes in social dynamics have significantly influenced the characteristics of this generation. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of Generation Z characteristics and explore how these traits can shape contemporary educational approaches. Thus, the study seeks to offer new insights to educators, curriculum planners, and educational policymakers. The research method involves a document study. It involves a document review conducted to detail the historical, social, and technological contexts that have shaped the identity of Generation Z. Data analysis reveals that Generation Z tends to have a digital orientation, engage in multitasking, exhibit high levels of creativity, and embrace inclusive values. They also demonstrate a significant interest in social engagement and environmental concerns. The implications of these findings on education highlight the need for responsive and innovative approaches to optimize the learning process. By understanding the characteristics of Generation Z, educators can design more effective and relevant teaching strategies. Educational approaches that focus on technology, engaging learning experiences, and the promotion of inclusive values can enhance the effectiveness of learning. Additionally, educators need to be aware that continuous adaptation to technological developments and social changes is key to creating a dynamic educational environment that aligns with the needs of Generation Z. The pedagogical implications of this research can serve as a foundation for curriculum development, teacher training, and educational policies that better align with the unique characteristics of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of tourism products in the tourist village of Pucak Tinggan, and to measure the level of tourist satisfaction with the service performance of the manager. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. While the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and measurement of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). From this research, it is known that tourism products in the tourist village of Pucak Tinggan are in the form of trekking packages visiting Pucak Mangu Temple, honey bee farming in the middle of a coffee plantation, biogas education, production of ground coffee and production of taro chips. The condition of supporting facilities along the trekking route such as gazebos, selfie spots and toilets has been damaged and is not well maintained due to cost constraints. Training and mentoring have been carried out by a team of IPBI lecturers targeting increasing management resources and supporting SME products based on agriculture. Service quality based on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) analysis is in the satisfactory category. This shows that tourists who are respondents in this study are satisfied with the performance of tourism managers in Pucak Tinggan tourism village.

Abstract

This research aims to provide solutions to managers of the tourist attraction in increasing the number of tourist visits in the form of a marketing model that is cheap, easy, right on target, and can reach all elements of society without time and place limits, namely by using a social media platform. With this model, it is hoped that it can be used by the management and can further increase the number of tourist visits to Alas Kedaton. This tourist attraction has experienced problems in terms of the number of tourist visits since the Covid 19 pandemic. Until now the number of tourist visits has not returned to normal. On normal days it is still around 150 tourists, but it can increase to 800 people during the Galungan holidays. Even though the price of admission is 15,000 for children and 20,000 for adults, while foreign tourists are 30,000/person, with a low number of tourist visits, managers will still have difficulty covering their operational costs. The tourist attraction is located at Kukuh village, Marga sub-district, Tabanan district is a nature tour managed by the local village community so it is also a mainstay for villagers who work in this tourist attraction. Some of them work in the managerial field and some are souvenir traders who also serve as guides at the tourist attraction. Souvenir sellers at these attractions are also given the opportunity to become local tour guides at these attractions without asking for payment, but at the same time, they can offer their wares to the tourists they guide. While the tourism products offered by the Alas Kedaton tourist attraction are closely related to the preservation of nature and animals. This is perfect for educational tours. That way the market for this tourist attraction is actually very broad, especially for school children, students, teachers, lecturers, and other environmental observer communities. To create a social media platform-based marketing model, primary and secondary data will be sought. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews with the object manager and secondary data was obtained from offline and online library sources. The data was then reduced, described, categorized and concluded, and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique.

Abstract

This study was conducted to observe and evaluate Kedai Kopi M.Aboe Talib, a western Indonesian style of coffee stand that was located on the east part of Denpasar. This study applies observational method that observed at the coffee shop atmosphere, services and product provided. We conducted observations by recorded in-situ constraints and opportunities faced followed by customer interactions, interior design and coffee quality. The analysis results based on this research is that Kedai Kopi M. Aboe Talib succeeded in creating a comfortable and homey atmosphere by decorating the interior with local wisdom and traditions of Indonesians. Smiling customer service also contributes to a delighted client experience. The coffee products have a staple quality and level to of taste and fragrant that fulfil the expectations of the customers. So Kedai Kopi M. Aboe Talib whereas not solely serves as a spot, likes to sip coffee however has reworked into the social area units of services that may strengthen Indonesian cultural identity through design and also the services being offered. All told, the coffee shop is a net-positive for the culinary landscape of Burbank and an example of how coffee shops now more than ever can be at the centre of our social-cultural town life.

Abstract

The existence of traditional arts today serves not only as a cultural identity of a region but also as a dynamic force that influences the life and values of the local community. Traditions that are rooted in a particular area emerge through a long historical and cultural journey, eventually becoming systems of belief and habitual practice. The shared perspectives and local mythologies that form the basis of these traditions often reflect the creativity and local genius of the community. One such revitalized tradition is Mebuug-Buugan in Adat Kedonganan Village, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali, which was reconstructed in 2014 after being absent for nearly 60 years. The aim of this study is to explore the philosophical and social meanings embedded within the Mebuug-Buugan tradition, and to assess how it embodies the principles of local wisdom, especially in relation to Tri Hita Karana, the Balinese philosophy of harmonious living. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research relies on data gathered through observation, interviews, and document studies related to the tradition’s implementation, symbols, and community participation. The analysis reveals that Mebuug-Buugan, a mud-based ritual conducted in mangrove areas after the Nyepi celebration, is not merely a traditional game but a symbolic act of self-purification, environmental harmony, and social cohesion. The ritual’s reconstruction has strengthened the community’s cultural identity, revitalized environmental awareness, and reestablished social harmony rooted in ancestral values. In conclusion, Mebuug-Buugan is a valuable cultural expression that reflects deep spiritual and ecological meanings. Its revitalization affirms the resilience of Balinese traditions in the modern era and highlights the importance of preserving local wisdom through collective community action.

Abstract

Balinese Gamelan, as a key aspect of Balinese culture, significantly influences cultural tourism and tourist visits. This research analyzes how gamelan, an integral part of Balinese religious rituals and celebrations, contributes to a unique tourist experience. By incorporating elements such as local wisdom, cultural preservation, and the creative economy, the study shows that gamelan performances serve not only as entertainment but also as a means to introduce and preserve local traditions for visitors. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews with gamelan musicians, and tourists, along with direct observations at various cultural events. The results indicate that tourists' involvement in gamelan experiences enhances their understanding of Balinese culture and strengthens the values of cultural preservation. The research concludes that gamelan is not just a tourist attraction, it also plays an essential role in supporting sustainable tourism and raising awareness about the importance of maintaining cultural heritage in the modern era.

Abstract

Keputusan berkunjung ulang merupakan bagian dari perilaku wisatawan yang dapat memicu kunjungan atau kunjungan kembali ke daerah tujuan wisata yang sama. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan untuk kembali adalah persepsi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang. Wisatawan merupakan salah satu stakeholder yang berperan penting dalam industri pariwisata. Wisatawan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap keputusan sebelum melakukan perjalanan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini tentang pengaruh persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan 4A (Atrraction, Amenity, Accesibility, Ancillary) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur Bali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan 4A (Atrraction, Amenity, Accesibility, Ancillary) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat penelitian berupa kuesioner dan checklist observasi dengan populasi tak terhingga atau infinit dan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Data diolah dari jawaban lengkap 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan attraction (atraksi) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur memiliki memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat, signifikan, dan memiliki arah yang positif karena mendekati 1; 2) Persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan amenity (amenitas) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat, signifikan, dan memiliki arah yang positif karena mendekati 1; 3) Persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan accesibility (aksesibilitas) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat, signifikan, dan memiliki arah yang positif karena mendekati 1; 4) Persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan ancillary (pelayanan tambahan) terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang ke Kawasan Pantai Sanur memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat, signifikan, dan memiliki arah yang positif karena mendekati 1. The decision to revisit is part of tourist behavior that can trigger visits or return visits to the same tourist destination. Factors that can influence the decision of tourists to return is the perception of tourists to the tourist attraction to the decision to visit again. Tourists are one of the stakeholders who play an important role in the tourism industry. Tourists have a great influence on decisions before traveling. The formulation of the problem in this study is about the influence of tourist perceptions based on 4A (Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancillary) on the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach area of Bali. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist perceptions based on 4A (Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancillary) on the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach area of Bali. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using research tools in the form of questionnaires and observation checklists with an infinite population and using non-probability sampling techniques. The data is processed from the complete answers of 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate: 1) The perception of tourists based on attraction to the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach area has a strong, significant, and positive direction because it is close to 1; 2) Perceptions of tourists based on amenities on the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach area have a strong, significant relationship level, and have a positive direction because they are close to 1; 3) Perceptions of tourists based on accessibility to the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach Area have a strong, significant relationship level, and have a positive direction because it is close to 1; 4) Perceptions of tourists based on ancillary (additional services) on the decision to revisit the Sanur Beach area have a strong, significant relationship level, and have a positive direction because they are close to 1.

Abstract

Jenis.penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Menggunakan. Teknik analisis SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspiration, dan Results). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan adanya pelatihan-pelatihan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pemandu wisata dan juga wawasan maupun pengetahuan mereka yang mana akan sangat berdampak baik kedepannya bagi citra perusahaan. Selain itu dengan adanya program pelatihan ini juga akan meningkatkan loyalitas pemandu wisata. Karena berdasarkan pengetahuan penulis selama ini, sangat jarang yang namanya perusahaan Travel Agent memberikan program seperti ini. Dengan adanya kerjasama antara agent luar perlu bagi pemandu wisata meningkatkan kualitas pelayan bagi wisatawan. Dengan adanya reward kemungkinan besar pemandu wisata akan lebih loyal terhadap perusahaan.Bisa dikatakan kinerja pemandu wisata sudah sangat bagus, tetapi terkadang ada beberapa hal kecil yang menyebabkan kesalahan seperti datang terlambat dan cara berpakaian yang kurang rapi. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Using SOAR analysis technique (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspiration, and Results). The analytical tools used.are data. collection, data reduction, .data presentation, .and drawing conclusions. With the training provided by the company, it will increase the confidence of tour guides and also their insight and knowledge which will have a very good impact on the company's image in the future. In addition, this training program will also increase the loyalty of tour guides. Because based on the author's knowledge so far, it is very rare for Travel Agent companies to provide programs like this. With the cooperation between outside agents, it is necessary for tour guides to improve the quality of service for tourists. With a reward, it is likely that the tour guide will be more loyal to the company. It can be said that the performance of the tour guide has been very good, but sometimes there are some small things that cause errors such as arriving late and dressing that is not neat.
