Abstrak Peran ikut serta dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi yang terdapat dalam struktur ketakmiran menjadi indikasi dari efektivitas penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang ada. Namun, saat ini di lokasi kegiatan, ditemukan beberapa tantangan yang menghambat optimalisasi fungsi kepemimpinan. Beberapa pengurus belum sepenuhnya menjalankan peran mereka secara konsisten, sehingga masih terdapat tugas-tugas yang belum terkoordinasi dengan baik. Kurangnya komunikasi dan pembagian peran yang jelas menyebabkan beberapa bagian mengalami stagnasi dalam pelaksanaan program kerja. Oleh karena itu, penguatan penerapan fungsi pengurus takmir dalam kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi organik manajemen dalam kepemimpinan takmir masjid, khususnya dalam pengelolaan program pembangunan. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, penganggaran, koordinasi, dan pengendalian digunakan untuk memperkuat peran dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi struktural, termasuk seksi pembangunan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen, pendampingan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, dan evaluasi kinerja pengurus. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan dalam koordinasi antar seksi, perencanaan yang lebih sistematis, serta motivasi pengurus yang lebih tinggi. Penerapan fungsi organik manajemen terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan takmir dalam mengelola kegiatan pembangunan masjid. Abstract The participation and activeness of takmir administrators in each section contained in the takmiran structure is an indication of the effectiveness of the implementation of existing management functions. However, currently at the location of the activity, several challenges are found that hinder the optimization of leadership functions. Some administrators have not fully carried out their roles consistently, so there are still tasks that have not been well coordinated. The lack of communication and clear division of roles causes some parts to stagnate in the implementation of the work program. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of the function of takmir administrators in leadership is very necessary. This community service aims to analyze the application of organic management functions in the leadership of mosque takmir, especially in the management of development programs. Management functions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, budgeting, coordinating, and controlling are used to strengthen the role and activeness of takmir administrators in each structural section, including the development section. The service method used includes management training, assistance in the implementation of management functions, and evaluation of management performance. The results show an increase in coordination between sections, more systematic planning, budget efficiency, and higher management motivation. The application of the organic function of management has been proven to be able to increase the effectiveness of takmir leadership in managing mosque construction activities.
