Abstract

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is voluntary behavior that supports the effectiveness of the organization. Factors that affect OCB teachers in Islamic educational institutions need to be studied to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership, Work-life Balance, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Mediating Job Satisfaction in teachers of Islamic educational institutions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey design. The research population is 164 teachers with 101 teachers who are determined through purposive sampling with a minimum working period of 2 years. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with a standard of alpha significance of ten percent. The results of the study show that Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant positive effect on OCB. Organizational Culture also has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, which then affects OCB. On the other hand, Islamic Leadership has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Work-life Balance does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction or OCB. Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and OCB. The implications of the study show that strengthening Organizational Culture is the main strategy in improving teachers' OCB, both directly and through increasing Job Satisfaction. Islamic leadership effectively encourages OCB directly.

Abstract

Innovation in the healthcare sector requires hospitals to integrate ethical leadership and modern technology to improve service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership and technological innovation on the innovative performance of hospital employees in Banjarnegara, and examine the role of attitudes toward good performance as a mediating variable. Innovative performance in this study is understood as the ability of employees to generate, communicate, and implement new ideas that are useful for improving work effectiveness and the quality of hospital services. Using quantitative methods with 342 respondents and PLS-SEM analysis, the study found that ethical leadership significantly influences innovative performance and attitudes toward performing well. Technological innovation does not directly influence innovative performance, but has a significant influence on attitudes toward performing well. In addition, attitudes toward performing well are proven to be the most powerful factor in driving innovative performance. This variable also mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative performance, as well as the relationship between technological innovation and innovative performance. These findings indicate that innovation in healthcare does not solely depend on technology or policies, but on positive employee attitudes formed through ethical leadership and effective technological support. This study provides a practical contribution to hospital management in building an innovative work culture and improving the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

College students are the agent of change who are expected to boost the country’s economy, but the consumerist and wasteful lifestyle among college students remains a real problem. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitude, financial literacy, and locus of control on financial management behavior with financial self-efficacy as a mediating variable among students in Purwokerto. The population in this study consisted of 9,037 active students majoring in economics and business from three universities, namely Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto, Jenderal Soedirman University, and Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri State Islamic University Purwokerto. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, which produced 170 respondents. The research approach used was quantitative with data processing techniques using SmartPLS version 3.0 through three stages, namely outer model, inner model, and bootstrapping. The results showed that financial attitude, financial literacy, and locus of control had a positive and significant effect on financial self-efficacy and financial management behavior. In addition, financial self-efficacy was also proven to positively and significantly mediate the relationship between financial attitude, financial literacy, and locus of control with financial management behavior. These findings confirm that self-confidence in financial abilities plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between attitude, literacy, and self-control in students' financial management behavior. This study implies that improving financial self-efficacy and financial literacy education should be a primary focus in shaping wise and responsible financial behavior among the younger generation

Abstract

Worker mental health is an important issue in modern human resource management because it is influenced by work pressure, dual role demands, and the quality of social relationships in the work environment. Based on the Stress-Buffering Model, this study examines how Occupational Stress, Social Support, and Work Family Conflict interact in shaping the mental health conditions of employees at Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of Occupational Stress on Mental Health Problems and examine the mediating role of Social Support and Work Family Conflict. A quantitative approach was used through SEM-PLS 3 involving 225 employees of an Islamic Educational Institution in Cilacap Regency who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that Occupational Stress has a significant positive effect on mental health problems. Occupational Stress has also been shown to decrease Social Support and increase Work Family Conflict. In addition, social support has a significant negative effect on mental health problems, while Work Family Conflict has a significant positive effect. Mediation analysis shows that both act as mediating mechanisms in the relationship between Occupational Stress and Mental Health. These findings strengthen the relevance of the Stress-Buffering Model and emphasize the importance of organizational strategies that focus on strengthening Social Support and creating Work Family role balance to improve Employee Psychological Well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, mental budgeting, and self-control on financial well-being with investment decision making as a mediating variable. This study uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze data collected from a sample of 218 productive-age individuals who have invested in financial assets or real assets and reside on the island of Java. The results show that financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on financial well-being, while mental budgeting and self control do not show a significant direct on financial well-being. These findings indicate that there is evidence to support the mediator, namely investment decision making. This mediator mediates the relationship between the independent variables, namely financial literacy, mental budgeting, and self-control, and financial wellbeing. The results show that individuals with high financial literacy, good mental budgeting skills, and self-control tend to exhibit good investment decision-making behavior. As a result, this contributes to their overall financial wellbeing. In general, the theoretical implications of this study add to the existing knowledge, while the practical implications provide a useful perspective for policymakers, financial institutions, and individuals to promote their financial well-being.
