Abstract

Tes Kognitif AJT yang dikembangkan oleh Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) merupakan alat asesmen psikologis inovatif yang dirancang khusus untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan kognitif anak-anak Indonesia berusia 5-18 tahun. Meskipun memiliki potensi yang signifikan, penerapan tes ini masih terbatas, sehingga perlu diperluas penggunaannya di berbagai konteks pendidikan dan klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan tantangan praktis dalam penggunaan Tes Kognitif AJT dari perspektif tester yang telah tersertifikasi, dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terbuka yang diisi oleh 14 tester AJT sehingga memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih detail mengenai pengalaman dan penilaian mereka. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tes Kognitif AJT dipandang sebagai alat yang komprehensif dan relevan secara budaya untuk menilai kemampuan kognitif anak-anak Indonesia. Meskipun beberapa peserta mengalami kesulitan awal, terutama terkait dengan pelaksanaan tes, mayoritas berhasil mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Mereka menekankan kemampuan tes ini untuk memberikan analisis mendalam tentang fungsi kognitif dan mengungkap potensi laten anak-anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memperluas penggunaan Tes Kognitif AJT untuk meningkatkan asesmen kemampuan kognitif di Indonesia, serta menekankan perlunya pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi para tester.

Abstract

In recent decades, self-efficacy has been one of the major subjects of interest in the field of psychology, with numerous studies published on the topic. This study aims to examine the psychometric features of the General Self-Efficacy Scale-12 (GSES-12), a widely used instrument for assessing general self-efficacy. The Indonesian adaptation of the GSES-12 was validated using item factor analysis (IFA). The study involved a total of 584 high school student participants (M-age = 16.02, SD-age = 1.39; boys = 266, girls = 318). The results obtained from the IFA indicate that the psychometric properties of the GSES-12 were satisfactory. The results exhibited a strong fit with the second-order IFA models and all items had statistically significant factor loadings. In addition, the results obtained from the multigroup IFA indicate that the configural invariance testing models exhibited a satisfactory level of goodness-of-fit (RMSEA < 0.06, CFI & TLI > 0.90). These findings suggest that there were no differences between the genders in the factor structure of the GSES-12.

Abstract

The initial ease of internet use has led to new challenges, one of which is the phenomenon of cyberloafing. Cyberloafing refers to the activity of accessing the internet during learning processes. The aim of this study is to modify the cyberloafing scale within an educational setting in Indonesia using the dimensions of sharing, shopping, real-time updating, accessing online content, and gaming/gambling. The modifications include contextualizing the original and adding new relevant items. Data collection was conducted using purposive sampling, involving 235 university students from various higher education institutions in Indonesia. The method used to test the validity of the cyberloafing model was confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that out of 65 items, 20 were found to be valid, with a satisfactory total Cronbach’s alpha of 0.73-0.93 and McDonald’s omega of 0.71-0.93 for measuring reliability for each dimension of cyberloafing. The practical implication of this measurement tool is that it can be used to assess the intensity of cyberloafing among higher education students in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Penyebab Ketidakcocokan Stock Opname Komponen Sparepart Di Gudang Sparepart. Gudang adalah tempat untuk menyimpan material yang memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga persediaan untuk proses produksi. Setiap akhir bulan, bagian gudang selalu melakukan pencocokan jumlah saldo akhir komponen pada bulan sebelumnya antara kartu stock dengan sistem inventory. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di gudang sparepart adalah adanya ketidakcocokan jumlah saldo akhir komponen sparepart antara kartu stock dengan sistem inventory yang terjadi terus menerus. Permasalahan ini dapat membuat kesalahan dalam laporan stock opname yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk meminimalkan kesalahan saat pelaksanaan stock opname komponen sparepart. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh penyebab ketidakcocokan stock opname antara stock real dengan sistem inventory adalah parts yang keluar gudang belum diinput di sistem, parts yang masuk gudang belum diinput di sistem, dan stock real belum dihitung. Penyebab parts yang keluar gudang belum diinput di sistem menjadi prioritas yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu. Abstract: Analysis of Causes Incompatibility of Sparepart Components Stock Opname in Sparepart Warehouse. Warehouse is a place storage materials that have an important role in maintaining inventory for production process. The warehouse department always matches number of the final balance of the component in the previous month between the stock card and the inventory system. One of the problem that often occurs in spareparts warehouse is the mismatch number of the final balance of spareparts between the stock card and the inventory system that occurs continuously. This problem can cause errors in stock opname reports that result on losses for the company. This research uses a DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to minimize errors during the implementation of spareparts component stock opname. Based on the results of data processing indicate that the causes of the stock opname incompatibility between the real stock and the inventory system are parts that come out warehouse have not been input in system, parts that come in warehouse have not been input in system, and real stock has not been calculated. The cause of the parts that come out warehouse have not been input in system is a priority must be resolved first.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Penerapan Pembangkit Listrik Pikohidro Dengan Memanfaatkan Instalasi Air Rumah Tangga. Energi listrik menjadi salah satu sumber energi yang vital yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Salah satu metode untuk mendapatkan energi listrik adalah pemanfaatan hydropower. Pikohidro merupakan salah jenis hydropower dengan skala piko. Hydropower tersebut dapat diterapkan pada instalasi sederhana, salah satu adalah pada instalasi air rumah tangga. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis mengenai potensi tegangan listrik yang dapat dihasilkan dari pemanfaatan instalasi air rumah tangga, yaitu pada instalasi keran air. Adapun generator yang digunakan memiliki spesifikasi tegangan 12 V dan besar arus sebesar 220 mA. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan melihat output Tegangan yang dihasilkan pada display. Pada hasil pengujian didapatkan Tegangan rata-rata sebesar 5,54 V, dengan Tegangan maksimum sebesar 7,70 V dan Tegangan terkecil yang dihasilkan sebesar 3,90 V. Pada perhitungan daya untuk tegangan rata-rata didapatkan daya yang dihasilkan dapat mencapai 1,21 Watt, untuk memperbesar daya output, instalasi pembangkit dapat diduplikasi, sehingga menghasilkan daya yang lebih besar. Kata kunci: Hydropower; Pikohidro; Rumah Tangga; Listrik; Energi Abstract: Analysis of the Application of Picohydro Power Generation Utilizing Household Water Installations. Electrical energy is one of the vital energy sources used by the community. One method to obtain electrical energy is the use of hydropower. Pico hydro is a type of hydropower with a pico scale. Hydropower can be applied to simple installations, one of which is household water installations. In this study, an analysis was carried out regarding the potential electric voltage that can be generated from the use of household water installations, in the installation of water taps. The generator used has a voltage specification of 12 V and a current of 220 mA. Observations are made by looking at the output voltage generated on the display. The test results obtained an average voltage of 5.54 V, with a maximum voltage of 7.70 V and the smallest voltage generated is 3.90 V. In the power calculation for the average voltage, the power generated can reach 1.21 Watt, to increase the output power, the generator installation can be duplicated, resulting in greater power. Abstract

The turning process involves the linear removal of material from the work-piece and requires a relatively high amount of energy. The high energy consumption of the machining process increases carbon emissions, which affects the environment. Moreover, production costs will rise as the cost of energy rises. Energy savings during the machining process are crucial for achieving sustainable manufacturing. In order to determine and optimize the cutting parameters, this study creates a multi-pass turning processes optimi¬zation model. It considers cutting speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut. In this study, the model uses multi-objective optimization by incorporating three objective functions: processing time, energy consumption and product¬ion costs. OptQuest completed the proposed model in Oracle Crystal Ball software, then normalized and weighted the sum. Ordering preferences, the Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) approach is utilized. It ranks items based on their higher priority values. This paper provides a numerical example to demonstrate the application of an optimi¬zation model. Based on the preference order ranking results, the optimal values for three objective functions are as follows: total processing time of 4.953 min, the total energy consumption of 5.434 MJ, and total production cost of 395.21$.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed people to experience the situasion of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) which has the potential to cause various mental health problems. Research on Intolerance of Uncertainty (IU) is immportant because of its crucial role as a risk factor for mental health disorders. Unfortunately, the measuring tool for that cognitive function has not yet been adapted into Indonesian culture and language. This Study aims to adapt the 12-item Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale (IUS-12) to Indonesia and determine the psychometric properties of the scale.
