Abstract

Women, as part of a community, have a limited role in developing themselves and getting various opportunities in the professional domain. Some women move to a community to conduct productive activities, such as the Kota Pelangi Community in the Pancoran subdistrict of South Jakarta. They consist of homemakers who are still productive and have started various small, processed food businesses. However, their efforts are constrained by the quality of processed food products and they have not been able to compete with the market. Branding or updating a brand can be a long process, but it requires considerable input and creativity. Brands that go through the collective branding process too quickly risk being unprofessional and not being taken seriously. This community service program assists with licensing and branding the community’s product. The first aspect is improving product quality through innovation and the use of technology. Next is branding development and increased sales packaging through e-commerce marketing assistance, which includes displaying products in various bazaars and exhibitions. It is also necessary to conduct business financial management and bookkeeping training. Last is the provision of aid for licensing and capital management. The program was conducted to encourage and increase entrepreneurial women's productivity in the Pancoran subdistrict to develop skills, including soft skills, to be economically and socially independent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan secara mendalam strategi komunikasi publik yang diterapkan oleh Satuan Tugas PPKPT dalam mendiseminasikan informasi kebijakan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi pada wilayah LLDIKTI III. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Elaboration Likelihood ModEL (ELM) sebagai bagian dari teori komunikasi persuasif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada informan dari satgas PPKPT, dosen dan mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakkan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakkan tujuh informan yang tersebar di beberapa kampus yang berada di LLDIKTI Wilayah 3.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi persuasif melalui diseminasi informasi menjadi kunci dalam mengubah resistensi menjadi penerimaan. Diseminasi dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan bahasa, media, dan pendekatan sesuai karakteristik audiens, baik melalui jalur formal, hukum, religius, maupun kreatif. Peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan juga terbukti signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan pesan, baik melalui organisasi kemahasiswaan, peer education, hingga media kreatif seperti podcast dan radio kampus. Diseminasi memastikan kebijakan dipahami dan diterima, sedangkan evaluasi memastikan kebijakan berjalan efektif serta mampu menumbuhkan budaya kolektif anti kekerasan.

Abstract

In this study the authors want to provide an overview of the local small business brands that use brand strategy element in developing its business. This research has a focus of research on Kapuyuak brand which is a local brand originating from Bukittinggi West Sumatra. The thing studied is the attribute used by the Kapuyuak brand so that the public has a perception and become loyal to the brand. This study uses qualitative methods to obtain more in-depth information about the strategies used from Kapuyuak and its customers. The results show that Kapuyuak has the power to identify the value of the brand based on the insight of consumers and market insight. In communicating its brand Kapuyuak uses internet and social media in distributing its value.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, the role of communication technology was further enhanced so that it made it easier for humans in various aspects, such as economic, social, cultural, educational, health, business, and so on. However, the sophistication of information and communication technology causes interpersonal to interact less rarely face to face and face to face because it is more comfortable interacting through cyberspace through social media. This research was conducted to illustrate how social communication from understanding anxiety in the digital age. In conducting interactions, each individual can experience communication fears where individuals tend to experience anxiety because too much information is received. The group can be one of the very positive spheres of communication. The object of this research is Basmala members, who have various backgrounds as members of Islamic spiritual groups who uphold religious values. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnomethodology type that looks at how the disclosure of reality in people's lives and how individuals receive, learn, apply information provided in the community. Basmala is an Islamic spiritual organization whose members are students. As a religious organization where the culture and activities of the organization also have characteristics that can lead to the basic rules of religion that are expected to familiarize its members to deal with differences in the communication process to overcome the causes of communication apprehension
