Abstract

Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang berdiri sejak tahun 1983, kalau dipandang dari segi usianya bisa dikatakan sudah cukup dewasa, namun kalau dilihat dari segi kepangkatan atau jabatan fungsional dosen tetapnya menunjukkan kinerja yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dosen tetap yayasan dengan menggunakan variabel kepuasan kerja dengan indikator pekerjaan yang secara mental menantang, gaji, kondisi kerja yang mendukung, rekan kerja yang mendukung, kesesuaian kepribadian dengan pekerjaan.. Variabel kinerja dengan indikator kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, keefektifan biaya dan kebutuhan akan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Explanatory Research dan bersifat kausalitas, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen Tetap Yayasan Pendidikan Universitas Achmad Yani Kalimantan Selatan berjumlah 77 orang dan sebanyak 65 orang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisa Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menghasil persamaan regresi, yaitu : Y = 0.916 + 0,683 X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja dosen, terhadap terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Korelasi Rekrutmen Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PPPK di RRI Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, populasi yang digunakan adalah Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja di Radio Republik Indonesia stasiun Banjarmasin berjumlah sebanyak 57 orang. Sedangkan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer dengan Teknik Pengumpulan data korelasi Sederhana, dengan mempersiapkan daftar pertanyaan. Dalam mengukur korelasi rekrumen terhadap kinerja digunakan model analisis dengan menentukan nilai indeks minimum, nilai indeks maksimum dan interval (Panuju, 2000; 46-47), menggunakan perangkat perhitungan statistik menunjukkan variabel rekrutmen kerja ditinjau dari aspek kinerja pada Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja di Radio stasiun Republik Indonesia siaran Banjarmasin Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai survival kinerja pegawai yang dapat dijadikan bahan masukkan bagi pihak manajemen Instansi dan badan usaha dalam memberikan potensi Rekrutmen dan Kinerja kepada para Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja di Radio Republik Indonesia stasiun siaran Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tingkat rekrutmen kerja dari segi kebutuhan kinerja, a = nilai 4, dengan Jumlah skor 236, kemudian b = nilai 3, dengan Jumlah skor 84, lalu c = nilai 2, dengan Jumlah skor 20, dan terakhir d = nilai 1, dengan Jumlah skor 3, dengan total skor = 343. Skor tersebut jika dihubungkan dengan nilai skor masing-masing jarak tingkatan rekrutmen, maka akan berada pada jarak pengukuran tinggi yakni antara 343– 423. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen berkorelasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PPPK di RRI Banjarmasin adalah relatif sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam layanan air galon di Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Ibnul Ghaits. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan metode cross section dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.849. Ini berarti setiap peningkatan 1 poin dalam kualitas pelayanan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0.849 poin. Nilai konstanta sebesar 16.916 menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tanpa adanya kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen masih ada pada tingkat tertentu, mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, termasuk kemurnian dan kebersihan air, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, harga yang kompetitif, dan layanan pelanggan yang baik. Peningkatan dalam aspek-aspek ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen, serta mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Explain how the difference correlation between scale of business activities with development of the amount of credit has been given to Informal evening Sector. 2) Explain how the correlation of capital factor, experience, education, labor, hours of work , revolving working capital that affect on the acceptance of rupiah per month in Informal evening Sector at South Kalimantan. 3) Explain how the correlation of knowledge factors, talent and expertise that affect on the entrepreneurship on informal evening sector at South Kalimantan. This research is a descriptive research type (Descriptive Research) and the explanations research type (Explanatory Research) that conducted by Analysis Secondary Data and Primary Data. Primary data collection was conducted by the Research Methods which were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis (tablature) and Differential (Differences Testing and double Regression) With Social Research Statistics Program Version 17.0 . (Santoso , 2009). Areas of this research carried out in South Kalimantan as many as 14 fair consists of: Banjarmasin 7 Fair, Banjarbaru 3 fair andMartapura 4 fair, with a population of 627 people in the informal evening sector at Banjarmasin, while the fair at Banjarbaru and Martapura as much as 423 people in the informal sector. Sample required as much as 150 respondents that randomly selected (purposive random sampling) and is considered representative to represent the population to be studied. This research analyzed with qualitative and quantitative is a form Description and Explanatory research on the informal evening sector in South Kalimantan. The results of this research showed, 1) Dominated by male workers who are married, have dependents, aged 20-30 years, with a high school education or equivalent and they are majority from South Kalimantan, 2) To develop and the informal evening sector policy that effective administration of the loans granted by financial institutions is the credit amount > Rp5.000.000, - thereby increasing public acceptance of the informal evening sector, the greater the amount of loans to the entrepreneur informal evening sector, then the greater acceptance will be received by the public who engaged in the informal evening sector in South Kalimantan, 3) factors working capital and labor are influence. Not Influential Factors of experience, education, labor, hours of work and the business turnover of the informal evening sector enterprises reception at South Kalimantan, 4) factors working knowledge, talent and expertise affect the entrepreneurship in informal evening sector at South Kalimantan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Banua Tapin Mandiri. Variabel penelitian meliputi motivasi kerja (X) dengan lima indikator teori Maslow dan kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan lima indikator menurut Robbins. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder berupa jumlah karyawan dan data angkutan. Populasi berjumlah 87 karyawan tetap, dengan sampel 71 responden. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan Y = 36,458 + 0,598X dengan nilai t hitung 7,507 > t tabel 1,99495, yang berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,450 menunjukkan 45% variasi kinerja dipengaruhi motivasi kerja, sisanya 55% oleh faktor lain. Disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan disarankan mengoptimalkan faktor motivasi untuk mendukung produktivitas.

Abstract

Nutritional problems that occur at a certain time will cause development problems in the future. Delay in providing nutrition services will result in severe damage and may even be irreversible. Therefore, efforts to improve nutrition should especially be shown to infants or children under five and pregnant women. Babies today are leaders, scientists, scholars, and workers in the future. They are the next generation of the homeland and nation. This study aims to determine food consumption, food expenditure and nutritional knowledge of housewives and to determine the effect of food consumption, food expenditure and knowledge of maternal nutrition on the incidence of stunting in children under five. This research was conducted in households in the riverbank area of ​​South Kalimantan. This type of associative research, using interviews and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that from 180 household samples, 102 respondents (55.66%) with diverse food consumption categories and 78 respondents (43.33%) with non-diverse food consumption categories. Furthermore, for food expenditure there were 120 respondents (66.67%) included in the category of low food expenditure proportion and 60 respondents (33.33%) included in the high food expenditure proportion category. Mother's knowledge about nutrition showed 92 respondents (51.11%) with sufficient knowledge category, and 88 respondents (48.88%) good knowledge. And only the food consumption variable has a dominant effect on the incidence of stunting in children under five who live in households in riverside areas.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether or not the business is feasible from the quantitative descriptions from the financial aspect. The research methodology used is a survey method. The location of this research is on Jalan Rukun Mufakat RT. 003 RW. 003 South Banjarbaru District, Banjarbaru City. Supardi's Tempeh Business. Research uses primary data. Data collection techniques are by means of interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature studies. Method literature related to research methods. Technique Data analysis. The methods for calculating the Financial Aspects are: Calculation of the research results shows average income Rp.255.200.000,- and expenses Rp.199.314.000 per year. Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 37,401,900, -, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) of 18.92%, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) of 2.9, Profitability index ( PI) of 1.9. From the calculation of the feasibility of the business above, it shows that Supardi's Tempeh Business is feasible to run its business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic on employee job performance, with work discipline as a mediating variable, at the Kapuas Regency Education Office. The research problem stems from fluctuations in employee discipline levels, which have the potential to affect organizational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. The study population consists of 97 employees, with a sample of 78 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and stratified random sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that work ethic significantly influences work discipline, work discipline significantly influences work performance, and work ethic significantly influences work performance. Furthermore, work discipline was found to mediate the relationship between work ethic and employee work performance. These findings indicate that enhancing work ethic values must be accompanied by strengthening disciplinary behavior as a mechanism that transforms value orientation into measurable performance. This study provides a theoretical contribution to strengthening the value–behavior–performance relationship model in the public sector, as well as practical implications for human resource management in local government agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of organisational climate on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable, at the Banjarmasin Class I Harbour Master’s Office and Port Authority. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and purposive sampling technique, with 48 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS version 3.29 application. The results indicate that organisational climate has a positive and significant influence on employees’ work motivation (t = 6.823; p < 0.05). Furthermore, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 3.833; p < 0.05). In addition, organisational climate was found to have a direct effect on employee performance (t = 3.028; p < 0.05). The results of the mediation test indicate that work motivation partially mediates the relationship between organisational climate and employee performance (t = 3.464; p < 0.05). These findings confirm that improvements in employee performance are influenced not only by the creation of a conducive organisational climate, but also by the level of work motivation employees possess in carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively.

Abstract

Teacher performance remains a central determinant of educational quality, particularly in Islamic secondary schools where organizational leadership and institutional climate play strategic roles. This study examines the structural relationships between leadership and work environment on teacher performance, with work motivation acting as an intervening variable. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed involving 80 teachers from two State Islamic Junior Secondary Schools (Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri) in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that leadership and work environment do not have a significant direct effect on teacher performance. However, leadership significantly influences work motivation, and work motivation significantly affects teacher performance. Furthermore, work motivation mediates the relationship between leadership and teacher performance, while it does not significantly mediate the relationship between work environment and teacher performance. These results suggest that motivational mechanisms play a crucial role in translating leadership practices into improved teacher outcomes, whereas environmental factors alone are insufficient to directly enhance performance. This study contributes to educational management literature by clarifying the mediating function of work motivation within Islamic school contexts. The findings imply that strengthening motivational strategies through effective leadership practices is essential for improving teacher performance in public religious educational institutions.
