Abstract

A study conducted at Khadijah 2 Orphanage in Surabaya shows how important an empowerment program is for orphans and destitute children. The aim of the program is to teach these children entrepreneurial skills through activities such as managing a business and marketing the orphanage's property. This empowerment method involves increasing knowledge and skills as well as participation in the management of the business. The results show that the children are more aware of the importance of entrepreneurship, especially through ventures, visits, and discussions that encourage them to do so. In addition, their interactions with prospective tenants generated new knowledge about property management and marketing, which enabled them to learn to communicate well and provide satisfactory services to tenants. The orphans continue to learn and change their marketing strategies. Not only do they acquire skills through this program; but it also gives them the opportunity to develop and contribute to their environment, paving the way to a better and more independent future. This shows that there is significant support in helping orphans and dhu'afa children prepare themselves for a better future.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, international market development is an important strategy for companies that want to expand their business reach and increase their competitiveness in the global market. This article discusses various strategies that companies can implement in developing international markets, from market research to technological innovation. Comprehensive market research, SWOT analysis, and a deep understanding of local consumer preferences are crucial first steps. In addition, customization of products and services, strategic alliances with local companies, and segmented marketing strategies are key elements in ensuring success in international markets. Compliance with trade regulations and policies is also very important to avoid legal problems and ensure smooth business operations. Through a proactive approach and investment in training and technology, companies can overcome legal and operational obstacles, strengthen their reputation, and achieve sustainable growth in the global marketplace.

Abstract

The fashion industry is growing along with increasing consumer demand for quality products at affordable prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Deliwafa Sidoarjo. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are Deliwafa customers. The results showed that sales promotion, price, and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality is the variable that has the most dominant influence in increasing consumer satisfaction. Therefore, Deliwafa needs to improve its promotional strategy to be more creative, maintain competitive prices, and improve service quality in order to maintain customer loyalty and increase business competitiveness.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di platform TikTok pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Metode kajian yang dimanfaatkan ialah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, dan E-WOM memiliki imbas signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Celebrity Endorsement teruji efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen akan produk melalui keterlibatan selebriti yang relevan, sementara Content Marketing berperan dalam memberikan informasi yang menarik dan relevan kepada konsumen. Di sisi lain, E-WOM menjadi aspek penting dalam memperkuat keputusan pembelian melalui rekomendasi dan testimoni dari pengguna lain. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel diatas memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan akan keputusan pembelian, dengan angka kontribusi sebesar 60,2%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain di luar kajian ini. Perolehan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial, terutama melalui TikTok, memiliki potensi besar dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku bisnis disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan selebriti, konten pemasaran yang kreatif, serta interaksi sosial digital guna meningkatkan daya tarik dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk fashion mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming, content marketing, dan experiential marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee di Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh dari 100 responden yang pernah melakukan transaksi di Shopee melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara content marketing dan experiential marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. penelitian ini membuktikan pentingnya fitur live streaming dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan konsumen, sedangkan strategi content marketing dan experiential marketing memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

Abstract

This community service project aims to strengthen Green Human Resource (Green HR) capacity through internal campaigns and awareness-raising among herbal MSMEs in Desa Keplaksari and Pagotan, Jombang Regency. The methods employed include educational presentations, distributing campaign posters and stickers, providing sustainability education and processing waste from date seeds, as well as evaluating with pre- and post-tests. The results show that participants’ comprehension scores increased from an average of 45 to 77, awareness of cleanliness and waste management rose from approximately 20% to 80%, and satisfaction was high regarding the clarity and practical benefits of the material. The program shifted perceptions of waste from burden to business opportunity and fostered a green work culture among herbal MSMEs. Limitations such as small sample size, short duration, and not all follow-up implementation stages being completed are acknowledged. This study implies that Green HR and internal campaigns can be effective strategies to enhance environmental and economic sustainability at the MSME community level.

Abstract

Kemudahan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju dan diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin selektif dalam membeli sebuah produk mengakibatkan tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk yang berkualitas dangan harga terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel penghubungnya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Karakteristik responden pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli tempe di desa sepande dan berusia lebih dari 15 tahun. Lokasi penelitiann adalah pada konsumen home industry UMKM tempe di desa sepande kecamatan candi, kabupaten sidoarjo. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode angket dengan tes analisis SmartPLS versi 4.0 dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Outer dan Uji Inner model kelayakan data yang didapatkan. Hasil hipotesis yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu harga dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Keputusan pembelian sedangkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. selanjutnya Harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan konsumen. Disimpulkan bahwa produsen tempe home industry di desa sepande perlu memperhatikan penetapan harga jual produk, mempertimbangkan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, dan memperbaiki teknik promosi yang lebih kreatif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, store atmosphere, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Waroenk Andya, Sidoarjo. A quantitative approach was used, employing a Non-Probability Sampling method with a purposive sampling technique involving 96 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Among them, price is found to have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The discussion that forms the basis of the background of this research is the problem of developing creative economic products, especially on the MSME scale which is seen from the linkage of marketing communication strategies that have not been or have been implemented in one of the implementation of marketing activities for Processed moringa Indra Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising (X1), product packaging (X2), public relations (X3) and events marketing (X4) on product development (Y) in the context of the creative economy. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used is all consumers of Processed Moringa Indra Jaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling in the form of random sampling of 100 people. Respondents were selected based on an existing database of MSME recommendations related to the respondent's domicile throughout Indonesia. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows statistical tools. The results showed that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, partially or simultaneously.
