Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementation of occupational health and safety on employee work productivity in the Oil and Gas Business Unit of PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya in Palembang. The population in this study are all employees in the Oil and Gas Business Unit of PT. Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya, i.e. 47 people. The sample uses Isaac and Michael table formula with an error rate of 5%, the sample taken is 40 employees. The analytical method used is Product Moment Correlation analysis and multiple correlation. The results of testing the hypothesis show that there is a significant and positive effect between Work Safety on Employee Work Productivity, then there is a significant and positive effect between Occupational Health on Work Productivity, and Occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Work Productivity variable. Suggestions from the author to PT. Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya, Oil and Gas Business Unit on work safety, it is preferably that workers must comply with the working procedure and is expected to workers use safety equipment at work such as mask to protect the respiratory organs in order to avoid dust, helmet safety to protect in order to avoid falling items, safety shoes to protect the feet from sharp objects and others. With the PPE, employees can work safely and avoid work accidents in order to increase work productivity. In occupational health, first aid is provided, such as plaster for wounds, iodine, bandages and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on increasing the insurance premium at PT Asuransi Reliance Palembang. The marketing strategy used by the company has not maximized, it can be seen from the insurance premium sales which not reached the sales target. The samples in this study were the insurance customers of PT Asuransi Reliance Palembang as many as 72 respondents. The Method used in taking the sample was simple random sampling by using Slovin formula. The analytical method is descriptive qualitative analysis using simple linear regression formula with SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that variable X (marketing strategy) has an efeect on variable Y (sale), i.e. variable in marketing mix (β) of 0,363 means that every 1 unit increase in marketing mix will increase sales of 0.363 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test indicate that there is a significant influence between marketing mix on increasing sales insurance premium at PT. Reliance Palembang Insurance. Based on the marking mix variable, lack of promotion causes the sales target not achieved thus promotional services to customers must be improved so that insurance products can be more recognized and improve the relationship with the cooperative parties to create better service efforts. Providing higher insurance premium discounts and not detrimental to the company can be done to attract customers so that the expected target company sales can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Kayuagung District Court. The sample in this study was the people who were present at the Kayuagung District Court as many as 103 respondents. This study took samples using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method using statistical formulas adapted to the research to assess the results of filling out questionnaires and tested through statistical testing. The test results of the instruments in variable X (Quality of Service) and variable Y (Community Satisfaction) using the validity test are valid with a calculated value of 0.492 and the results of the reability test are with a value of rCalculate = 1.0823 >0.60. These results mean that the research instruments used are declared realiable. Meanwhile, the results of the linear regression test on the hypothesis, showed that the variable X had a positive effect on the variable Y by 0.961%, the test value of the coefficient of determination was 24.2% and the result of the T Test obtained also a significant effect with the value of tcount = 5.680 greater than the value of t table, which means that Ho rejected and Ha accepted or in other words there is a positive and significant relationship between the Quality of Service to Community Satisfaction in the Kayuagung District Court. However, based on the results of the questionnaire that was distributed, there were several statements that received disagreements / strongly disagreed regarding empathy from service personnel, facilities and infrastructure and others. The advice from the author after conducting research at the Kayuagung District Court is to make improvements regarding facilities and infrastructure as well as improve the quality of officer services by providing training related to service and ethics.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find an overview of the influence of the marketing mix on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau. The method used in this study is causal. The number of samples in this study were 50 customers who used the services of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires.In this study there are two groups of variables. The group is an independent variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), place (X4), people (X5), process (X6) and physical facilities (X7) variables. While the dependent variable is the sales performance of the Mega Wisata Palembang Travel Bureau. This study aims to see the influence of the marketing mix on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau To measure the relationship between variables used multiple linear regression analysis. In accordance with the results of the regression analysis, it turns out that together all marketing mix variables have an influence on the sales performance of the Mega Wisata Palembang Travel Bureau. Partially the process variable has the most dominant influence on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the effect of Discipline Of Work And Participative Leadership Style on the Employee Performance Of Distance Learning Program Unit of Universitas Terbuka Palembang (UPBJJ-UT Palembang). By using 2 independent variables, and Employee Performance as dependent variable. The use of independent variables based on Prijodarminto's theory (1994) and Husain (2011) and dependent variables based on Rao's theory (1992) The Study is conducted in UPBJJ-UT Palembang. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires to 61 respondents who are all employees of UPBJJ-UT Palembang. Multiple Regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Ver 22,0 is used to analyse the data. The results shows that, in partial test, Work Discipline and Style of Participatory Leadership have significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, in simultaneous test, Work Discipline and Participatory Leadership Style are significantly affecting Employee Performance.

Abstract

Competition requires business people to innovate so that the product do not experience saturation so sales will not decrease. One of effort to overcome competition is to increase promotion. This research aims to examine the influence of internet advertising and sales promotion to purchasing decisions on Shopee for kayuagung. the research was conducted on the Kayuagung. The study population was 64.123 people and 80 people were taken as samples. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing used are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that simultaneous testing (F test) of internet advertising and sales promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Then in the partial test (t test) internet advertising have an significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Partial sales promotion testing (t test) havean significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Adjudted R Square shows that internet advertising and sales promotion contribute 47% and the remaining 53% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance at Toko Inti Sari Palembang. The sample in this study was 19 respondents of Toko Inti Sari Palembang, data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The technique used in this sampling is to use the Profortionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis method used is quantitative and uses the product moment correlation formula and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study show that the leadership style variable (X) has a rcalculated (0.489) > rtable (0.468) meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style variable (X) on employee performance (Y), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Toko Inti Sari Palembang. The value of the coefficient of determination was 0.239 or 23.9%, the leadership style variable could affect employee performance variables, while the remaining 76.1% was influenced by other factors not discussed in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. This study used a survey method (questionnaire). population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results of the t test variable Work Discipline (X1) and Supervision (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) obtained t count 5.126 > t table 2.042 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. This means that the variables of work discipline and supervision partially have an influence on the work effectiveness of the employees of the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. So it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test (R), it can be seen that the influence of the work discipline variable on employee work effectiveness is 0.362 or 36.2% while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors, while the magnitude of the influence of the supervisory variable on work effectiveness is 0.417 or 41 .7% while the rest is influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that work discipline and supervision affect the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were all employees of the village office of the Sembawa district of i.e. 121 employees. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using pearson product moment correlation. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee placement and job satisfaction on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees (2023). The research design uses the causality method with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The research object was 78 South Sumatra BPR Bank employees. The data collection method that the author uses in this research is by using a questionnaire which is carried out technically via Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Employee Placement and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this research, the variable that has a more dominant influence is the Employee Placement variable, namely 0.512 (Positive) on the Individual Performance variable, while the remaining variable is Job Satisfaction, which is 0.271 (Positive).
