Abstract

Abstract: Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in encouraging regional economic growth, including those in the Lengkong Karya Village area, North Serpong District, South Tangerang City. However, MSME actors in this region still face various obstacles, especially in the marketing aspect. Therefore, support from outside parties, including universities, is to improve their abilities. With this fact, Bina Sarana Informatics University (UBSI), especially through the BSI Explore community service program, is here to help develop MSMEs in the Lengkong Karya area. The team made socialization activities, especially about more optimal sales and promotion techniques, assistance in making Business Identification Numbers (NIB), and making business logo designs to increase buyer attraction. Methods to make this activity a success include interactive training, direct mentoring, creative workshops, and outcome mapping-based evaluations. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in the understanding and skills of MSME actors in utilizing digital technology for marketing. As a result, there has been an increase in turnover and a wider market reach. Keyword: lengkong karya; MSMEs; regional economy  Abstrak: Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berperan peran penting mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, termasuk yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Lengkong Karya, Kecamatan Serpong Utara, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Meski demikian, pelaku UMKM di wilayah ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam aspek pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, dukungan dari pihak luar, termasuk perguruan tinggi, demi meningkatkan kemampuan mereka. Dengan fakta tersebut, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) terutama melalui program pengabdian masyarakat BSI Explore hadir untuk membantu mengembangkan UMKM di wilayah Lengkong Karya. Tim membuat kegiatan sosialisasi terutama tentang teknik penjualan dan promosi yang lebih optimal, pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), serta pembuatan desain logo usaha guna meningkatkan daya tarik pembeli. Metode untuk menyukseskan kegiatan ini di antaranya adalah dengan pelatihan interaktif, pendampingan langsung, workshop kreatif, dan evaluasi berbasis outcome mapping. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan, ada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Imbasnya, terjadi peningkatan omzet serta jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: ekonomi daerah; lengkong karya; umkm

Abstract

Tiga bank syariah nasional yang terdiri dari PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank BRIsyariah Tbk, dan PT Bank BNI Syariah melakukan merger pada Februari 2021 menjadi PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Strategi korporasi ini bisa berdampak positif, tetapi bisa juga membawa efek yang negatif. Untuk melihat efek tersebut, maka penelitian ini hadir dengan tujuan spesifik untuk mengamati financial performance sebelum dan sesudah merger serta mengidentifikasi tingkat signifikansi rasio keuangan dari dua kondisi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dengan bantuan analisis uji-t sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, merger ketiga bank mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangan. Analisis uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan hasil yang tak berbeda terhadap rasio kewajiban pemenuhan modal minimum (KPMM), rasio pembiayaan bermasalah kotor (NPF gross), rasio pengembalian aset (ROA), rasio pengembalian ekuitas (ROE), dan financing to deposit ratio (FDR). Namun, hasil uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda secara signifikan terhadap rasio pembiayaan bersih (NPF net), rasio margin operasi bersih (NOM), dan rasio total beban operasional terhadap total pendapatan operasional (BOPO).

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peran penting sebagai pelaksana kebijakan perusahaan sehingga diperlukan pelatihan dan pengembangan karier yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari total 295 karyawan tetap, sebanyak 30 orang dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling berdasarkan pedoman Roscoe, dengan pertimbangan keterbatasan akses populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 3,032 > t tabel 2,051. Sementara itu, pengembangan karier tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan karena nilai t hitung 1,650 < t tabel 2,051, salah satunya diduga akibat ukuran sampel yang relatif kecil sehingga pengaruh sebenarnya tidak terdeteksi. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai F hitung 8,375 > F tabel 3,35. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,383 menunjukkan bahwa 38,3% variasi dalam variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan (X1) dan pengembangan karier (X2), sedangkan sisanya 61,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.   Human resources play an important role as implementers of company policies so adequate training and career development are needed to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the influence of training and career development on the performance of employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Of the total 295 permanent employees, 30 people were sampled using a simple random sampling technique  based on Roscoe guidelines, taking into account limited population access. The data collection technique was carried out through observation and the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed that partially training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with  a calculated t value  of 3.032 > t table 2.051. Meanwhile, career development did not show a significant effect because the t-value  was calculated at 1,650 < t table 2,051, one of which was suspected to be due to a relatively small sample size so that the actual influence was not detected. Simultaneously, training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F score  of 8.375 >  a table  of 3.35. The R-Square value  of 0.383 indicates that 38.3% of the variation in employee performance variables (Y) can be explained by training variables (X1) and career development (X2), while the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other factors outside of this study model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan mikromanajemen dan motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada Hotel XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik gaya kepemimpinan mikromanajemen maupun motivasi karyawan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,207. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya menghindari praktik mikromanajemen yang berlebihan dan memperbaiki sistem motivasi agar lebih efektif.   This study aims to determine the effect of micromanagement leadership style and employee motivation on employee performance at Hotel XYZ. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both the micromanagement leadership style and employee motivation have a partially negative and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence performance, with an R² value of 0.207. The implications of this study highlight the importance of avoiding excessive micromanagement practices and improving the motivation system to be more effective.

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of price and digital promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at the online baby supply store “Lanugo Baby” in West Jakarta. Employing a quantitative research design, the study applies multiple linear regression analysis to assess the relationships between variables. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents chosen through purposive sampling, and the data were subsequently tested using validity and reliability checks, t-test, F-test, as well as classical assumption tests to ensure accuracy and consistency. The empirical results reveal that both price and digital promotion positively and significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, whether examined individually or simultaneously. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.536 demonstrates that 53.6% of the variation in purchase decisions can be explained by the two independent variables studied, while the remaining proportion is influenced by other factors not included in the model. These findings emphasize the necessity for online baby product stores to adopt competitive pricing strategies alongside effective digital marketing campaigns in order to capture consumer interest and strengthen purchase intentions. In a highly dynamic marketplace, the integration of fair pricing with creative digital promotion can improve competitiveness, build consumer trust, and ultimately enhance overall purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor esensial dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh dari 35 responden melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (nilai signifikansi 0,000; t-hitung 5,789 > t-tabel 1,692) dan lingkungan kerja (nilai signifikansi 0,000; t-hitung 6,083 > t-tabel 1,692) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, diperoleh nilai F-hitung sebesar 84,332 > F-tabel 3,29 (p = 0,000), yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,841 mengindikasikan bahwa 84,1% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung sebagai upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di ranah manajemen sumber daya manusia.   Employee performance is an essential factor in achieving organisational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur, both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was collected from 35 respondents through a questionnaire, then analysed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software version 26. The partial analysis results indicate that work discipline (significance value 0.000; t-calculated 5.789 > t-table 1.692) and work environment (significance value 0.000; t-calculated 6.083 > t-table 1.692) have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the calculated F-value was 84.332 > F-table 3.29 (p = 0.000), indicating that both independent variables together have a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.841 indicates that 84.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work discipline and work environment. The results of this study emphasise the importance of consistently applying work discipline and creating a supportive work environment as strategic efforts to improve employee performance in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

In the context of marketing, purchasing decisions represent a form of consumer response to their perceptions of brand quality and product appearance. This study aims to examine and prove the effect of brand image and product design on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 96 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results show that the brand image variable has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 8.691 > t-table 1.661 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The product design variable also has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 7.687 > t-table 1.661 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Simultaneously, brand image and product design significantly influence purchasing decisions, with an F-value of 66.760 > F-table 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.589 indicates that brand image and product design are able to explain 58.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

In public service, community satisfaction is a response to the quality of an organization's performance. This quantitative study aims to examine and prove the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline and employee competence on community satisfaction. Work discipline and employee competence are two key factors that can enhance the quality of services provided by the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit in Kebon Jeruk Subdistrict, West Jakarta. The study used 100 samples of service users from this unit, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis employed descriptive and inferential techniques using SPSS Version 25. The results indicate that: 1) work discipline has a significant partial effect on community satisfaction; 2) employee competence has a significant partial effect on community satisfaction; 3) work discipline and employee competence simultaneously affect community satisfaction. The T-test results show work discipline with t-count 6.181 > t-table 1.984 and p-value 0.000, employee competence with t-count 3.559 > t-table 1.984 and significance 0.000, and the F-test with F-count 49.485 > F-table 3.090 and significance 0.000.

Abstract

Consumer behavior in purchasing virtual items in online games excessively will result in a decrease in personal financial stability. The problem is caused by a lack of knowledge about financial literacy. The quantitative statistical method was used as a data collection method in this study. The population of this study were Mobile Legends online game users in Pacitan City, with 97 respondents selected as samples using the Chocran formula through purposive sampling techniques. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the research data. The results of multiple linear regression testing show the regression coefficient for each variable, with an α (constant) value of -3.191, a financial literacy regression coefficient (X1) of 0.297, and a price regression coefficient (X2) of 0.719. Partially, the results showed that financial literacy and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for virtual goods in the Mobile Legends online game in Pacitan City. While the simultaneous test results show f-count 170.508> 3.09 f-table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan tak berharap mengalami financial distress. Demikian pula dengan PT Mahaka Media Tbk yang sudah menjadi perusahaan terbuka. Meski demikian, perusahaan ini menunjukkan tren kinerja keuangan tak menggembirakan. Karena itulah perlu penelitian untuk mendeteksi company health level, meramalkan kemungkinan bankruptcy, serta menguji signifikansi antarmodel prediksi kebangkrutan. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan data sekunder periode 2015-2022. Penelitian berdasar teori financial distress ini memanfaatkan empat Model Prediksi Kebangkrutan (BPM), yaitu analisis model Altman, Springate, Grover, dan Zmijewski. Analisis uji sampel independen dipakai untuk membandingkan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan hasil analisis keempat model tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, perusahaan sudah masuk zona kebangkrutan, temasuk pada tahun 2022. Hasil uji sampel independen memastikan hanya antara model Altman dan Zmijewski yang bisa memberikan simpulan berbeda, sementara perbandingan model lainnya tak memberikan hasil yang signifikan.
