Abstract

Financial institutions is expected to provide justice for the distribution. Formulation of the problem that researchers ask is how the role of banks financial institutions and non-bank in providing public justice and the factors driving the increased role of banks and financial institutions non-bank in providing the distribution of public justice. The result of the research are 1). The role of financial institutions are: raise public funds; channelling funds society; transfer of assets; liquidity; allocation of income;. transaction. 2). Factors that encourage an increased role of financial institutions in providing the distribution of public justice, among others: increase amount of income of the middle class families and individuals with sufficient incomes, especially among the middle and have a portion of income for savings each year; rapid development of industry and technology.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini, pengusaha tidak hanya puas dengan mendirikan satu macam unit usaha saja. Perluasan jaringan usaha dengan cara mendirikan sejumlah perseroan terbatas dan alasan-alasan memperluas perusahaan dengan membuka kantor cabang, mengatasi masalah pajak, penyederhanaan proses produksi dan distribusi, mengatasi risiko dan pertanggungjawaban, organisasi perusahaan, diversifikasi perusahaan, mengatasi persaingan antar perusahaan, serta menyederhanakan pembiayaan adalah latar belakang terbentuknya konglomerasi di Indonesia pada umumnya. Berbagai proses pembentukan konglomerasi di Indonesia melalui fusi, merger, akuisisi, dan konsolidasi. Konglomerasi memiliki visi hukum publik maupun hukum privat. Lahirnya konglomerasi tampaknya meningkatkan perkembangan varian bidang ilmu hukum dewasa ini.

Abstract

Abstract           The liberalism principles have influenced the whole life aspects of the nation and the state of Indonesia. On the political aspect, the principles influence the elections in Indonesia from the lowest (village head election) to the highest (presidential election) levels. The liberal principles are not in accordance with the principles of Pancasila as the national philosophy and the source of law (staatsfundamental norm) of Indonesia.  The liberal democratic principles cause high cost democracy. They create the conditions of ‘free fight’ and ‘homo homini lupus’, as well as many potential corruption practices in villages. In addition, it can lead to the most worrying issue –the damage of values of Pancasila.Implikasi Pengaruh Globalisasi atas Diseminasi Prinsip-Prinsip Demokrasi Liberalisme terhadap Prinsip-Prinsip Demokrasi Lokal (Desa) berdasarkan Pancasila di Indonesia AbstrakPengaruh prinsip-prinsip liberalisme telah mempengaruhi seluruh bidang kehidupan bangsa dan negara Indonesia. Pengaruh dalam bidang politik dapat ditemukan pada pemilihan umum yang dilakukan secara voting baik tingkat pemilihan presiden hingga tingkat pemilihan kepala desa di Indonesia, tentunya hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan Prinsip Pancasila yang merupakan falsafah bangsa dan sumber hukum (staatsfundamentalnorm) di Indonesia. Dampak diseminasi prinsip demokrasi liberalisme melalui voting menyebabkan demokrasi dengan biaya tinggi (high cost) menciptakan kondisi free fight dan homo homini lupus serta banyaknya potensi praktik korupsi di desa dan hal yang paling mengkhawatirkan adalah terjadinya pengikisan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila.Kata Kunci: Globalisasi, Pancasila, Prinsip Demokrasi LiberalDOI: https://doi.org/10.22304/pjih.v6n2.a8

Abstract

The objectives of research are to find out: (1) the cosmology form of loro blonyo sculpture in Javanese cultural context, (2) placement system of loro blonyo sculp- ture in  “joglo” house structure relating to the concept of Javanese social-cultural environment  balance, (3) loro blonyo sculpture as the most important element in its position in  “pasrèn” room in Javanese custom house, and (4) the symbolic- philosophical meaning of loro blonyo sculpture art in Javanese cultural cosmology. Based on the result of  research and discussion, it can be concluded: (1) The cos- mology form of loro blonyo  sculpture in the Javanese cultural context relating to the Javanese society particularly the one with rice planting as the earning; (2) The placement system of loro blonyo sculture in the “joglo” house structure relating to the concept of Javanese social-cultural environment balance; (3) Loro blonyo sculp- ture is the most important element in its position in the “pasrèn” room in Javanese custom house;.   (4) The symbolic-philosophical meaning of  loro blonyo sculpture art in Javanese cultural cosmology is as the symbol of fertility (Dewi Sri) and pros- perity (Sadana).Key words: loro blonyo, krobongan, pasrèn or petanèn, joglo, Dewi Sri, Sadana.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi persoalan pada setiap pebisnis kerajinan tangan dari bambu di desa Jambu Kulon Ceper Klaten serta melakukan kerjasama dengan ABIA Art yang bergerak pada bidang sejenis melalui pemberian Penyuluhan serta penerapan metode perdagangan digital, pembaruan model serta penerapan teknologi yang tepat saat memproduksi kerajinan tangan dari bambu pada desa Jambu Kulon Ceper Klaten. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan di UKM “ABIA ART” terjadi peningkatan keahlian pada produk dengan menambahkan desain batik kayu serta melakukan penyempurnaan desain lukisan yang tersedia dibantu LPER Cabang Klaten maka menghasilkan mutu produk yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Digital payments are proliferating along with a massive and rapid digital transformation. However, the characteristics of transactions using digital payments, which are real-time, not face-to-face, and borderless create potential risks for financial crimes, including, Money Laundering and Funding Terrorism. The potential for abuse occurs in the registered and licensed digital payments sector and illegal digital payments that are not registered with the Bank Indonesia. Undoubtedly, this condition can threaten economic stability and financial system integrity. This article seeks to identify the potential for digital payment use for financial crime and construct a legal framework to prevent the misuse of FinTech for financial crime in Indonesia. This type of research is legal research. The research method used was a statutory comparative approach. The legal materials used were primary and secondary legal materials. The findings have been analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that several cases of terrorism financing have been proven to have used FinTech digital payments as a means of online funding. In this regard, to maintain the integrity of the financial system and strengthen the government’s control functions, a comprehensive legal framework is needed through the establishment of Law on FinTech.

Abstract

This paper explores the relationship among freedom of expression and earth-friendly governance in a global context, highlighting how the former serves as a fundamental enabler of transparency, public participation, and access to data—principles that are vital to effective earth-friendly governance. Although international legal instruments, such as the Rio Declaration and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, give a framework for upholding free speech, the extent to that this right is realized in the realm of earth-friendly advocacy remains inconsistent across different regions. This research highlights challenges faced by earth-friendly activists, including political and economic pressures, suppression, and legal constraints. By analyzing case studies by Indonesia, Norway, and Brazil, this paper underscores the paradox of freedom of expression that is sometimes perceived as a threat to political stability. The findings advocate for enhanced global cooperation to protect freedom of expression inside earth-friendly law, supporting sustainable enhancement and earth-friendly justice. This paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the legal frameworks necessary to uphold freedom of expression as foundational in promoting global earth-friendly democracy.

Abstract

The Indonesian parliament ratified the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law in October 2022, introducing the Right to Data Portability (RtDP) in Article 13. This concept enables seamless information transfer, enhances personal control, and fosters innovation in the digital economy. This study analyzed data portability provisions under the PDP Law and drew insights from the EU and UK's experiences. Findings showed that data portability under the PDP Law, similar to the GDPR, fell short due to the absence of standardized guidelines, interoperability architectures, and non-mandatory compatibility policies. Prioritizing Open APIs for interoperability was crucial. Effective public-private collaboration was key in establishing sector-specific and cross-sector interoperability standards aligned with PDP Law regulations

Abstract

This research aimed to explain the effectiveness of legal protection for medical personnel, specifically in implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) during COVID-19 period. The number of cases in Indonesia certainly affected the implementation of OHS for medical personnel. The initial year of the pandemic experienced various challenges concerning the availability of medical personnel, instruments, and components crucial for supporting the implementation of OHS protocols, as well as the overall condition of COVID-19. OHS accommodation for medical personnel was listed in various laws and regulations in Indonesia. Socio-legal research methods were used to deliver a detailed investigation into the legal landscape of the laws and regulations governing the implementation of OHS. The results showed that the efficacy of the implementation and adherence to 'das Sollen' and 'das Sein' legal stipulations was considered regarding the integration of OHS in conformity with legal regulations. Therefore, there is a need for synergy among the government, hospitals, healthcare workers, and relevant parties to ensure the implementation of OHS protection for medical personnel and the potential new mutated viruses in Indonesia.

Abstract

UNS, sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mendesiminasikan IPTEKS ke masyarakat. TK. Widya Putra binaan DWP UNS sangat memerlukan pengembangan arena bermain atraktif untuk mendukung edukasi kemandirian siswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan arena bermain atraktif untuk mendukung edukasi kemandirian siswa di TK. Widya Putra. Sarana yang dikembangkan meliputi pembanguan lantai beton di atas selokan air untuk sarana bermain, pemasangan pagar pengaman, dan pengadaan sarana permainan. Kegiatan melakukan penggalian informasi dari para pemangku kepentingan sekolah. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah (1) lantai beton area bermain dengan tebal 10 cm berlantai keramik kasar seluas 32 m2, (2) dinding pelindung area bermain, dan sarana permainan. Area bermain atraktif ini dihubungkan dengan halaman utama sekolah melalui pintu baja. Area bermain ini dilengkapi fasilitas sarana bermain mandiri sehingga siswa dapat bermain dan berekspresi secara mandiri dan aman. Sarana permainan ini juga menjadi sarana promosi TK. Widya Putra. Pengembangan sarana ini mendukung capaian peningkatan akreditasi sekolah menjadi lebih unggul. Bagi UNS, kegiatan ini merupakan wujud diseminasi IPTEKS UNS ke masyarakat pendidikan.
