Abstract

Lahan  pesisir yang ada di Indonesia memiliki suatu potensi yang harus di kembangkan sehingga menjadi suatu bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Tambak udang memiliki potensi keuntungan yang tinggi karena di dukung data permintaan yang tinggi dengan jumlah pasokan terbatas. Lampung memiliki tambak udang eksklusif dengan kondisi yang sangat baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif . Tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana besaran modal untuk pengembangan bisnis tambak udang vanamei dan cara pengelolaan tambak udang harus dilakukan secara baik dan benar.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dengan model bisnis tambak udang ekslusif tingkat hidup udang sangat tinggi diatas 90 persen. Pola penambahan air kolam dapat dilakukan tanpa bak tamping dan waktu panen bisa mencapai 100 hari. Pengembangan model bisnis seperti ini sangat mengurangi resiko gagal panen akibat penyakit dari kolam lain yang berbeda kepengurusannya.

Abstract

Generation Z employees generally prioritize flexibility in their work and an environment that promotes personal growth. This learn focus to search the affect of job characteristics on the performance of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung, with work-life balance serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, using the PLS-SEM method, with data collected from 100 informant through purposive sampling and analyzed via SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis included outer model tests, inner model tests, and direct and indirect affect hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on both work-life balance and performance, while work-life balance has a significant negative impact on performance. However, work-life balance does not significantly moderate the affect of job characteristics to performance, indicating that it weakens the relationship. These insights are intended to inform managerial strategies regarding work-life balance policies to enhance the performance of Generation Z workers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of job hopping among Gen Z is becoming increasingly prevalent, particularly in developing cities such as Bandar Lampung. This generation is known for having high expectations regarding work life balance and job satisfaction, which can influence their decision to stay or switch jobs. This study aims to analyse the impact of work life balance and job satisfaction on the job-hopping intentions of Gen Z employees in Bandar Lampung. This research employs an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 385 respondents aged 18–29 years in 2024, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a digital questionnaire (Google Forms) and measured using a Likert scale with a negative model. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical software. The results indicate that, partially, work life balance has a significant positive effect on job-hopping intentions, as does job satisfaction, which also significantly influences job-hopping intentions. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant impact on Gen Z employees' decisions to change jobs. These findings provide insights for companies to better understand Gen Z's mindset in the workplace by creating a work environment that supports both work life balance and job satisfaction, aligning with the preferences of Gen Z employees.

Abstract

In tourist visits to ecotourism destinations, it is necessary to take an approach (strategy) so that visitors know the various activities that can be carried out through the available information media (both analog and digital) because this is also needed to transfer knowledge about environmental sustainability. The Gita Persada Butterfly Park is managed by the Yayasan Sahabat Alam which requires an increase in visiting time, this is because ecotourism allows for the transfer of knowledge related to environmental issues to tourists. Implementation of activities carried out in two stages, preparation and implementation of activities. In preparation related to determining the schedule and division of teamwork. In implementation, making flyers as information media and implementing assistance to increase visiting time. The visitors stated that the flyer provided the information needed and 90% of visitors stated that it was necessary to provide a flyer as a medium of information. This emphasizes that flyers provide benefits to partners and can further be utilized by potential tourists and tourists to increase visit time. Abstrak Dalam kunjungan wisata pada destinasi ekowisata, perlu dilakukan pendekatan (strategi) agar pengunjung mengetahui ragam kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan melalui media informasi yang tersedia (baik secara analog ataupun digital) dikarenakan hal tersebut juga dibutuhkan untuk transfer pengetahuan mengenai kelestarian lingkungan. Taman Kupu-Kupu Gita Persada dikelola oleh Yayasan Sahabat Alam memerlukan peningkatan waktu kunjung hal ini dikarenakan dalam ekowisata memungkin terjadi transfer pengetahuan terkait isu lingkungan kepada wisatawan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam dua tahap, persiapan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pada persiapan terkait penentuan jadwal dan pembagian kerja tim. Pada pelaksanaan, pembuatan flyer sebagai media informasi dan pelaksanaan pendampingan peningkatan waktu kunjung. Para pengunjung menyatakan bahwa flyer menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan 90% pengunjung menyatakan perlu disediakan flyer sebagai media informasi. Hal ini menekankan flyer memberikan manfaat pada mitra dan lebih lanjut dapat dimanfaatkan bagi calon wisatawan dan wisatawan untuk meningkatkan waktu kunjung.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime beauty products. The approach used is quantitative with explanatory research methods. The population in this study were TikTok Luxcrime followers with a sample size of 100 respondents who were taken using Convenience sampling technique. The sampling process used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 application. Based on the research results, social media marketing partially affects purchasing decisions, while brand image partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality partially affects purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is an influence between all variables.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the role of collaboration between actors in the development of the culinary creative industry in Bandar Lampung City. The problem is the lack of optimal cooperation between the actors involved. The theory uses General System Theory and Helix Model. This type of research is descriptive, qualitative approach. Data were collected through: interviews, observations and literature. Determination of informants with the purposive sampling. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Data validation using source triangulation. From the research, it can be seen: (1) The development of the creative industry of Bandar Lampung City has involved academics, government, community, business, and mass media (2) Field findings are that academic actors have not developed optimally and (3) Cooperation between existing Penta helix model actors in Bandar Lampung City, from the results of the research, there has not been a collaboration synergy. Research recommendations: It is hoped that in the future the Government as a policy maker should maintain the business ecosystem through the preparation of long-term policy designs and programs and the next researcher is advised to take a research focus with a different locus or do a comparison with the same focus. Abstract

Women's participation in the world of work today is quite high. This condition is a challenge for mothers to work in carrying out domestic roles and roles in their work that impact emotional and physical fatigue, as conditions termed the job burnout. In this study, specifically associating job burnout with demographic factors such as age, level of education, tenure, salary, marriage age, and the number of children, who in previous studies did not always show consistent results. As for the measurement of job burnout using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 260 respondents working in Indonesia. The data were then analysed using descriptive analysis and Kruskal-Wallis analysis. The results showed differences in age, education, marriage age, and the number of children to the job burnout response. Meanwhile, there are no differences based on tenure and salary amount. Whatever the tenure and salary amount received, the job burnout response is in a fairly high to low range. The results of the study provide managerial implications in managing work situations that reduce the potential of job burnout in working mothers, as well as support for further study development in understanding the social and psychological dynamics of the mother working comprehensively.

Abstract

The presence of QRIS in traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency as one of the digital payment systems is part of the steps to support the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT). This study aims to determine the direct influence of digital financial literacy, perception of convenience, perception of benefits, social and political on the intention and behavior of using QRIS as a payment system in traditional retail (study on traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The data obtained from the questionnaire consisted of 23 questions and were submitted to 105 respondents, then analyzed using SmartPLS, so that the results of the study were in the form of relationships between the variables being compared. The results of this study indicate that the variables of digital financial literacy, perception of benefits, and politics do not significantly influence the intention to use QRIS. However, the variables of perception of convenience and social have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. While the variable of intention to use QRIS is known to have a significant influence on the behavior of using QRIS in traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency. The implications of this study support the cultivation of a digital-based economic system. There is a need to be supported with the development of technological infrastructure, such as expanding internet access, switching to a digital-based payment system, modernizing traditional retail, and so on. In order to be realized, contributions from various parties and related policy makers are needed so that this multidisciplinary issue can find a holistic solution.

Abstract

This study aims aims to determine the effects of person-organization fit and employeerelations on counterproductive work behavior among millennial employees in Indonesia. Thisresearch uses the quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample in thisstudy were millennial employees in Indonesia who had taken counterproductive workbehavior as many as 385 respondents, which was carried out using non-probability samplingtechnique. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed online using Likert scale.Data processing in this study used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Theresults of this study indicate that there is an influence of organizational injustice oncounterproductive work behavior of millennial workers in Indonesia and there is also asimultaneous influence of organizational injustice on counterproductive work behavior ofmillennial workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance of the transportation and warehousing sector companies in Bandar Lampung. This kind of study uses a quantitative, explanatory methodology. The population in this study were non-managerial employees of the transportation and warehousing sector company in Bandar Lampung, using a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample of 89 respondents. Data obtained by questionnaire using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis in this study using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously motivation, communication, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Intrinsic motivation is the highest rated indicator. Thus, maintaining good intrinsic motivation for employees, can strengthen the sense of maintaining employee performance. The adjusted R square value of 0.584 means that 58.4% means that the independent variables of motivation, communication and job satisfaction affect employee performance while 41.6% are influenced by other variables not researched in this study.
