Abstract

Improved quality is required because often the image tested has poor quality, one of which is image enhancement using Retinex method where Retinex is a technique used to get a new image with better contrast than contrast from its original image.There are four main stages to be done To obtain a new image up to the process of displaying image statistics, ie the process of displaying the initial image in the window, improving the image contrast, displaying the image histogram and display the image statistics. Quality improvement is required because the image on the screenshot has poor quality, By improving image quality using Retinex method. This Retinex method is a method used to get a new image with better contrast than the contrast of its original image.

Abstract

Socialmedia is a medium used by Indonesian people to socialize and also as a medium to express their thoughts on something. Communities who support and reject the procurement of the Sinovac vaccine carried out by the Indonesian government based on the responses submitted by the community on Twitter regarding the procurement of the corona virus vaccine, it can be known in general how much community support, rejects or is neutral on the procurement of the Sinovac corona virus vaccine. using RapidMiner 9.0 using the search operator twitter, then processing the data with the Text Mining Algorithm as a preprocessing text mining, then as a weighting using the Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm. The results of data processing will be tested using RapidMiner using several operators such as replace, subprocess and analyze sentiment, the results of the two will be compared with the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm that can only determine sentences with negative or positive meanings, but the ability depends on to the negative and positive connotation words used and the description method is able to describe the general sentiment so that the results of the weighting with the Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm can be understood. Therefore, more appropriate connotations are needed in the topic of vaccination. The results of this study can provide an overview of the proportion of people who support, reject or are neutral in procuring the Sinovac vaccine, then the percentage of these results is tested using the RapidMinner application and produces the same percentage value.

Abstract

Guna peningkatan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan itu. Terkhusus dimasa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang mengharuskan aparatur desa untuk melaporkan aktifitasnya kepada warga yang dimana ada banyak pembatasan yang tidak boleh dilakukan seperti pertemuan yang selama ini dilakukan di aula desa dengan menggundang banyak warga. Selain itu juga ada beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan efesiensi, efektifitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengolahan data dan pendistribusian data tersebut kedalam sebuah informasi mengalami banyak kendala seperti kurang percayanya warga dan bahkan warga menjadi acu tak acu. Penggunaan media sistem informasi desa adalah solusi yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan terkait dengan transparansi, efesiensi, efektifitas dan akuntabilitas data atau informasi yang disampaikan di desa mangga dua. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan tim adalah melakukan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi desa.

Abstract

As one of the supporting facilities in the learning process in the library universities provides a very important service for educational learners. The functions of libraries are Storage, Education, Research, Information, and Cultural Recreation, as stipulated in Government Regulation number 24 of 2014. As a center of scientific information providers required by learners, libraries are required to provide accurate information quickly and efficiently. During this time at STMIK Budi Darma library in providing its service is still traditional. With an area of 96 square meters (m2) and filled with a total of 11,755 library collections will certainly require a lot of cabinets and shelves to accommodate the collection contained in the library. This will certainly greatly affect the library services in serving the demand of learners in accessing the information contained in the library. On the basis of this it is necessary to develop the traditional library system into a computer-based application that is able to provide library catalog information in digital form known as e-Resource. The e-Resource application of STMIK Budi Darma Library is expected to improve the service performance of the library in providing digital information online in the form of library catalogs stored digitally quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Follow said or speech act is to include a component of language and nonbahasa that describe the Act's language intact involving someone in the conversation for the delivery of the mandate. Batak is one of the tribes that are in the North sumatra province which has its own regional languages. Batak region has many languages spoken that have their own special meanings commonly used batak on each process festivities batak. In General, any person who has a marga batak in particular, will be required to perform its role in accordance with the roles have in attending ceremonies or else speak sapa with other families. Many said the word in the language area of the batak batak descent are sometimes obliged to remember it and sometimes there are that have yet to find out its meaning. It is an obvious problem for the people of batak especially for living in urban areas because of the technological developments that erode customs. The solution of these problems is by way of designing a media information in the form of the application is the meaning of the said in the batak are easily accessible and easily understood by the public. Word search techniques used in this research is the turbo algorithm boyer moore. The Turbo Boyer-Moore algorithm is an algorithm that was developed originally is Boyer-Moore Algorithm. Abstract

Postal code is an official marker element in a region in a country. The postal code was originally only used for the purpose of facilitating work at the post office to sort letters. The general public uses a lot of postal codes to do things like sending goods from one area to another through the post office service, shopping online through the official website, in that activity they are required to fill in the zip code of their destination address or shipping address. In the settlement the author uses the Zhu-Takaoka Algorithm, Zhu-Takaoka is a modified algorithm of the Boyer-Moore algorithm. Algorithm Zhu-Takaoka uses a two-dimensional array to calculate the value of the shift and do the matching from right to left. The design that is expected later this Indonesian postal code application can run well in all devices and Android smartphone versions, and this designed application is also expected to be able to help the general public in finding accurate zip codes by region. Keywords: Postal Code Indonesia, Android, Zhu-Takaoka

Abstract

Building a website requires a good plan so that the website can be used effectively and efficiently. The stages carried out in building a website are started by collecting data then studying the data, then planning is carried out which is then poured in the form of a design, then the design is developed and carried out. In building a website, it certainly has its own problems, such as interface display, data processing, performance, interaction with users, and others. To build a website that has a lot of menus, is a problem for builders, because the space to place a menu will be very limited if it is aimed at devices that have a small display such as a cellphone. The algorithm in the string matching method used in this study is the Boyer Moore algorithm, this algorithm is considered the most efficient general application algorithm, the Boyer Moore algorithm includes the most efficient string matching algorithm.Keywords: String Matching Search, Boyer Moore

Abstract

Data is important and has a very important role in the activities of computer use. In general, the size of data that is at this time has a very large size. So at the time of sending large data through the network would lead to waste in the use of network resources when the data is accessed by other users and make the storage media more efficient in storing the data. In this study used J-BIT compression algorithm to reduce the size of text files, thus reducing the file size on storage media.

Abstract

Pajak adalah Melakukan salah satu peran dan tugas fiskus dalam diterapkannya sistem pemungutan self-assessment di Indonesia. Masalahnya adalah Pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat untuk patuh bayar pajak masih minim. Hal ini karena pengetahuan menggenai pajak yang di peroleh masyarakat belum optimal dan masyarakat belum memahi dalam memprediksi berapa besar pajak kendaraannya. Oleh karena itu masyarakat perlu diberikan pemahaman pajak supaya kesadaran dapat terbangun. Algoritma Expectation Maximization merupakan salah satu algoritma yang di gunakan untuk klasifikasi atau pengelompokan data. Dalam algoritma ini, ada dua hal yang digunakan secara bergantian yaitu E step yang menghitung nilai ekspektasi dari likelihood termasuk latent variabel seolah-olah seperti mereka ada, dan M step menghitung nilai estimasi ML dari parameter dengan memaksimalkan nilai ekspektasi dari likelihood yang ditemukan pada E step. Sumatera utara merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penduduk terpadat antar provinsi di sumatera selatan urutan di indonesia. Namun potensi yang cukup besar akan penerimaan pajak masih belum banyak tersentuh. Padahal semakin besar sumber pendapatan yang berassal dari potensi daerah dan bukan dari bantuan pemerintah pusat, maka daerah semakin mampu untuk lebih mensukseskan pembangunan didaerah sesuai kebutuhan masyarakatnya

Abstract

Competition of fast food restaurants at this time is getting tougher, this can be seen from the development of several fast food restaurants or fast food restaurants that exist, including Kentucky Fried Chicken, California Fried Chicken, Mc Donalds, New York Chicken, and Texas Chicken. This makes all restaurants competing in attracting consumers to buy products from the restaurant. Various efforts have been made ranging from opening branches, offering saving packages to consumers, and adding new types of food. Fast food can be interpreted as food that can be prepared to be served and consumed in a short time and can be eaten quickly. Ordering food and drinks is preferred at the current restaurant. The process of choosing food and beverage menus that are currently running at Garuda restaurants is still using menu books, menu books containing a large number of food and beverage menus, many menus are a problem for consumers because consumers find it difficult to find food and beverage menus quickly. And for the way to choose the menu itself, still see the list of food and beverage menu
