Abstract

The Qur’an is a word of God that was revealed to a Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who emerges from darkness into light, and the Qur’an is a guide for man to longevity and internal and external happiness in long life. Semantics is the science that studies meaning, and part of the language, and meaning is six approaches, gifted by the contextual theory . The questions in this research are the number of a word denoting the term in the Holy Qur’an and the contextual meaning of the term in the Holy Qur’an. The objectives of the research are to know the word term in the Holy Quran and to know the significance of the contextual meaning of the word term in the Holy Quran. The research method used is qualitative because all data are in word form. And the results of the research: the word term in the Holy Quran is 48 verses, and the number of the word term is fifty-six. The contextual meaning of the word term in the Holy Qur’an has four meanings: in the sense of time, in the sense of the specified, in the sense of death, and in the sense of cause.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to internalize the nation's character in students based on noble values ​​and norms that exist in society. To be able to realize a strong character education system, a good policy formulation is needed. Policy formulation needs to accommodate all matters, especially those related to community social behavior. This discussion seeks to reveal how the character education policy should be carried out, as well as how relevant and contextualized it is to changes that occur in the social environment. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with library research type. This study concludes that character education policies with the paradigm of social change must be based on Pancasila, Bhinika Tunggal Ika and the applicable legal system. Culture, tradition, and local wisdom of the Indonesian nation should become a reference pillar in the context of policy formulation because it is an inherent part of character education. Character education is very important because social change for the better is strongly influenced by the quality of society, while the quality of society is influenced by the pattern of education provided

Abstract

Jurnal ini menjelaskan bagaimana peran dan bentuk bimbingan keagamaan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa berdampak terhadap keaktifan mereka di kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pendamping agama dalam memperkuat aktivitas mahasiswa di kampus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, yang kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan berdasarkan temuan pada saat wawancara dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembimbing agama memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam keaktifan mahasiswa di kampus. Para pembimbing agama tentu mempunyai cara dalam memberikan pembekalan kepada anak didiknya; peran yang diberikan oleh para pembimbing kepada anak didiknya adalah dengan pendekatan yang tepat, dibuktikan dengan pemberian bimbingan keagamaan yaitu, bimbingan materi Syumuliatul Islam, bimbingan materi politik Islam, melaksanakan ibadah bersama, dan bimbingan konsultasi.

Abstract

Abstract: School principals play a strategic role in determining the direction and quality of education in schools, including efforts to improve the quality of educators. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by school principals to enhance the quality of teaching staff. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. The primary data sources consisted of the principal, vice principals, and teachers, totaling 23 informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the theories of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The validity of the data was ensured through credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability checks. The study results indicate that the main strategies implemented involve visionary leadership, human resource development, improvement of infrastructure and facilities, effective curriculum management, building a positive school culture, stakeholder engagement, as well as continuous evaluation and development. Specifically, the principal’s strategic implementation to improve educator quality was carried out through professional training and development programs, mentoring and supervision, teacher collaboration, provision of learning resources and technology, providing motivation and recognition, and encouraging continuous education. The consistent and adaptive application of these strategies in response to global dynamics is considered capable of creating a productive learning environment, producing professional educators, and graduating competitive students in the era of globalization.Abstrak: Kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menentukan arah dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah, termasuk dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data primer adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 23 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dianalisis menggunakan teori Milles, Huberman dan Saldana. Pengecekan keabsahan dengan credibility, dependability, confirmability, transferability. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama yang diterapkan meliputi kepemimpinan visioner, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan kurikulum yang efektif, pembangunan budaya sekolah yang positif, pelibatan stakeholder, serta evaluasi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan. Secara khusus, implementasi strategis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dilakukan melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, pendampingan dan supervisi, kolaborasi antar guru, penyediaan sumber belajar dan teknologi, pemberian motivasi dan penghargaan, serta mendorong pendidikan berkelanjutan. Penerapan strategi-strategi tersebut secara konsisten dan adaptif terhadap dinamika global dinilai mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif, menghasilkan tenaga pendidik yang profesional, serta lulusan yang kompetitif di era globalisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial literacy with corporate image as a moderating variable, focusing on the community surrounding PT Arutmin Indonesia Site Asam-asam. Drawing on stakeholder theory, the research argues that CSR initiatives can serve as a strategic instrument to enhance community capacity, particularly in financial knowledge and decision-making skills. Employing a quantitative approach with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), the study analyzed 38 valid responses from beneficiaries of CSR programs. The results indicate that CSR has a significant positive effect on financial literacy, and this relationship is substantially strengthened when corporate image is favorable. In the moderated model, the direct effect of CSR becomes less pronounced, highlighting the pivotal role of corporate image in shaping program outcomes. The findings extend CSR literature by positioning financial literacy as a key outcome of corporate social initiatives and by confirming corporate image as a critical boundary condition. Practically, the study provides evidence-based recommendations for companies to integrate CSR with reputation-building strategies in order to maximize stakeholder trust and participation. Despite limitations related to sample size and context, the study offers novel insights from the Indonesian extractive industry, underscoring the importance of aligning CSR implementation with corporate image to achieve sustainable community empowerment.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) strategically support the national economy. However, they still face various limitations, particularly regarding capital, technological access, and competitiveness. The company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is believed to boost the capacity building of MSMEs, but its effectiveness depends on internal factors of the recipients, including their innovation capabilities. This study aims to analyse the role of innovation capability in moderating the influence of CSR on the performance of PT Arutmin Indonesia Site Asamasam fostered MSMEs. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique through questionnaires distributed to mentored MSME actors. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that CSR has a positive but non-significant effect on MSME performance. Conversely, innovation capability was proven to dominate in improving MSME performance through product development, quality improvement, and business process efficiency. However, innovation capability has not been proven to strengthen the relationship between CSR and MSME performance. This finding confirms that the performance of MSMEs is more determined by internal innovation capacity than by external support through CSR programs alone.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of learning media in enhancing student motivation in the subject of Social Studies Geography at MA Darul Ijtimak Lombok Tengah for the academic year 2020/2021. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed was qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that the use of learning media, especially maps, can enhance student motivation. The application of map media in Social Studies Geography lessons makes students more enthusiastic and prevents them from becoming bored or uninterested, thus making the teaching and learning process more engaging and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an understanding of the main tasks of leadership and organizational behavior in the context of Islamic education, as well as the criteria for effective leadership and organizational behavior. The method used in this research is library research, by collecting data from various relevant sources. The results of this research conclude that understanding the main tasks and functions of leadership and organizational behavior, as well as the criteria for effective leadership and organizational behavior, is important for leaders and managers of Islamic educational institutions. This understanding helps leaders understand their duties and responsibilities in leading the organization to achieve the desired Islamic education goals. To achieve effective leadership and organizational behavior, several criteria such as a clear vision and mission, the ability to motivate and lead a team, as well as integrity and good morals are very important. Apart from that, factors such as organizational culture, leadership style, and internal and external factors also influence leadership and organizational behavior in Islamic educational institutions. Understanding and implementing these criteria can make a significant contribution to the development and improvement of the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions.
