Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan pengaruh besar di berbagai bidang organisasi. Pada bidang Pendidikan, pemanfaatan teknologi telah banyak di terapkan oleh instansi Pendidikan yang ada. SMK Negeri 1 Sakra Merupakan salah satu instansi Pendidikan yang  belum memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi tersebut. Metode Pembelajaran yang di terapkan di SMK Negeri 1 Sakra adalah metode konvensional yang kegiatan belajarnya hanya di dalam kelas secara tatap muka dengan pengajar mata pelajaran pada waktu dan tempat yang sudah ditentukan. hal ini membuat para siswa merasa bosan dan kurang leluasa dalam mengekspresikan fikirannya dikarenakan adanya tekanan sebaya yang dirasakan ketika belajar bersama di dalam kelas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pada penelitian ini akan dibuatkan Aplikasi Pembelajaran daring Berbasis Web (E-Learning), agar proses pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sakra lebih efektif dan efesien serta lebih optimal. Dengan adanya metode sistem E-Learning ini para siswa yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Sakra dapat mengakses materi matapelajaran yang ditempuh dimana saja dan kapanpun untuk dipelajari serta guru yang mengajar juga tidak kesulitan dalam mendistribusikan materi pelajaran yang akan diajarkan pada siswa. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan ini juga diharapkan lebih menarik minat belajar siswa dan tidak membosankan. Hasilnya Sistem E-learning dapat membangun komunikasi antara siswa dan guru secara interaktif, dan dengan adanya sistem E-Learning ini sebagai media pembantu dalam proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih baik dan meningkat serta mendapatkan hasil yang cepat. Siswa dapat mengakses materi matapelajaran yang ditempuh dimana saja dan kapanpun untuk dipelajari serta Guru yang mengajar juga tidak kesulitan dan maksimal dalam mendistribusikan materi pelajaran yang akan diajarkan pada siswaKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, E-Learning, CodeIgniter, PHP, JavaScript.

Abstract

Non-formal education serves as a tool for training and developing human resources to enable individuals in need of education to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competitiveness they require. In addition to formal education, after-school learning is crucial for building future-ready people resources, which will be the cornerstone of Indonesia's development. The purpose of this study is to determine how Kumon raises student learning standards. In this qualitative case study that included income analysis, research informants included three student parents, two tutors, and one supervisor. The data for this study was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this investigation show that the Kumon approach, when used independently and at suitable discount rates, enhances.

Abstract

This Research is a case study and the focus of this research is the role of the principal in improving the quality of primary school education at SDN 1 Dasan Geres, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. This writing has the main objective, namely to determine the extent of the role of the principal in improving the quality of education, leadership, duties, and the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. The principal is required to understand the role that must be carried out and carried out, namely as an educator, manager, administration, supervisor, leader, innovator, or motivator. Quality education is a hope for all of us in facing challenges in various lives, especially the education sector for the future to be much better for the realization of quality education. With this, the role of the principal is needed because it is the driver of all policy directions in schools that are used to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Leadership can be interpreted as a process of fostering a reciprocal relationship between leaders and those who are led by relying on interpersonal communication skills so that mutual understanding and cooperation between personnel are established according to the responsibilities and tasks that have been set. The leadership that each leader has will have a major influence on the achievement of educational goals. Leadership in education has a very important role, considering the function of the leader is to determine the achievement of educational goals. Basically every institution or educational institution requires a figure (leader) who will guide and direct the implementation of education at the institution. This type of leadership is also influenced by the style applied by someone who leads. An organization will succeed or fail largely determined by the leadership of the institution itself, including in educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas suatu fenomena mengenai interaksi dan komunikasi sosial antara guru dan siswa di MTs. Miftahul Ulum Desa Jarin Kabupaten Pamekasan, dengan menekankan urgensinya dalam pembentukan karakter Islami. Interaksi dan komunikasi sosial yang positif di lingkungan pendidikan berperan penting dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai agama, sehingga menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dinamika interaksi sosial antara guru dan siswa serta bagaimana interaksi tersebut berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan karakter Islami pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi dan komunikasi sosial yang inklusif dan kolaboratif antara guru dan siswa secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan memperkuat nilai-nilai keislaman yang diinternalisasi. Bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan antara siswa dan guru dilakukan tidak hanya mengandalkan komunikasi verbal tetapi juga melibatkan simbol-simbol dan bahasa tubuh yang digunakan dalam interaksi sehari-hari. Guru sebagai agen perubahan sering kali menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami, sopan serta memberikan contoh nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa di sekolah. Selain itu, temuan ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial dan menekankan pentingnya peran guru serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan karakter Islami siswa.

Abstract

Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli's spiritual leadership has garnered attention due to his influence at the Darul Aitam Jerowaru Islamic Boarding School. The integrity of educational human resources in issue relates to the morals, ethics, honesty, accountability, and strong Islamic values that instructors and students embody. The goal of this study was to determine how Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli provided spiritual leadership at the Darul Aitam Jerowaru Islamic Boarding School and contributed to the integrity of Educational Human Resources. Qualitative research is a research approach based on the idea of postpositivism, with data collected using triangulation and inductive analytical procedures. The results of this study are spiritual leadership in the Islamic boarding school of the practice of the tarekat taught by Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Mutawalli is through opening the Majlis Taklim, the Majlis pengajian for the general public, then the strategy used uses only the sharia approach and the role as the leader of the Islamic boarding school, Tuan Guru directs and organizes his students, so a Tuan Guru has a lot of charm and authority in front of his students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the learning community (Kombel) improves student literacy at SDN 2 Jenggala, Tanjung District. The research is a study with the research subject being the Learning Community (Kombel) at SDN 2 Jenggala. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. The author uses triangulation techniques to analyze the information obtained. Based on data analysis, the results obtained from this study show that the learning community of SDN 2 Jenggala has carried out management principles with planning, program implementation, supervision, and evaluation of activities. This is done by the learning community of SDN 2 Jenggala to improve the quality of learning at SDN 2 Jenggala. The program of the SDN 2 Jenggala learning community in improving student literacy is the existence of a reading corner, reading aloud activities, labeling, Salaman ya (Saturday smooth reading), and one word before going home. It is hoped that this activity can be consistently carried out so that it can be transferred to other schools in the Tanjung sub-district.   Keywords: Learning Community, Management, Teacher Empowerment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Intruksional terhadap Kinerja Guru, pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional terhadap Kinerja Guru, pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformaasional terhadap Kinerja Guru, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Intruksional, Situasional dan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus 7 Gerung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah field research yang brsifat statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh guru SD yang ada di Gugus 7 Gerung, Kecamatan Gerung yang berjumlah sebanyak 69 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Intruksional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus 7 tersebut karena nilai signifikansi (sig) < a atau 0,001 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya Gaya Kepemimpinan Intruksionalberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus 7 tersebut karena nilai signifikansi (sig) < a atau 0,001 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja guru. 3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformaasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus 7 tersebut karena nilai signifikansi (sig) < a atau 0,002 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja guru. 4) Adapun secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Intruksional, Situasional dan Transformasional sama-sama mempengaruhi Kinerja Guru di Gugus 7 Gerung.

Abstract

Prayer awakens people so that they are always aware that they are God's servants who must serve Allah SWT. Prayer has such an important place that it is used as a measure in Islam. This is in Islam, there are several types of prayer that are associated with certain times and moments, such as obligatory prayers, namely prayers which are divided into five times, Eid al-Fitr prayer, Eid al-Adha prayer, and so on, after the prayer there is still another prayer known as ba'diyah prayer, it shows the importance of prayer in Islamic teachings. Congregational prayers in Islam are very beneficial in increasing enthusiasm, equality and brotherhood, and can create bonds of love and mutual understanding among other Muslims. It aims to evoke a sense of togetherness. Congregational prayer is highly recommended for every Muslim to get priority reward. Every Muslim will feel the wisdom of congregational prayer in himself in living his daily life as a human being. People who pray in congregation will also receive double reward compared to praying alone. The congregational prayer activities are not only carried out at home, prayer rooms, Surau or mosques but are also taught in different environments. Abstract

In today's era, humans are facing increasingly complex life challenges. For that, a strong religious foundation is needed. The research aims to strengthen religion through the congregational prayer movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan. Religion is a treatise conveyed by God to the Prophet as a guide for humans and perfect laws to be used for humans in carrying out real life procedures and regulating relationships with responsibility to Allah, to society and the natural surroundings. The methodology used is mixed methods, namely a combination of literature and field studies. Where the literature study is carried out to formulate the theory, while field studies are carried out through direct observation of the location of the object of study. The findings of this study are that the Religious Guidance Through the Congregational Prayer Movement conducted in Potoan Daja Village is highly appreciated by the community and directly increases religious and religious awareness. Activities to Strengthen Religious Development through the Congregational Prayer Movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan have succeeded in fostering a new prayer room at the residence of Mr. Muhammad Bhere' Sabe with two male and female shafs through the preparation of the main and supporting programs using the lecture and story method.
