Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulsive buying behavior among Millennial users of Shopee e-commerce. A quantitative approach was utilized in this research, with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sample consisted of 172 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce users. The results indicated that Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior among Millennial Shopee users, with a t-significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This demonstrates a significant relationship between Hedonic Shopping Motivation and impulsive buying behavior on Shopee among Millennials. The study also found a correlation of 0.540 between the independent and dependent variables, indicating a strong relationship between these variables. The coefficient of determination shows that 29.16% of the variation in impulsive buying behavior can be explained by the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable, while the remaining portion is due to other factors not addressed in this study. Abstract

Pengelolaan manajemen pendidikan dan keuangan yang efisien dan transparan di pesantren menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi seiring dengan perkembangan era digital. Aplikasi SIPREN dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan manajemen keuangan di Pesantren Nurul Iman melalui pendekatan digital yang modern dan terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pengumpulan umpan balik, dan penyempurnaan berkelanjutan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi aplikasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan masukan dari staf administrasi, ustadz, dan santri, yang mengidentifikasi beberapa area perbaikan, seperti penyederhanaan antarmuka dan penambahan fitur laporan khusus. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, transparansi yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan dana, serta peningkatan disiplin pembayaran iuran santri. Penyempurnaan aplikasi dilakukan secara cepat dengan menyesuaikan fitur agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi SIPREN berhasil menciptakan sistem pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel di Pesantren Nurul Iman, serta diharapkan dapat menjadi model penerapan teknologi digital di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya.

Abstract

Business expansion in this era of globalization is significantly on the rise, and competition is intense. One such example of a company that has been experiencing substantial growth is a culinary business operating primarily within the fastfood sector. Hence, it is imperative for enterprises to prioritize the caliber of their merchandise in order to deliver contentment to patrons and garner their loyalty, thereby augmenting their competitive edge. Prior researchs hold immense significance as they substantiate and reinforce forthcoming scientific theories. The aim of penning this literature review is to scrutinize product quality. The literature provides insights into the variables of product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. It also highlights that research methodologies such as SPSS and PLS are widely used. The outcomes indicate a positive correlation between product quality and factors like purchase decisions, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's profitability and the company's financial performance. To this end, financial data from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk was used to gather quantitative data from the population. Purposive sampling was used to obtain samples from the population, specifically the company's annual financial data for the years 2020–2023, and multiple linear regression was employed as the analysis method, with financial performance serving as the dividend variable and return on investment as the independent variable.The analysis of data using analysis of simple linear regression. According to research findings, corporate financial performance data (PBV) is 0.76, 0.64, 0.63, and 0.57, while profitability data (ROI) for the 2020–2023 period is 0.5, 0.6, 0.5, 0.6. According to the findings of the data analysis, the company's financial performance (PBV) was positively and significantly impacted by profitability (ROI). This demonstrates that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk may turn a profit over the 2020–2023 timeframe, which will help the business's long-term expansion and viability..

Abstract

The "Entrepreneurship Socialization: Preventing Impulsive Buying and Cultivating Saving Habits in Families" program in Cikeusal Village, Tanjung Jaya Subdistrict, is a proactive initiative aimed at stimulating local economic growth and enhancing financial literacy at the household level. The program addresses real challenges in the form of detrimental impulsive buying and a lack of savings habits within rural communities. The main focus of the program is to transform consumption patterns by integrating creativity and entrepreneurship as the main pillars. Through a series of training sessions, and socialization activities, we provide an in-depth understanding of local business potential and empower the residents of Cikeusal Village to develop their entrepreneurial skills. Preventing impulsive buying is another objective of this program, where intensive education is provided on its negative impacts and strategies for managing consumer temptations. The program also emphasizes the establishment of saving habits as a foundation for strong family finances. Through a participatory approach, the program has successfully instigated positive behavioral changes in the community of Cikeusal Village. By embracing creativity as an economic resource, preventing impulsive buying behavior, and encouraging saving habits, this program aims to have a long-term impact on building economic resilience and family well-being at the village level. The success and challenges of the program are revealed through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, providing a holistic view of the impact and directions for further development.

Abstract

Within the scope of the village, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) can appear as concerns about being left behind in social and economic development, such as not being able to keep up with new trends or not benefiting from government programs introduced in other areas. This community service aims to provide training regarding superior community empowerment in optimizing family management technology to overcome FOMO and integrate family education for the residents of Kampung Ngenol, Cigalontang Village, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is to provide counseling or training. The results of the service have succeeded in increasing community empowerment through optimizing family management technology which can help overcome FOMO and integrate family education in village communities.  This is demonstrated by increasing public understanding and awareness of the importance of family management, the use of appropriate technology, and the integration of family education in everyday life.

Nagrog Village possesses untapped tourism potential, particularly at the Tonjong Canyon site. The primary challenges include inadequate infrastructure, limited community involvement in tourism management, and minimal social media promotion. The community service methods applied in this activity include field observation, planning, and training of local residents in tourism management and social media. The results show increased community awareness of tourism potential, infrastructure improvements, and enhanced promotion through social media. This initiative has contributed to increasing visitor numbers and the village's economy by leveraging its tourism assets

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan zaman yang semakin modern dan teknologi yang semakin canggih, telah menciptakan sebuah sistem perdagangan yang dikenal sebagai E-commerce. Kemunculan berbagai marketplace telah meningkatkan persaingan di antara mereka. Hal ini mendorong Tiktok Shop untuk meningkatkan beberapa fitur dan promosi, seperti memperluas sistem pembayaran Cash on Delivery (COD) agar lebih menarik bagi konsumen. Perusahaan juga perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di platform mereka, termasuk produk yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak metode pembayaran Cash On Delivery terhadap minat beli konsumen di aplikasi Tiktok Shop. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i Universitas Cipasung Tasikmalaya. Sementara itu, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode purposive sampling untuk memilih sampel, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem pembayaran COD memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This program aims to improve financial literacy and digital financial management for tourism entrepreneurs and MSMEs in Darmacaang Village, Ciamis, West Java. Low financial literacy and reliance on traditional management methods are major obstacles to the growth of local tourism businesses. The program uses a participatory approach, starting with socialization and surveys to identify the needs of tourism entrepreneurs and MSMEs, followed by in-person and online training on financial literacy, digital financial management, and digital marketing, particularly in the tourism sector. Participants receive regular mentoring to ensure the application of the knowledge gained. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital financial management, adoption of e-wallet applications, and use of digital marketing platforms to expand tourism markets. Participants also demonstrated increased confidence in managing tourism businesses amid economic challenges, contributing to the sustainability and growth of local MSMEs and tourism, and supporting regional economic development
