Abstract

This research was cconducted with the aim of finding out the influence of literacy, in this case public knowledge about usury, on people’s behavior in carrying out debts and receivables with subjective norms as a moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population, namely the total number of PNM Mekaar Mambi Branch costumers, wa 3.701 people. The sampel was determined using the kriccjie Morgan formula which then obtained 348 samples which were then used in this research. This research uses primary datta, namely direct responses from respondents via questionnaires distributed via Google form and distributing questionnaires directly the field. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the research show that literacy has a positive effect on people’s behavior in making debts and receivables.

Abstract

The Griya Hartacu Pattallassang Housing Complex, Gowa Regency has two financing agreements used and is one of the subsidized housing under the care of PT.  Three Great Revas.  This housing uses financing agreements, including the Murabahah KPR contract, and the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract.  The researcher himself focuses on the musyarakah mutanaqisah financing contract.  This study aims to find out how the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is implemented, and how the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is compatible with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008.  The formulation of the problem is: (1), How is the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract implemented in the financing process for the Griya Hartacu housing in Pattallassang?  (2), Is the transaction process for musyarakahmutanaqishah financing contracts in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008?.  This research is a field research using qualitative research.  This research approach uses descriptive qualitative.  The subject of this research is the people who live in Griya Hartacu Pattallassang housing.  Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation.  The data validation technique uses theory and source triangulation techniques by collecting data and information from a variety of different sources.  The results of this study indicate that financing for the Griya Hartacu Pattallassang housing uses two financing agreements, namely a murabahah mortgage contract, and a musyarakahmutanaqisah contract.  These two contracts are also very influential in the transaction process of the people who are the actors in the two contracts.  The musyarakahmutanaqisah contract is reviewed with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008, researchers have analyzed and reviewed and then researchers found that the financing of the musyarakahmutanaqisah contract is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa, but the contract has not been fully used, only some buyers use the contract in the home buying process.

Abstract

The background of this research is that zakat is a pillar of Islam that must be carried out when the nisab and haul have arrived. Agricultural zakat is one of the obligatory zakat to be issued at harvest time and the nisab is the same as rice. Understanding is the ability to explain and interpret something, this study aims to determine the level of understanding of the people in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency regarding agricultural zakat. The formulation of the problem in this research is. How is the level of understanding of the people in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency towards agricultural zakat. The subjects of this research were the people of Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency, while the subjects in this study were the people's understanding of agricultural zakat in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency. The type of research used is the type of field. The data sources used are prime and secondary data. While the data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and documentation, to analyze the data using descriptive qualitative methods. The number of population in this study was 229 people using the slovin formula, based on the results of the research which showed through the answers of the respondents it could be concluded, an analysis of people's understanding of agricultural zakat in the village of Ngali, Belo sub-district, Bima district, answered "good" about agricultural zakat with a percentage of 64.70%, socialization is needed to the community so that people understand agricultural zakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the community in tourism development, tourism development from an Islamic Economics perspective and the impact of tourism development in increasing community income in Bissoloro Village. This research is qualitative research that creates descriptions in the form of words. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and secondary data. Furthermore, to analyze the data, this research was carried out using data validity tests using trust, transferability, dependency and certainty tests. The research results show that the role of the community in tourism development in Bissoloro Village has been involved, some of the people in Bissoloro Village play a role as managers, providing services and as ordinary people who help managers with cleanliness and security. Then, in developing tourism from an Islamic Economic perspective, tourism development in Bissoloro Village includes attractions, facilities, accessibility and training that have been well developed and in accordance with Islamic Economics where the community has preserved nature well, the management has provided friendly facilities for Muslim visitors. and managers receive training in tourism development. Furthermore, the impact of tourism development in increasing people's income in Bissoloro Village is the opening of new job opportunities for the community and increasing people's income.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui masalah pelaksanaan jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju, implementasi akad murabahah pada transaksi jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Fenemenologis. Dengan memaparkan hasil penelitian secara objektif sesuai yang ditemukan di lapangan, pengusaha sarang burung Walet di desa tarailu kecamatan sampaga kabupaten mamuju. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dokumentasi dan referensi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu: Reduksi data (seleksi data), penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan jual-beli sarang burung walet di desa tarailu terdapat beberapa transaksi yang digunakan yaitu, ada yang melakukan transaksi secara langsung dalam artian betemu edua belah pihak dan melakukan transaksi berdasarkan kesepakatan yang dibuat. Serta ada yang memberikan uang panjar walaupun belum ada barang. Kemudian implementasi akad murabahah pada prakteknya bersesuian dengan rukun serta syarat- syarat akad murabahah. Namun jika ditinjau berdasarkan akad murabahah yang sering digunakan pada perbankan syariah, terdapat syarat yang tidak terpakai.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menbayar zakat pertanian pada masyarakat Wajo masih menjadi permasalahan akibat kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai zakat pertanian yang ada pada petani di kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh sosialisasi dan pengetahuan zakat terhadap minat petani membayar zakat pertanian dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi di BAZNAS kabupaten wajo. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dengan sampel adalah masyarakat petani di kabupaten wajo di empat kecematan yaitu kecematan Bola, Majauleng, Takkalalla, Sajoanging. Responden yang dipilih sebagai sampel adalah memenuhi kriteria sebagai berikut: (1) Masyarakat kecamatan, (2) Islam, (3) petani, dan (4) Bersedia menjadi informan. Jumlah sampel yaitu 375. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat petani membayar zakat pertanian di BAZNAS Kab. Wajo, pengetahuan zakat berpengaruh positif terhadap minat petani membayar zakat pertanian di BAZNAS Kab. Wajo, religiusitas dapat memoderasi sosialisasi terhadap minat petani membayar zakat pertanian di BAZNAS Kab. Wajo, religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengetahuan zakat terhadap minat petani membayar zakat pertanian di BAZNAS Kab. Wajo.

Abstract

Amid the increasing demand for quality halal products, halal labels and product quality have emerged as factors that shape consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of halal labels and product quality on purchasing decisions at MomQil Frozen Food, with consumer trust as an intervening variable. Halal labels are an important factor that guarantees the validity and halal quality of products, while product quality includes taste, safety, and cleanliness standards that are expected to increase consumer trust. Because the consumer population of MomQil Frozen Food is not known with certainty or is very broad, sampling was carried out using the Jacob Cohen formula. This study involved 204 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through SmartPLS. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while halal labels did not have a direct effect. However, consumer trust mediates the effect of halal labels on purchasing decisions. Trust is also able to mediate the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that building consumer trust through product quality and halalness is an important strategy to improve purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kepemimpinan, motivasi usaha, dan pendampingan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah Program PNM Mekaar Syariah di Kecamatan Pajukukang, Kabupaten Bantaeng. penelitian ini juga akan menganalisis peran kejujuran sebagai variabel pengendali dalam hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria Krijcie dan Morgan yaitu 217 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian dengan bootstraping menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah dengan nilai P Values (0,005)<0,05 dan t-statistik (2.820)>1,97, motivasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah dengan nilai P Values (0,002)<0,05 dan t-statistik (3.156)>1,97, serta pendampingan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah dengan nilai P Values (0,022)<0,05 dan t-statistik (2.284)>1,97. Kejujuran mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah dengan nilai P Values (0,031)<0,05 dan t-statistik (2,606)>1,97 sedangkan tidak mampu memoderasi motivasi usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan nilai P Values (0,408)>0,05 dan t-statistik (0,828)<1,97, dan mampu memoderasi pendampingan terhadap keberhasilan usaha nasabah dengan nilai P Values (0,011)<0,05 dan t-statistik (2.538)>1,97. Abstract

The factor that influences the level of success of an organization is the performance of its employees. The research aims to describe the influence of work ethic and infrastructure on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at BAZNAS Takalar Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data, namely taking data from distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sampling technique so the number of samples used is 100 people. The data analysis technique in this research uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using the help of SmartPLS to be able to solve the problem formulation and hypotheses that have been formulated in this research and is used to test the relationship between variables. The results of the research show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, infrastructure has no effect on motivation, there is There is an indirect influence between work ethic on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable, and there is no indirect influence between infrastructure and facilities on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at BAZNAS Takalar Regency. The implication of this research is that for BAZNAS Takalar Regency, it can improve employee performance by developing and strengthening the work ethic among employees. As well as, optimizing infrastructure to increase employee comfort and work efficiency.

Abstract

  The title of this research is "Implementation of the Village Zakat Index Method in Measuring the Level of Community Welfare in Bolang Village, Alla District, Enrekang Regency". This title aims to answer the question of whether or not Bolang Village, Alla District, Enrekang Regency is eligible to receive zakat funds from BAZNAS. The type of research used in this study was conducted in Bolang Village, Alla District, Enrekang Regency. Enrekang Regency. The data collection method used is through questionnaires, interviews and documentation given directly to stakeholders in Bolang Village, namely the local government. Then the data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the study showed that the index value of each variable where the value of the Economic Dimension (0.26), Health Dimension (0.78), Education Dimension (0.73), Social and Humanitarian Dimension (0.48), Empowerment Dimension (0.48), and Social and Humanitarian Dimension (0.48). (0.48), Da'wah and Advocacy Dimension (0.81). Then the calculation of the accumulated value of the Village Zakat Index (IDZ) in Bolang Village, Alla District, Enrekang Regency, obtained an IDZ value of 0.58. And if categorized into the Score Range, Bolang Village is included in the Fairly Good category. Which means that Bolang Village can be said to be worthy of assistance, especially in the economic dimension of the village in order to improve the welfare of its people. The Bolang Village Government is expected to be able to implement programs that can improve the welfare of its people, such as the formation of creative economic activists.
