Abstract

The rapid growth of local brands in Indonesia's fashion industry is driven by the use of online media as a promotional platform. One notable brand is Ventela, which employs a co-branding strategy to capture market attention. This study aims to analyze the implementation of co-branding by @ventelashoes on Instagram, evaluate consumer purchasing decisions regarding Ventela Konnijiwa shoes, and measure the extent to which the co-branding collaboration between Ventela and Mantappu Jiwa by Jerome Polin influences purchasing decisions. The study applies co-branding theory, which includes dimensions such as brand awareness, brand strength, mutual benefits, uniqueness of collaboration, as well as positive consumer judgment and response. Meanwhile, the purchasing decision process is analyzed through five stages: problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. A quantitative approach was used in this study through a survey method, with data collected from 133 followers of the @ventelashoes Instagram account using a random sampling technique. The results indicate that the co-branding between Ventela and Mantappu Jiwa received a positive response from the respondents. The influence of co-branding on purchasing decisions is strong, with a correlation value of 0.904. Co-branding contributes 81.8% to the purchasing decision of Ventela Konnijiwa shoes, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This service journal highlights the efforts to develop the product packaging of chicken sempol in Sempol Ayam Wisnu micro-enterprise located in South Cikarang. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, combining direct observation and interviews with MSME owners. This service program aims to improve the competitiveness of Sempol Ayam products in Cibatu Village, South Cikarang, by implementing effective branding and packaging strategies. Sempol Ayam micro-enterprise managed by Mr. Mustofa faces various challenges in terms of branding, packaging, and marketing, which have an impact on consumer perceptions and product positioning in an increasingly competitive market. Through qualitative methods involving in-depth observations and interviews, we identified an urgent need to improve the product's visual identity and packaging. The program included the development of a new attractive and memorable logo, as well as a tagline that reflects the product's values. In addition, we provided training on effective marketing strategies, including proper utilization of social media and promotional techniques, to expand market reach. The results of the program showed a significant increase in product appeal, selling points, and brand awareness among consumers. Hopefully, this strategy can empower Sempol Ayam MSMEs to continue to innovate, improve product quality, and ultimately contribute to the welfare of the local community. This program not only provides direct benefits to Pak Mustofa's business, but also serves as an inspiring example for other MSMEs in facing similar challenges in a competitive market

Abstract

Social media has become an integral part of Generation Z's life, including elementary school students, who are known as the tech-savvy generation. This study aims to examine Generation Z students' perceptions of the influence of social media on their academic behavior and learning concentration through a literature study approach. Data were collected from various current literature sources and analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that social media has a dual impact: platforms such as YouTube and educational applications such as Kahoot increase motivation and access to learning resources, but uncontrolled use causes distraction, procrastination, and decreased learning concentration. The characteristics of Generation Z, such as dependence on technology and the need for digital existence, strengthen the influence of social media on their academic behavior. Therefore, a balanced educational approach is needed to maximize the benefits of social media while minimizing its negative impacts. This study provides insight for educators and parents in managing the use of social media wisely.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and the use of financial technology (fintech) on consumptive behavior in generation Z partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Economics Education Students Class of 2021 and Class of 2022 at Siliwangi University. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 30. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. 2) There is a significant influence of the use of financial technology (fintech) on consumptive behavior with a significance of <0.001 <0.005. 3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy and the use of financial technology (fintech) on consumptive behavior from the f test value obtained a significance value of <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstrak. Digital branding merupakan salah satu metode mengangkat citra positif kota Jakarta Timur melalui program unggulan salah satunya Ruang Terbuka Hijau. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan promosi konten dan kesulitan dalam mengukur dampak dari program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis strategi digital branding Kota Jakarta Timur dilakukan melalui program Ruang Terbuka Hijau di platform Instagram dengan akun @kotajakartatimur. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori digital branding, yang menjelaskan  bagaimana suatu kota membangun dan mempromosikan citra positif melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis. Teknik pengumpulan  data  dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap konten-konten yang diunggah oleh akun @kotajakartatimur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilakukannya melalui strategi komunikasi, seperti ajakan untuk berpartisipasi melalui interaksi dengan publik yang dilakukan melalui fitur comment, likes, dan direct messages. Abstract.  Digital branding is one method of raising the positive image of East Jakarta through superior programs, one of which is Green Open Space, however. There are still obstacles such as limited content promotion and difficulty in measuring the impact of the program. This study aims to analyze the digital branding strategy of East Jakarta City carried out through the Green Open Space program on the Instagram platform with the @kotajakartatimur account. The theory used in this research is digital branding theory, which explains how a city builds and promotes a positive image through digital platforms. This research uses a qualitative approach with an analytical method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of the content uploaded by the @kotajakartatimur account. The results showed that it was done through communication strategies, such as invitations to participate through interactions with the public carried out through comment features, likes, and direct messages.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the communication strategies implemented by Radio Prambors to maintain its existence amidst the flow of media digitalization. A qualitative case study approach was used, supported by media convergence theory. This study describes how Radio Prambors adopts new media to expand its audience reach, while meeting the needs and motivations of listeners. The study results show that Radio Prambors implements various communication strategies such as social media integration, diversification of broadcast content, two-way interaction with listeners, and optimization of digital platforms to strengthen audience engagement. This study confirms that the success of radio in the digital era is highly dependent on the ability to adapt through technological innovation, responsive broadcast management, and a participatory approach to the audience.

Abstract

Abstract: The ability of learning outcomes of Pancasila education of grade IV students at SDN 20 Cakranegara is still low. This problem is caused because during the learning process the teacher uses a learning method that is still centered on himself such as lectures without any other variations. This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on student learning outcomes in the Pancasila education subject in grade IV of SDN 20 Cakranegara. This type of research is an experiment with a Quasi Experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design type. This design has two groups that are selected randomly. The population consists of 25 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class, a total of 50 students in grade IV at SDN 20 Cakranegara. The data collection technique is a test. The test is used to measure students' Pancasila education learning outcomes. The instrument requirement test in this study includes a validity test, a reliability test, a discrimination test and a difficulty level test. The data analysis test uses the t-test, but previously a requirement test was carried out in the form of a normality test, the results of the normality test obtained data with a significance value of > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the research data is normally distributed. The results of the pretest and posttest homogeneity tests obtained sig of 0.76 and 0.10, which means > 0.05, so the data is declared homogeneous. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained through the independent sample t-test test, getting sig (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the problem based learning model on student learning outcomes in the Pancasila education subject at SDN 20 Cakranegara.

Abstract

This research provides a deep understanding of the transformation of preaching or dawah communication styles in the digital era. Against the backdrop of technological advancements, preaching is no longer confined to conventional methods but has evolved into multi-directional communication that is more interactive and responsive. Preachers now adopt various strategies to enhance the effectiveness of preaching in the digital world. The research results highlight the shift in preaching communication styles from traditional lectures to utilizing social media, video platforms, and instant messaging applications. Prominent preachers in Indonesia, such as Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat, and Khalid Basalamah, serve as successful examples in reaching audiences through digital channels. Various strategies for enhancing preaching in the digital era are identified, including mastering various digital platforms, developing storytelling skills, understanding online audience trends and habits, collaborating with digital content creators, implementing interactive technology, optimizing search and online visibility, and maintaining branding and messaging consistency. In conclusion, the utilization of digital technology can create preaching content that is more dynamic, relevant, and easily accessible to audiences increasingly connected through technology. Thus, this research provides practical guidance for preachers and researchers to enhance preaching communication in the digital era, making preaching more effective and relevant in the face of the dynamic developments in communication technology.

Abstract

Pengelolaan tenaga kerja outsourcing di perusahaan memerlukan sistem informasi yang efektif untuk mengatasi kendala seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan data, risiko human error, dan kesulitan pemantauan kinerja. Artikel ini membahas pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen tenaga kerja outsourcing di PT Kawung menggunakan metode waterfall. Setiap tahapan pengembangan, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pemeliharaan, dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi kesalahan administratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan data tenaga kerja secara terstruktur, real-time, dan akurat, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala yang berhasil diatasi melalui solusi teknis dan manajerial.
