Abstract

Meningkatnya tren investasi aset digital di Indonesia menunjukkan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap instrumen keuangan berbasis teknologi. Namun, masih banyak calon pengguna yang ragu untuk terlibat karena keterbatasan pemahaman, keraguan terhadap platform digital, dan persepsi terhadap keamanan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi digital, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian cryptocurrency pada platform Indodax. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Indodax. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu promosi digital, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepercayaan, secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian cryptocurrency. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, kepercayaan menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi minat pengguna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi digital, penyampaian informasi promosi yang lebih jelas, serta edukasi tentang keamanan sistem perlu diperhatikan guna membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan partisipasi pengguna terhadap investasi cryptocurrency melalui platform Indodax.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze strategies for increasing employee engagement through employee empowerment and self-development programs. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing according to the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that empowerment and self-development strategies have a significant influence on increasing employee engagement. By providing autonomy in decision-making, providing relevant training, and supporting career development, employees feel more valued and in control of their work. Furthermore, a supportive organizational culture and regular recognition have been shown to increase motivation and a sense of belonging to the organization. Although challenges remain, such as budget constraints, ineffective training methods, and difficulties in measuring success, the results of this study confirm that employee engagement can be significantly improved if organizations consistently implement empowerment and self-development strategies on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology is driving the emergence of a competitive digital business ecosystem. To survive and thrive in this competition, companies are required to rely not only on technological innovation but also on effective human resource (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management in enhancing digital business competitiveness, specifically through recruitment, competency development, motivation, and performance management. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature review. The results indicate that human resource management plays a crucial role in enhancing digital business competitiveness through various strategies, ranging from digital talent recruitment, training and competency development, motivation and reward systems, to managing an adaptive work culture. Furthermore, employee retention and career development have proven to be key factors in maintaining the sustainability of digital talent amidst intense competition. The use of technologies such as HRIS, big data, and artificial intelligence also makes HR management more efficient, enabling companies to increase productivity while strengthening their competitive advantage in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by human resource (HRM) management in managing a multi-generational workforce in the digital age and identify strategic solutions that organizations can implement. The diversity of generations, consisting of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y (Millennials), and Generation Z, creates differences in work values, communication styles, technology use, and expectations regarding the work environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach, with a literature review of various journals, books, and recent research reports related to HRM management and multi-generational workforce dynamics. The results of this study indicate that managing a multi-generational workforce in the digital age is inseparable from a number of complex challenges. Intergenerational communication gaps, negative stereotypes, differences in work values, and limited digital skills are key obstacles frequently encountered in organizational environments. Furthermore, changes in the increasingly flexible work environment and diverse employee expectations add to the complexity faced by HRM management. However, the study also found that solutions such as open and empathetic communication, the use of multiple communication channels, ongoing training, the development of non-technical skills, and the implementation of HRIS technology can reduce gaps and increase work effectiveness. Efforts to build an inclusive work culture have been proven to strengthen cross-generational collaboration and create a more harmonious, productive, and adaptable work environment.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of work, particularly in how companies manage human resources. This study aims to analyze employee adaptation and competency development strategies in the digital era to remain relevant and competitive. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, reviewing literature and in-depth interviews with managers and employees at several digital-based companies. The results of this study indicate that employee management in the digital era requires an adaptation strategy that emphasizes competency development, both technical and soft skills. The application of technology in recruitment, training, performance management, and administration has been proven to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. However, the success of HR digitalization is greatly influenced by employee readiness to adapt, company support through reskilling and upskilling, and the creation of a flexible, collaborative work culture oriented towards continuous learning. Thus, companies that are able to integrate aspects of technology, organizational culture, and competency development will be better prepared to face the challenges and global competition in the digital era.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan aspek penting dalam sistem kesehatan nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu komponen utama dalam pelayanan kesehatan adalah pelayanan kefarmasian, yang berperan dalam menunjang keberhasilan pengobatan pasien. Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep menjadi indikator utama yang memengaruhi efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Standar pelayanan farmasi yang cepat, tepat, dan berkualitas mencerminkan upaya rumah sakit dalam memenuhi kebutuhan serta harapan pasien. Namun, di Poli Jantung RS Hermina Bekasi, masih terdapat kendala dalam memenuhi standar tersebut, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor komunikasi, kompetensi tenaga farmasi, serta sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap efisiensi waktu tunggu pelayanan resep. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada Januari 2025 menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas (19 item pertanyaan menggunakan skala Likert) dan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat (uji Chi-square), serta multivariat (regresi logistik berganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu pelayanan resep di Poli Jantung sesuai standar sebanyak 35,4%, sedangkan 64,6% masih belum memenuhi standar minimal rumah sakit berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 dan Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016. Waktu tunggu resep non-racikan masih melebihi 30 menit, sementara resep racikan lebih dari 60 menit. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan signifikan (p lebih kecil dari 0,05) antara komunikasi dan kesesuaian waktu tunggu resep. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan (p lebih besar dari 0,05) antara kompetensi serta sarana dan prasarana terhadap kesesuaian waktu tunggu resep.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of service quality and organizational culture on taxpayer compliance. The research approach used is quantitative research using survey methods. The data collection technique used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The research sample comprised 100 taxpayer respondents at the Sumedang Regency Primary Tax Service Office. The research results show that service quality and organizational culture partially and simultaneously influence taxpayer compliance. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing taxpayer compliance, especially regarding service quality and organizational culture. The results of this research can be used as a basis for increasing taxpayer compliance through improving service quality and developing a conducive organizational culture.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ikterus Neonatorum terjadi jika tingkat neonatus aterm bilirubin dalam darah ≥ 12mg/ dl, dan harus dilakukan pemberian cahaya biru. Tindakan Mobilisasi dalam terapi cahaya dengan bayi terlentang, pronasi, sisi kanan dan posisi kiri. Adapun mobilisasi dengan cara posisi bayi terlentang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui mobilisasi aksi efektivitas dan imobilisasi dalam perawatan menggunakan cahaya biru untuk mengurangi tingkat bilirubin.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasy Eksperimental dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden terdiri dari 36 sampel, 18 dilakukan mobilisasi, 18 dilakukan imobilisasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan kemudian data dianalisis dengan uji Mann Whitney U, dengan nilai signifikansi P ≤ 0,05.Hasil kadar bilirubin pada mobilisasi aksi menurun 55.56% dan imobilisasi 5,56%, dan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh Mann Whitney U nilai uji signifikan p= 0,003 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga ada perbedaan efektifitas antara mobilisasi aksi dan imobilisasi dalam perawatan dengan cahaya biru.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada efek mobilisasi aksi dalam perawatan dengan cahaya biru untuk mengurangi tingkat bilirubin. Kata kunci: Mobilisasi, Imobilisasi, Perawatan Cahaya Biru, Level Bilirubin, Neonatus aterm. ABSTRACT Icterus Neonatorum happened if aterm neonates bilirubin level in the blood ≥ 12 mg/dl, and must be done blue light. Mobilization actions in light therapy give the baby supine, pronation, right side and left side position. As for the mobilization give the baby supine position. This study wanted to know the effectiveness action mobilization and immobilization in blue light treatment to decrease bilirubin level.This research use Quasy Experimental Design with purposive sampling technique. With 36 samples, 18 carried the mobilization, immobilization of 18 performed. Data collection using observation, and then data analysis with Mann Whitney U test, with significance value of P≤0.05.The result of bilirubin level decreased by an action mobilization of 55.56% and immobilization of 5.56%, and data analysis result obtained Mann Whitney U test significant value = 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05, so that there are differences in effectiveness between action mobilization and immobilization in blue light treatment.From the result of the research suggest remain to action mobilization in blue light treatment to decrease bilirubin level, because of equal amount of light. Keywords: Mobilization, Immobilization, Blue Light Treatment, Bilirubin Level, Aterm Neonates.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan makna denotasi, konotasi dan makna mitos yang terdapat di dalam puisi “Aku dan Sunyi” dan puisi “Kepada Sajakku” dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif berupa informasi dan bait puisi yang didapatkan peneliti dari sumber penelitian, yaitu puisi “Aku dan Sunyi” dan puisi “Kepada Sajakku”. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah menunjukkan adanya makna denotasi, makna konotasi dan makna mitos yang dapat dikaji dalam puisi “Aku dan Sunyi” dan puisi “Kepada Sajakku”. Secara makna denotasi dalam puisi “Aku dan Sunyi”, pengarang ingin menyampaikan perasaan kesepian yang mendalam. Secara makna konotasi dalam puisi “Aku dan Sunyi”, pengarang merasakan kesepian dan tidak adanya sebuah dukungan dari orang lain, pengarang mengharapkan dukungan agar bisa keluar dari situasi yang sulit. Secara makna mitos dalam puisi “Aku dan Sunyi”, pengarang ingin menyampaikan bahwa ketika seseorang merasakan kesepian, makan orang itu akan mencari sebuah jalan keluar dan dukungan dari orang lain. secara denotasi dalam puisi Kepada Sajakku, pengarang menyampaikan tentang ketidakadilan yang dirasakan dalam dunia yang sempit akal. Makna konotasi dalam puisi “Kepada Sajakku”, pengarang menyampaikan bahwa dalam dunia terdapat ketidakadilan. Secara makna mitos dalam puisi “Kepada Sajakku”, pengarang menyampaikan bahwa seseorang bisa melawan ketidakadilan yang dialami.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of technology in the disruption era has brought both challenges and opportunities for the government sector, particularly in improving the quality and performance of Civil apparatus. This study aims to analyze strategies for optimizing human resources of civil apparatus in facing the disruption era, highlighting the factors that influence the readiness and capability of civil apparatus in responding to the increasingly digital and dynamic work environment. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies at selected government institutions. The results show that optimizing Human Resources of Civil apparatus in the face of the disruption era largely depends on the integrated enhancement of digital, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies. civil apparatus equipped with information technology skills, leadership ability in a digital ecosystem, as well as an understanding of national values and cultural diversity tend to be more adaptive and productive in carrying out public service duties. In addition, the implementation of a merit system, collaborative work culture, and the utilization of technologies such as e-learning, e-performance, and e-recruitment significantly accelerate bureaucratic transformation towards a more modern and efficient direction. Government policy support, as well as collaboration with educational institutions, the private sector, and digital communities, also prove to be strengthening factors in sustainably expanding civil apparatus capacity development.
