Abstract

The puerperium or post partum period is the period after childbirth is completed up to 6 weeks or 42 days. After the postpartum period, the reproductive organs will slowly undergo changes as before pregnancy. Sectio Caesarea surgery method can have several impacts, the most common of which is pain. Lemon aromatherapy is a type of non-pharmacological therapy of high concentrations of essential oils obtained from plants that can be massaged, inhaled, or mixed into bath water in pure form.The subject in this study was Mrs. N P1A0 aged 28 years with complaints of pain in the postoperative wound. Data sources and types of data used use primary and secondary data. From the results of the study of giving lemon aromatherapy to postoperative patients, it was found that there were changes in pain between before and after giving lemon aromatherapy using diffueser. Lemon aromatherapy is a type of aromatherapy that is used to treat pain and anxiety. After administering lemon aromatherapy for 2 days in this case, the results showed a decrease in postoperative pain. In this case, the patient's pain scale was reduced from 5 moderate pain intensity to 3, mild pain intensity

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya pemberian MP-ASI dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi dan balita, maka perlu untuk memperhatikan kualitas dan variasi makanan yang diberikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan makronutrien dan mikronutrien bayi dan balita sesuai usia. Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan antara pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dengan status gizi anak usia 6 sampai 24 bulan di Posyandu Balita Kelurahan Raman Endra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan survey analtik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh anak usia 6-24 bulan di 4 Posyandu Balita yang ada di Kelurahan Raman Endra sebanyak 69 anak dan sampel berjumlah 41 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik proportioned stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, di Posyandu Balita Kelurahan Raman Endra Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun 2024, sebagian besar ibu-ibu yang memili anak usia 6-24 bulan memberikan MP-ASI yang tepat sebanyak 61,0% dan anak usia 6-24 bulan mempunyai status gizi yang normal sebanyak 43,9%. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, didapatkan p-value 0,002 atau p-value nilai α (0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dengan status gizi anak usia 6-24 bulan di Posyandu Balita Kelurahan Raman Endra Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun 2024. Petugas puskesmas bisa memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada saat kegiatan Posyandu tentang pentingnya pemberian MP-ASI bagi tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

Dukungan keluarga merupakan informasi verbal atau nonverbal, saran dan bantuan yang nyata atau tingkah laku yang diberikan oleh orang-orang yang akrab dengan subjek didalam lingkungannya atau yang berupa kehadiran dan hal-hal yang dapat memberikan keuntungan emosional dan berpengaruh pada tingkah laku penerimanya (Sefrina Latipun, 2016). Dukungan keluarga sangat penting bagi penderita gangguan jiwa dalam tingkat kepatuhan agar penderita gangguan jiwa tau akan pentingnya kepatuhan kontrol untuk mencegah kekambuhan gejala gangguan jiwa. Menurut WHO, pada 2022 terdapat sekitar 35 juta orang mengalami gangguan jiwa, 60 juta orang terkena bipolar, 21 juta orang terkena skizofrenia, serta 47,5 juta terkena dimensia (WHO, 2022). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui hubungan Dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kepatuhan pasien gangguan jiwa untuk kontrol di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 10 sampai 25 juli 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang melakukan kontrol Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung Pada Bulan Januari-April 2024 sejumlah 255 pasien dan sample sebanyak 77 responden. Analisis bivariat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapatatkan sebanyak 58 responden (75,3%) memiliki dukungan keluarga tidak baik; sebanyak 39 responden (50,6%) memiliki tingkat kepatuhan tidak patuh. Hasil penelitian juga didapatkan p-value 0,002 (p-value0,05) yang artinya terdapat Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Tingkat Kepatuhan Pasien Gangguan Jiwa Untuk Kontrol di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Diharapkan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung agar dapat menjalankan program kesehatan dalam mencegah terjadinya peningkatan jumlah kekambuhan pasien gangguan jiwa dengan memberikan sosialisasi.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection is one of the heaviest respiratory diseases that can cause death, people with Acute Respiratory Infection will suffer greatly if they are in humid, cold or too hot weather. Acute Respiratory Infection is the main disease of infant mortality and often ranks first in the morbidity rate of toddlers, early treatment of Acute Respiratory Infection disease is proven to reduce mortality. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge of mothers under five regarding the prevention of Acute Respiratory Infection in toddlers in Gading Kencana Village, the working area of the West Bawang Bone Marga Health Center in 2023. This research design uses quantitative methods with a Pre-Experimental approach with a One Group Pretest – Postest Design approach with 55 respondents who are homogeneous samples and use purposive sampling techniques. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of <0.005 which can be concluded Ha is accepted so that there is a significant difference. It is concluded that there is an influence of health education on the level of knowledge of mothers under five regarding the prevention of Acute Respiratory Infection in toddlers in Gading Kencana Village before counseling and after counseling.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety in pregnant women can arise, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy until delivery. During this period, pregnant women feel anxious about various things, such as whether the baby is born normally or not, and the pain that will be felt. As the delivery schedule approaches, especially in the first pregnancy, it is normal for feelings of anxiety to arise. Anxiety during pregnancy can lead to depression due to fear or even trauma if there are problems during labor so that the mother does not want to give birth again. Therefore there is a need to study the behavior of pregnant women in the third trimester with their level of anxiety when facing childbirth in the working area of the Tangse Health Center. Method: This research was conducted using a descriptive- analytical method using a cross- sectional design. The population in this study was 459 pregnant women who were in the working area of the Tangse Health Center. Sampling used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents. Results: The results showed that 24.4% of pregnant women considered themselves not anxious, with 59.8% mild anxiety and 14.6% moderate anxiety. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is no significant relationship between maternal age (p-value 1.000), maternal education (p-value 0.849), maternal knowledge (p-value 0.196), antenatal care visits (p-value 0.934), and husband's support. (p-value 0.055) with anxiety in facing childbirth in the working area of the Tangse Health Center, Pidie Regency. Recommendation: It is hoped that future researchers will be able to conduct research related to suggestion therapy in pregnant women, and for health workers, it is hoped that  health workers will further increase the provision of health information (counseling) regarding pregnancy, especially to primigravida mothers.

Abstract

Background: The quality of home care services is an important factor in achieving patient satisfaction, especially for wound care patients. At the Mekar Arum Primary Inpatient Clinic, there is a need to assess the relationship between the quality of service provided and the level of patient satisfaction. Purpose: to analyze the relationship between the quality of home care service principles and wound care patient satisfaction at the Mekar Arum Primary Inpatient Clinic, Central Lampung, in 2024. Methods: The research method used was quantitative with a correlation design and cross sectional approach. The sample consisted of 39 respondents who were taken by total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring service quality and patient satisfaction. The results of the analysis showed that most respondents were aged 46-55 years, with the majority of female gender. The quality of service received by patients showed that 51.3% of respondents were satisfied, while 46.2% were very satisfied with the services provided. Results: The results of statistical tests obtained a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, with a P Value = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: Statistical tests using chi-square showed a p value = 0.000, which means there is a significant relationship between the quality of homecare services and patient satisfaction.   Keywords: Service Quality, Home Care, Patient Satisfaction, Wound Care.   Pendahuluan: Kualitas pelayanan home care menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai kepuasan pasien, terutama bagi pasien perawatan luka. Di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Mekar Arum, terdapat kebutuhan untuk menilai hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan prinsip home care dengan kepuasan pasien perawatan luka di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Mekar Arum, Lampung Tengah, tahun 2024. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 39 responden yang diambil secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berusia 46-55 tahun, dengan mayoritas jenis kelamin perempuan. Kualitas pelayanan yang diterima pasien menunjukkan 51.3% responden merasa puas, sedangkan 46.2% menyatakan sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik diperoleh adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasaan pasien, dengan nilai P Value = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). Simpulan: Uji statistik menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan nilai p = 0.000, yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan home care dengan kepuasan pasien.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Home Care, Kepuasan Pasien, Perawatan Luka

Abstract

Introduction: Nursing services are a key determinant of healthcare quality and significantly influence patient satisfaction, especially among BPJS (Indonesia’s National Health Insurance) users. Inadequate nursing care has been associated with low satisfaction levels, impacting service utilization and hospital performance. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between nursing services and patient satisfaction among BPJS users in the polyclinic of Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Regional General Hospital, Bandar Lampung. Method: A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The population included all BPJS patients in the polyclinic room in 2024. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 99 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a validated structured questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate statistical methods, including the Chi-square test. Result: The majority of respondents rated the nursing services as good and expressed satisfaction with the services received. Among those who perceived nursing services as good, most reported being satisfied. Conversely, patients who perceived the services as not good tended to be dissatisfied. A significant relationship was found between nursing services and patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant association between the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction among BPJS users. Improving nursing care is essential to enhance patient experiences and promote service utilization. Future studies should explore other contributing factors such as patient feedback, infrastructure, and facility availability to provide a more comprehensive understanding of healthcare quality determinants.

Abstract

Intorduction: Hospitals operate continuously to provide essential healthcare services, relying heavily on nurses who often work rotating shifts. These shift patterns, particularly night shifts, can lead to fatigue, which negatively impacts nurses’ health, performance, and patient safety. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between work shifts and nurse fatigue in the inpatient department of Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital in 2024. Method: A quantitative analytical survey with a cross-sectional design was conducted. The study population included all inpatient nurses, with a total of 57 respondents selected using total sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-Square tests to determine associations. Result: The findings revealed that nurses working under shift schedules were more likely to experience fatigue compared to those on regular schedules. The statistical analysis demonstrated a significant association between shift work and nurse fatigue (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Shift work is significantly associated with increased nurse fatigue. Hospital administrators should consider implementing better shift management strategies to reduce fatigue and improve both nurse well-being and the quality of patient care.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. XYZ. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT. XYZ. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely permanent employees of PT. XYZ. The sample in this study were 57 respondents. Random sampling, namely simple random sampling or simple random sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a partial or simultaneous influence on exogenous variables (organizational culture and job satisfaction) on endogenous variables (employee performance). The implication of this research is that PT. XYZ can review the organizational culture by paying attention to employees from the applied culture, paying attention to things related to job satisfaction expected by employees in order to improve employee performance in the company.

Abstract

Nurses, as the frontline of healthcare services, are expected to deliver optimal performance that frequently goes beyond their formal duties, thus requiring robust psychological capital to support voluntary work behaviors known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.
