Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan tahapan penting dalam membentuk fondasi perkembangan anak. Namun, pengelolaan data pendidikan PAUD di UPT SKB Way Kanan masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan berbagai kendala seperti duplikasi data, kehilangan informasi, dan kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi perkembangan anak secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan sistem penerimaan murid baru (SPMB) dan pengelolaan rapor digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur pendaftaran daring, manajemen data siswa, pencatatan perkembangan anak, serta pembuatan rapor digital yang dapat diakses secara real-time oleh guru, orang tua, dan pihak manajemen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengatasi keterbatasan proses manual dan mendukung transparansi serta kolaborasi dalam proses pendidikan PAUD. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan pendidikan yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Lampung menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data pengembangan kompetensi ASN yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel, sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan pelaporan, duplikasi data, dan rendahnya efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Integrasi Informasi Kompetensi Aparatur (SIISKA) berbasis web untuk mendukung proses pendaftaran, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan kegiatan coaching, mentoring, serta analisis kesenjangan jabatan secara terstruktur. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode black-box. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa SIISKA mampu menurunkan waktu proses pendaftaran dari 2–3 hari menjadi kurang dari 1 jam, mengurangi tingkat kesalahan input dari 15% menjadi di bawah 3%, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna hingga 85%. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam digitalisasi pengelolaan kompetensi ASN secara efisien dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a website-based Parking Management Information System as a case study at the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business. The system developed is able to select parking spaces according to the parking quota provided by the campus. The parking locations provided consist of Canteen Parking Lots, Basketball Court Parking Lots, Futsal Court Parking Lots, Parking Lots in Front of the Mosque, Parking Lots Next to the Basketball Court, and Parking Lots Next to the Futsal Court. In this system, when a vehicle enters, an admin will enter data on the plate number, entry date, parking code, entry time, vehicle type and parking position specified for the vehicle owner. This system helps security guards as parking managers at the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business to carry out parking management well and efficiently, so that the problem of parking overload can be minimized. The results of this research contribute to the development of information technology in parking management in the campus environment. By using this system the parking management process can be more structured and computerized, as well as providing convenience for parking users and parking managers and can increase efficiency and improve services in overcoming parking problems that often occur on campus.

Abstract

Development of increasingly modern technological devices can provide advantages for entrepreneurs to market services and products with the aim of expanding market share with a wide reach. The scope of product sales in an area becomes ineffective in being able to compete to attract consumer interest. The role of information technology can be carried out using internet media so that consumers can access it online or can be called e-commerce. The object of this research was carried out at a hijab shop in the Natar area, South Lampung. The problems that exist include the sales process which is carried out directly, such as consumers coming to the shop to buy products, which has an impact on operational costs, energy and time, especially consumers who are in areas where they cannot see information on the availability of the product they want to buy. The system development method used is Extreme Programming. The results obtained are that the use of the website is running well, as evidenced by the results of system testing using blackbox testing of 91.66%, which means that this e-commerce information system is running successfully and can be used by consumers, especially in the South Lampung area and its surroundings.

Abstract

The implementation of QR Code technology at Youth Cafe aims to increase ordering efficiency and provide a more comfortable experience for customers. Each table is equipped with a unique QR code that can be scanned to access the menu and place orders via the mobile web-based application. This application was designed using Native PHP with MySQL as the database, to ensure stability and optimal performance. The success of the system is measured by increasing order time efficiency by up to 50%, reducing manual errors by 90%, and the system's ability to handle up to 500 orders per day without interruption.  Customer surveys show satisfaction levels increased by 35% after application implementation. These results show that the use of QR Code technology has succeeded in improving operations, efficiency and service quality at Youth Cafe, as well as making a significant contribution to innovation in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) berperan penting dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, namun limbah biomassa dari pengolahan komoditas hutan, termasuk kulit buah aren (Arenga pinnata Merr.), masih jarang dimanfaatkan dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan skrining fitokimia terhadap kulit buah aren dari hutan rakyat di sekitar Jalan Wan Abdul Rahman Lampung, untuk mengungkap kandungan senyawa bioaktif di dalamnya sebagai dasar ilmiah pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan baku produk alami bernilai tambah. Kulit buah aren diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 96%, kemudian ekstrak diuji secara kualitatif melalui skrining fitokimia menggunakan pereaksi standar untuk mengidentifikasi golongan metabolit sekunder dan primer. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak kulit buah aren mengandung flavonoid, senyawa fenolik (termasuk fenol hidrokuinon dan tanin), saponin, steroid/triterpenoid, dan alkaloid, serta metabolit primer berupa asam amino dan gula pereduksi. Keberadaan golongan senyawa tersebut mengindikasikan potensi aktivitas biologis, terutama sebagai antimikroba dan antioksidan alami, yang relevan untuk pengembangan produk berbasis bahan alam di bidang pangan, farmasi, dan kimia. Studi ini memberikan informasi awal mengenai potensi kimia kulit buah aren sebagai sumber senyawa bioaktif. Dengan demikian, kulit buah aren yang selama ini hanya menjadi limbah berpeluang dioptimalkan pemanfaatannya sebagai sumber HHBK bernilai tambah sekaligus membantu menurunkan beban limbah biomassa di lingkungan sekitar lokasi pengolahan.

Abstract

This study investigates sentiment analysis on user reviews from Bukalapak, a major Indonesian e-commerce platform, using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) classifier. The study focuses on tackling the challenge of data imbalance and the linguistic complexities of Indonesian, such as slang, affixes, and negation, which are common in user reviews. Data was collected through web scraping from Bukalapak's app on the Google Play Store, resulting in a dataset of 19,999 reviews. A structured preprocessing pipeline was employed, including text normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) weighting to prepare the data. The sentiment analysis results show that the model performs well in categorizing neutral reviews (accuracy 81%), but struggles with positive and negative sentiments due to data imbalance, leading to lower accuracy for these categories. The study highlights the effectiveness of Multinomial Naïve Bayes in large-scale sentiment analysis tasks in the e-commerce domain, particularly for platforms with large volumes of user-generated content. The study also introduces SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) for handling data imbalance and k-fold cross-validation for model evaluation, significantly improving the model’s reliability. The research concludes that sentiment analysis can greatly benefit e-commerce platforms by improving customer service, informing product management decisions, and providing valuable insights for business strategies.
