Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to know how the finances, worker, and raw material influence the wood processing industry; (2) to know which most dominant factor influences the wood processing industry in Banjarmasin City. This Research uses quantitative method with primer data obtains from the result of interview and questionnaire. The data are calculated using double linier analysis which will be use test f (simultaneous) and test t (partial). The result of the Research shows that the factors of the finances worker, and raw material influences significantly and positively to the wood processing industry simultaneously and partially. Workers becomes the most dominant factor influencing the output of the wood processing industry. The suggestions given based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study (1) The owner of a wood processing industry business should be able to pay attention to several factors that can affect production results in order to increase production output; (2) Increase the demand for wood by means of good promotion and marketing by utilizing increasingly developing technology.

Abstract

In this research, the problem is how the index of village independence in Banjar Regency is and how is the economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency. In general, this study aims to determine the index of village independence and the economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, while the data collection techniques were conducted by interview and documentation, and the data analysis technique used was a descriptive, interpretive. From the study results, it was found that most villages in Banjar Regency were classified as developing. Based on IKS data, which reached the Village Independence Index, which was 7.22%; based on IKE data, it got the Village Independence Index, which was 0.72%; and based on IKL data, which reached the Village Independence Index, which was 6.50%. The economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency is between towns with a developing classification, which is 214 villages, and an advanced type, which is 11 villages; this competitiveness can be seen from the adequate facilities in the town.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the factors that influence the income of new entrepreneurs in the creative economy sector in Banjarmasin City (2) analyzing the dominant factors affecting the income of new entrepreneurs in the creative economy sector in Banjarmasin City. This type of research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from questionnaires. Data was calculated by multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study prove that the factors of working capital, education, age, working hours, and gender statistically jointly affect business income. This means anything of the size or level of working capital, education, age, working hours, and gender will greatly affect the income of new entrepreneurs in the creative economy sector in Banjarmasin City. In addition, this study proves that working capital is a dominant factor influencing the income of new entrepreneurs in the creative economy sector in Banjarmasin City. It can be seen that the results of the research have the most significant effect. This is caused by working capital is a factor that plays an important role in running a business.

Abstract

This journal investigates, analyzes, and understands the influence of the independent variables (e-money demand, M1, GDP) on the dependent variable (velocity) in Indonesia from April 2007 to December 2017. It also detects which independent variables have the most influence on performance velocity. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t-test, and the F test. This study takes data from April 2007 to December 2017. The result proves that e-money demand is not too partial effect on velocity, but simultaneously still influential. While M1 and GDP are dominant and have a partial and simultaneous influence on speed.

Abstract

Technical collection data uses depth interviews and observational direct.Technical analysis data use descriptive qualitative with triangulation analysis.The result research show role of the community Wanasari village in planningthe development of tourism village are very greatly which like the community help tohelp clean culture tourism center and developing community like art or dance thencommunity too donation their money or some of plants or vas to tourism village, thenthe role of government and private sector has a significant effect because localgovernment has given funds to build infrastructure to tourism village and privatesector investment to support economic activity village.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of Raskin assistance, PDRB, and regional spending on the number of poor people in the Continent Six Regency and learn what factors dominate the Continent Six Regencies. Data collection techniques in this study use documentary techniques. The data used is secondary data with regression analysis techniques panel data. The results of this study suggest that Raskin, PDRB, and regional spending towards the number of poor people in the continent six regency and Raskin are the dominant factors that affect the number of people poor in the continent six regency.

Abstract

The transfer of management of Tax for Acquisition of Land and Buildings (BPHTB) and Land and Building Tax–Urban and Rural(PBB-P2) from the central government to regional government is a regional follow-up autonomy and fiscal decentralization policy. With the transfer of BPHTB into local taxes, BPHTB contributed to the District Own Source Revenue(PAD). This research aims to know how much the contribution, how effective and efficient, how BPHTB potency, the obstacles in BPHTB collection, and what strategy needs to be done to increase BPHTB revenue. The type of research is a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data obtained from Bapenda Banjar district to calculate the contribution, effectiveness, efficiency, and primary data obtained from interviews to know the potential, constraints, and strategies in the revenue of BPHTB. This research can conclude that contribution of BPHTB to local revenue (PAD) is still deficient. The effectiveness of 2012-2016 is beneficial because the point is always above 100%, and the implementation of BPHTB collection is very efficient. BPHTB of Banjar district has a very high potential and potentially will continue to increase. The obstacle faced by the Banjar district government is not yet applied market price and still only refers to NJOP. A strategy that can be done is using price comparison, and Banjar district government routinely conducts an evaluation meeting with BPN and notary/PPAT.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze how much income per capita, human developmentindex, and economic growth of the population in Banjarmasin city. The method used in thisresearch is the quantitative method, with variable income per capita, human development indexand economic growth of population in Banjarmasin, Data Time series secondary take 10 ( Ten)years with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, with the test ofassumptions The results showed that the revenue of the Percapita and Human DevelopmentIndex were partially influential on the population in Banjarmasin. Still, economic growth didnot have a partial effect on the number of inhabitants in Banjarmasin. The Percapita revenue,Human development index, and economic growth simultaneously influence the number ofinhabitants in Banjarmasin city. The variable that is the dominant influence on the number ofinhabitants in Banjarmasin city is the human development index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the Development Inequality inthe Banua Anam Region (2) See the Inequality in the Development of the BanuaAnam Region (2) Which regency has the highest and lowest IPD. The methodused in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis and Analysis ofDevelopment Planning Techniques. The results of the Tabalong and BalanganResearch included developed but depressed areas for Tapin. Hulu SungaiSelatan, Hulu Sunga Tengah, and Hulu Sungai Utara enter developed areas,including developing regions. Inequality in the Banua Anam region is still high;areas of increasing inequality are Tabalong and Balangan. Economic Aspectsare the most dominant in creating imbalance. Abstract

The Main Terminal Market is a central market that sells various kinds of goods. Raw goods, semi-finished goods or finished goods can be found in this market. The Main Terminal Market is located in Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan. The Main Terminal Market operates every Sunday. Development and structuring is ongoing for this market. Descriptive quantitative method was conducted to determine the impact of development and arrangement on this market, seen from the perception of market visitors, traders' income, and the efforts made by the government for the market. The Main Terminal Market is still in need of development and arrangement until now.
