Abstract

This research tries to apply promotional strategy with mass promotion methods (mass promotion) that communicate with potential consumers at the same time. Factors that encouraged this method because the shops/Dealers still recently opened and is located in a location far from the city centre so that less known local community. The main purpose of the application of this strategy is to make the dealership and its products more quickly recognized so that the sales and market share can be improved.

Abstract

Abstract

This study tested the 2 (two) corporate strategy funding, PT Adira DMF Relathionship with strategy and excellent service while its competitors, PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia uses the strategy of Fee. This research seeks answers to whether the granting Fee factors other than in the form of cash, is there any other factors that may affect the decision of the dealer to give order to the Financing Institution. The results of this research is the Relationship Marketing strategy and excellent service can affect the decision of granting the order to the Institution by denying Financing amount of Fee is received.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sektor ekonomi prioritas terhadap kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Analisa dalam tulisan ini melibatkan sembilan sektor ekonomi yang merupakan hasil klasifikasi dari tabel input-output tahun 1995 dan 2005. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa sektor jasa memberi pengganda pendapatan terbesar sedangkan sektor pertanian memiliki kesempatan kerja terbesar. Sektor pertambangan memiliki peran terkecil dalam kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemandirian desa di masa sekarang akan menjadi kunci utama kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Masalah ketimpangan pembangunan antara perkotaan dan pedesaan disebabkan oleh dua hal yaitu: minimnya modal dan kurangnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di desa-desa di wilayah kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah solusi untuk memberdayakan masyarakat desa dilakukan dengan pendampingan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen melalui program KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) yang dilakukan melalui 4 (empat) tahapan dan 4 (empat) periode KKN. Mengatasi permasalahan modal dapat diatasi dengan membentuk BUMDes Desa Wisata agar mendapatkan penyertaan modal dari dana desa. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Potensi Desa dan Desa Wisata.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe differences of the result research of factors which influence the policy of company leverage, push the writer to do re-research to get the current research. The research is focused on several factors which cover active structure, profitability, the company size, business risk and the company growth level in order to be known how the independent variable influence toward dependent variable.The object research is taken from the manufacture company which are listed and go public in Jakarta Stock Exchange from 2000 to 2004. The research sample is taken by using purposive sampling method with judgement type sample sampling, the sample taken fulfill the requirement and special criteria. The research takes sample from 40 companies.The research sample shows that the influences of active structure, profitability, the company size, the business risk and the company growth level toward the company leverage policy as a whole are 23% and 77% respectively the others are company leverage structure, so does the variable of the company growth level. While for the profitability variable, the company size and business risk have influences toward the company leverage policy.Keywords : Tangibility Asset, Profitability, Size, Business Risk, Growth Opportunities and Leverage.

Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat, memunculkan berbagai macam bisnis model baru yang salah satunya adalah bidang transportasi online, platform aplikasi transpotasi online banyak bermunculan dengan berbagai macam kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Salah satu pihak yang terlibat dalam bisnis ini adalah mitra driver sebagai ujung tombak bisnis ini. Mitra driver, demi keberlangsungan kerja serta  memaksimalkan penghasilannya, berusaha memanfaatkan berbagai keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh dari perusahaan-perusahaan transportasi online yang memiliki perbedaan kebijakan, aturan, karakteristik, situasi dan kondisi dengan cara memiliki  sebanyak mungkin aplikasi driver ojek online.

Abstract

AbstrakPermintaan order layanan transportasi online mengalami penurunan yang signifikan sejak awal tahun 2023. Menurunnya order  semakin diperparah dengan adanya pesaing (Maxim, Grab dan Shopeefood) dengan promosi yang gencar,  harga yang lebih kompetitif (murah) dan program diskon yang menarik. Sebaliknya, program Gojek 2023  kurang mendukung untuk menarik minat pelanggan baru, yaitu program loyality customer, dimana untuk diskon semakin dikurangi tetapi lebih fokus peningkatan  loyalitas pelanggannya. Program ini salah satu strateginya melakukan pelayanan prima. Realita dilapangan, banyak faktor yang menghambat para mitra driver untuk melakukan pelayanan prima.Penelitian ini mencoba menggali secara mendalam permasalahan yang menjadi penghambat driver Gojek dalam melayani konsumen secara maksimal. Strategi untuk konsisten dalam Pelayanan Prima adalah  menjadikan pelayanan prima sebagai way of life/pandangan hidup driver ketika onbid, sehingga dalam segala aktivitas dan kegiatan kerja selalu didasari dengan jiwa memberikan kebahagiaan bagi konsumenKata kunci : Faktor Penghambat, Pelayanan Prima, Driver Gojek.

Abstract

Today's business development is growing very rapidly. Every business actor in each business unit is required to always have sensitivity to changes that occur One of the business sectors that is experiencing a significant decline, in January the total income was 84% then in July it became 80%, due to the month that it was implemented the large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy by the government Another factor influencing the decline in sales is the emergence of many competitors from similar companies. The problem in this study is to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and competition on sales volume, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in this study were all visitors to Susuku Café Ungaran who made purchases whose amount is not known with certainty. With the sampling technique used, namely unknown populations, the research sample obtained is 100 respondents. The results of multiple regression analysis for the variable product quality to sales volume obtained tcount 3.620, promotion to sales volume obtained tcount 3.187 and competition to sales volume obtained tcount 7110. Based on the Fcount test, the Fcount value is 39,052. The results of the study can be concluded that the variables of product quality, promotion and competition have a partial effect. Product quality, promotion and competition variables simultaneously affect the sales volume at Susuku Café Ungaran

Abstract

Employees who are satisfied with their work will perform well. Job satisfaction is basically influenced by many factors such as compensation, career development, leadership style or others. Job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important because it has proven to be of great benefit to the interests of individuals, companies or organizations. Job satisfaction of employees of the sewing section of PT. HOP LUN INDONESIA can be seen from the increase in employee absenteeism. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development, and leadership style variables on job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of the sewing section of PT. HOP LUN INDONESIA numbered 216 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling method, and the number of samples is 140 people. The data collection method uses Google form, while the data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. The results showed that simultaneously and partially, compensation, career development, and leadership style had an effect on employee job satisfaction.
