Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Muhammmadiyah Talu masih menggunakan mading kovensional (mading papan) dalam menunjang keperluan penyampaian informasi namun hanya bisa diakses dengan mendatangi lokasi mading berada sehingga dapat menurunkan minat siswa dalam membaca mading sekolah karena dianggap cukup menyulitkan sehingga mengakibatkan siswa sering ketinggalan informasi penting dari pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media penampilan informasi  dalam bentuk  sistem informasi e-mading berbasis web yang mampu menampilkan informasi yang relevan dan dapat diakses dari mana saja untuk menggantikan mading kovensional (mading papan) di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Talu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi informasi E-Mading yang mampu menampilkan informasi dan juga karya siswa yang diakses secara online. Dengan adanya sistem informasi e-mading ini tampilan karya siswa-siswi Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Talu serta tampilan informasi pengumuman sekolah menjadi lebih mudah, menarik, interaktif karena bisa diakses dari mana saja tanpa harus mendatangi lokasi mading seperti halnya mading kovensional (mading papan).

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has driven a major transformation in human resource (HR) management, requiring organizations to adapt swiftly through innovation and continuous competency development. This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by HR in the digital transformation era, focusing on individual and organizational adaptation, innovation in HR management, and competency enhancement through lifelong learning. The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, examining relevant scholarly works published within the last decade. The findings reveal that digital transformation requires HR professionals not only to master technical and digital skills but also to possess critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Innovations through digitalization of HR processes, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, and the implementation of flexible work systems serve as key strategies to strengthen organizational competitiveness. However, challenges remain, including digital skill gaps, cultural resistance, and the need for transformational leadership. Therefore, competency enhancement through reskilling and upskilling programs, along with fostering a culture of lifelong learning, must be integrated into modern HR policies. This study contributes a comprehensive and integrative conceptual framework on adaptation, innovation, and competency development of human resources in the digital era, which have previously been examined separately in existing literature. Furthermore, it proposes a conceptual model that systematically maps the interrelations among HR challenges, technological adaptation strategies, managerial innovation, and continuous competency enhancement. The study also provides evidence-based policy recommendations that can be implemented by organizations and governments to build an inclusive and sustainable digital human resource ecosystem.

Abstract

The profession of an accountant is one of the many promising occupations in the future that is needed by many companies. Apart from possessing the ability to solve the financial problems of a company, accountants are required to have leadership qualities and integrity in carrying out their tasks. The integrity of an accountant is demonstrated by their objectivity in work, which does not favor any interested party, ensuring the credibility of their work. These skills should be nurtured from an early age. Schools and universities can serve as a means to achieve this, so that training activities can foster students' confidence to work well in the future and be prepared to face the challenges of the workplace and the issues that may arise in the accounting profession.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of gamification, flow experience, and perceived enjoyment on users’ transaction intention on the Shopee application in Banyumas Regency. The background of this research is based on the high national usage of Shopee, which does not necessarily align with the utilization of its interactive features, such as gamification, in semi-urban areas. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research designs. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active Shopee users in Banyumas and have interacted with gamified features such as Shopee Tanam, Shopee Candy, and others. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that gamification, flow experience, and perceived enjoyment each have a positive effect on transaction intention. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly influence users' intention to transact on Shopee. These findings are expected to provide strategic insights for Shopee in improving the effectiveness of its interactive features and enhancing user loyalty, particularly in semi-urban areas.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu membantu pelaku usaha dan pemangku kebijakan mengembangkan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin dinamis dan digitalisasi ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, penerapan teknologi, dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 80 responden pelaku UMKM kuliner yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun. Populasi penelitian yaitu pegiat UMKM sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang selanjutnya akan dikumpulkan dan dioalah menggunakan SPPS versi 29. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, penerapan teknologi, dan kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta pengembangan kreativitas untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha kuliner di daerah

Abstract

The major transformation occurring in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has significantly altered the characteristics of the world of work, particularly in terms of job structures, recruitment patterns, and the competencies required of the workforce. This condition has a direct impact on graduates of vocational education, including Vocational High Schools (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/SMK), which are projected to supply job-ready human resources. This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aims to strengthen SMK students’ understanding of labor market dynamics and the key competencies needed to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. The program was implemented at SMK Ma’arif NU Bobotsari using an educational and participatory approach through interactive lectures, discussions, and motivational reinforcement. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of changes in the world of work, increased awareness of the importance of both technical and non-technical competencies, and initial readiness in career planning. This activity provides a tangible contribution to enhancing the readiness of SMK graduates and strengthening the linkage between vocational education and industry needs.
