Abstract

This study explores the implementation of an open employee recruitment strategy at PT. Sanga Group Indonesia to enhance the quality of human resources in the convection and screen-printing industry. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis during a six-month internship. Findings reveal that structured recruitment through SOPs, the adoption of digital platforms, and a strong focus on competency-based selection significantly improve workforce quality, reduce turnover, and enhance production efficiency. Despite the benefits, challenges such as limited digital literacy among applicants and incomplete automation in selection processes still hinder full optimization. The study also highlights the critical role of employer branding in attracting and retaining qualified candidates. These insights offer practical implications for SMEs in labor-intensive sectors aiming to modernize their HR strategies through technology and structured procedures.

Abstract

This article is the result of a community service program aimed at equipping students of SMA Islam Andalusia with strategies to enhance their competitiveness in education and career development. The initiative focuses on building a competitive generation by providing strategies in character development, career readiness, educational innovation, and career planning. The program was implemented through a participatory seminar attended by 40 students, utilizing active discussion and reflection approaches. The results indicate an increased awareness among students of the importance of soft skills, career literacy, and social connectivity in achieving future success. This article highlights the significance of integrating character education, curriculum innovation, and strengthened career services as foundational pillars in shaping an excellent and globally competitive generation.

Abstract

Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar is one of the non-formal and informal educational institutions (PNFI) that organizes learning activities for the equivalency program. The problem that occurs in Purwokerto SKB is that the age of the learning citizens in a study group is various, each has different needs so that the sustainability of the program is difficult to maintain. Heterogeneous input of students and most of them come from the lower middle economic class and including families of recipients of the PKH program from the government is also one of the triggers for problems in learning. In addition, the absence of English language training is one of the problems that occur in SKB considering that English can be used as a plus point for students to get a job. The English language skills of the Paket C (SMA Equivalent) equivalency program students are still very low as evidenced by the average score of the final even semester test for the 2018/2019 academic year, which is 56.17 and the average score of UNBK in 2018 was 34.19. The lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process of English is part of the causes of students' low English proficiency apart from input factors, student characteristics, interest and student motivation to learn. The use of learning methods that are fun, interactive, exploratory, systematic, creative and innovative is very helpful in improving students' English skills. The 2C method is a combination of two methods, namely the cooperative learning method and the contextual teaching and learning method. In this Community Partnership Program, the 2C method was used to train Paket C program students in improving their English language skills. Moreover, this Community Partnership Program was aimed to provide training to students in increasing their interest and motivation to learn English. The result of the training revealed that there was a significant improvement in students’ learning interest and motivation as well as their English performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of gamification, flow experience, and perceived enjoyment on users’ transaction intention on the Shopee application in Banyumas Regency. The background of this research is based on the high national usage of Shopee, which does not necessarily align with the utilization of its interactive features, such as gamification, in semi-urban areas. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research designs. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active Shopee users in Banyumas and have interacted with gamified features such as Shopee Tanam, Shopee Candy, and others. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that gamification, flow experience, and perceived enjoyment each have a positive effect on transaction intention. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly influence users' intention to transact on Shopee. These findings are expected to provide strategic insights for Shopee in improving the effectiveness of its interactive features and enhancing user loyalty, particularly in semi-urban areas.

Abstract

The study used a quantitative approach with an online survey method distributed to 230 participants who had purchased tickets. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that fanaticism has a significant positive impact on purchasing interest and purchase decisions. Price has a positive impact on purchasing interest but not on purchasing decisions, while location has no positive impact on purchasing interest and purchase decisions, and purchasing interest has a positive impact on purchasing decisions. The following findings explain that in the context of K-pop concerts, emotional factors such as fanaticism are more dominant than rational factors such as price and location. The phenomenon of K-pop concerts in Surabaya is the first. Day6 is a South Korean artist to perform a concert in Surabaya, so researchers are interested in examining the influence of fanaticism, price, and location factors on purchasing interest and ticket purchase decisions for a South Korean band concert at the Jawa Pos Arena in Surabaya. Theoretically, this can contribute to the development of science in the marketing and consumer behavior sectors. Meanwhile, practically, it can contribute to promoters or concert organizers by providing suggestions to consider more emotional aspects in marketing strategies, as well as choosing locations that are comfortable, safe, and easily accessible.

Abstract

Tujuan – untuk menerapkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode ABC dengan metode Tradisional yang akan membuktikan tingkat keakuratan serta dampak pada laba perusahaan. Metode – Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah UMKM Java Print Kaos Kastem. Hasil – bahwa penggunaan metode ABC lebih akurat dan detai dalam mencatat biaya-biaya pada proses produksi pada UMKM Java Print Kaos Kastem. Implikasi – sebagai pertimbangan dengan metode ABC lebih baik dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi, terutama dalam perhitungan pekerjaan dengan volume yang cukup tinggi perhitunganya akan lebih terperinci dan akurat. Orisinalitas – bahwa penelitian ini menerapkan ABC pada data laporan keuangan di JavaPrint Kaos Kastem untuk menghitung HPP serta membandingkan dengan metode TC.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan digital adalah pendekatan yang cepat,lintas hierarki,berorientasi pada tim, dan kooperatif, dengan fokus kuat pada inovasi. Kompetensi pribadi pemimpin, pola pikir mereka serta kemampuan mereka untuk menerapkan metode dan instrumen baru seperti pemikiran desain, merupakan dimensi penting bagi para pemimpin Era Industri 4.0.Tujuan dari pembuatan artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan partisipatif berkembang di era digital dengan fokus pada inovasi dan adaptasi dalam organisasi. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan partisipatif di era digital berkontribusi pada peningkatan inovasi dan kemampuan adaptasi organisasi. Dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur, yang bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi kepemimpinan yang berguna untuk mendorong kerja sama, mempercepat inovasi, dan membantu organisasi beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan tantangan pasar saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan artikel menggunakan metode kualitatif ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif karena tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang analisis data. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Temuan utama untuk artikel ini ada kepemimpinan partisipatif, yang melibatkan kolaborasi, keterlibatan karyawan, penerapan pendekatan partisipatif, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif, dan mempercepat adopsi solusi, membantu meningkatkan inovasi dan adaptasi organisasi. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa di era digital, kepemimpinan partisipatif sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi dan memperkuat kemampuan adaptasi organisasi. Pemimpin yang melibatkan karyawan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih kolaboratif dan lebih responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi dan dinamika pasar.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan partisipatif, era digital, inovasi, adaptasi, teknologi, organisasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi 4.0 dapat memengaruhi pola kebiasaan dan pola perilaku pekerja, mereka diharuskan dapat terus bersaing secara kompetitif dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dan keahliannya agar kinerjanya semakin baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, burnout dan efikasi diri terhadap karyawan di era revolusi industry 4.0. Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada variabel budaya organisasi, burnout dan efikasi diri yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan terhadap 100 karyawan di PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya, burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya. Penulis menyadari pentingnya arahan, motivasi serta dukungan dari pimpinan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi yang baik dan efikasi diri yang tinggi, sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya burnout pada karyawan.

Abstract

Profitability is the ability of a company to make a profit. Profitability or profit is a goal for companies where companies try to achieve maximum profitability. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, leverage and company size on the profitability of food and beverage sub- sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a total population of 30 companies and a sample of 11 companies. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Before carrying out the regression analysis, a classic assumption test was carried out which consisted of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that the working capital turnover variable, leverage and firm size simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. turnover of working capital partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability leveraged, and firm size has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja yang dilakukan oleh seseorang sehubungan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepadanya dengan kualitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, stres kerja, kompensasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara, dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel secara acak (random sampling). Dalam pengambilan sampel diperoleh 124 sampel karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form, jawaban dari responden akan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, kompensasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kompensasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
