Pembentukan ekosistem usaha mikro sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung aktivitas bisnis usaha rumah tangga berskala mikro. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam perjalanan bisnisnya, banyak para pemilik usaha skala mikro yang dihadapan dengan berbagai situasi yang tidak menentu, penuh resiko, dan ketidakpastian yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, para pemilik usaha mudah putus asa, khawatir, dan galau, sehingga mereka sangat membutuhkan support system atau ekosistem yang bisa mendukung perjalanan bisnis mereka. Tujuan pembentukan ekosistem ini adalah membuat wadah dimana para pemilik usaha dan para pelaku bisnis bisa membagikan kesulitan-kesulitan mereka dan menemukan jawaban terhadap kondisi bisnis yang sedang dihadapi. Para pelaku bisnis bisa meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan keterampilan bisnis melalui pertemuan-pertemuan rutin bertema yang dirancang oleh pembina kelompok swadaya masyarakat guyub rukun. Harapan yang akan dicapai lainnya adalah bertambahnya jumlah para pemilik usaha mikro yang mampu mandiri dan naik kelasnya usaha mikro ke skala usaha kecil. Dengan adanya manfaat dari ekosistem bisnis ini, anggota dari kelompok swadaya masyarakat guyup rukun yang bernaung di bawah PPA Sikhar Malang bisa bertambah jumlahnya juga.

Entrepreneurship is a skill that needs to be possessed by the younger generation and should be nurtured from an early age. This study aims to explain the impact of risk-taking propensity and cognitive flexibility on entrepreneurial intention in final year students in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research. The study population consisted of final year students in the city of Surabaya, with a sample size of 130 respondents. The variables studied include risk-taking propensity, cognitive flexibility, and entrepreneurial intention. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data processing methods include validity and reliability tests, as well as classical regression assumptions and multiple linear regression. The research findings show that risk-taking propensity and cognitive flexibility have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to explore how innovative work behavior (IWB) is constructed in a hospitality industry. Hospitality industry is one of highly standardized operating procedure industries. SOP often leaves less room for improvisation and innovation because every activity is standardized and evaluated based on the SOP. However, customers demand highly customized services that often need the creativity of the employees to meet the customers’ expectations. Therefore, this study is examining the influence of psychological empowerment and work engagement on IWB among the hotel employees. As quantitative research, the data were gathered using questionnaires which were distributed to 250 respondents, with 205 valid questionnaires. The respondents were the employees of three-to-five-star hotels who had been working for at least one year. Then, the collected data were processed and analyzed with the help of smartPLS software. This study finds that psychological empowerment does not influence significantly on IWB. However, work engagement influences significantly on IWB, and work engagement also mediates psychological empowerment and IWB.Keywords: innovative work behavior; psychological empowerment; work engagement; hotel management.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana perilaku kerja inovatif (IWB) terbentuk di industri perhotelan. Industri perhotelan merupakan salah satu industri dengan prosedur operasi yang sangat terstandarisasi. SOP seringkali memberikan sedikit ruang untuk improvisasi dan inovasi karena setiap kegiatan distandarisasi dan dievaluasi berdasarkan SOP. Namun, pelanggan menuntut layanan yang sangat disesuaikan dengan keinginan mereka sehingga seringkali membutuhkan kreativitas karyawan untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap IWB melalui work engagement pada karyawan hotel. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 responden, dengan 205 kuesioner yang valid. Respondennya adalah karyawan hotel bintang tiga sampai lima yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan bantuan software smartPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IWB. Namun work engagement mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IWB. work engagement juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening antara pemberdayaan psikologis dan IWB.Kata Kunci: innovative work behavior; psychological empowerment; work engagement; hotel management.

Online flight and hotel ticket booking services are increasingly being used by Indonesians. There are several online travel platforms in Indonesia with the highest number of users, namely Traveloka and Agoda. This research aims to determine the effect of design and service quality on user satisfaction. User satisfaction will later be tested to see whether it influences website reuse intentions. In the presence of a moderating variable, interactions will be tested together with other variables. This research was conducted by providing an online survey to Agoda & Traveloka users with the sampling technique used was non-random with accidental sampling so that 120 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The research results show that design quality influences satisfaction. Satisfaction influences website reuse intentions. However, interaction does not act as a mediator between these variables. These results can then be used as a reference for online utilization and improving the quality of websites in business.

This community service activity is aimed at entrepreneurs who are members of the PPA Sabu Raijua. Field observations revealed a lack of understanding regarding the business model that suits their business conditions. Many entrepreneurs in the group have an inaccurate concept of their product potential, customer mapping, and financial management, which hampers the development of their businesses and the improvement of their economic well-being. Training and mentoring on developing a business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) focused on changing the mindset and behavior in managing micro and small enterprises. After conducting financial health tests and visiting each business, the main theme of the training was the development of a new business model following the BMC guidelines. The training resulted in the creation of a new business model. Mentoring was provided to support the implementation of this new model in the micro-enterprises of the members. The impact of the training and mentoring was evident in the increased income of the micro and small businesses managed by the members of the PPA Sabu Raijua

The rapid growth of social media has completely changed the way people interact and communicate. This study examines the role of social media influencer in shaping foreign tourists' attitude toward local food and their behavioral intention, with the mediating role of foreign tourists' attitudes towards local food. Self-administered questionnaires surveys with 201 international tourist visiting Bali were collected between July and August 2023. The PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0 was utilized to examine the proposed causal relationships among social media influencer, attitude towards local food, and behavioral intention. The results reveal a positive and significant influence of social media influencer and attitude towards local food on behavioral intention of foreign visitors. However, social media influencer was found to be insignificant in forming tourists' attitude. Attitude towards local food did not mediate the relationship of social media influencer and behavioral intention. This study provides insights into destination marketing efforts to attract more visitors and promote a destination by optimizing influencers of social media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kecenderungan mengambil risiko dan kemampuan berfikir fleksibel mempengaruhi niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa tingkat akhir di kota Surabaya, dengan sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi kecenderungan mengambil risiko, kemampuan berfikir fleksibel, dan niat berwirausaha. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta asumsi klasik regresi dan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan mengambil risiko dan kemampuan berfikir fleksibel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

Salesperson is important to support the development of property service companies in Surabaya. Salesperson needs to haveinnovative performance behavior to achieve maximum performance. To form innovative work behavior, entrepreneurialleadership is needed along with creative self-efficacy and employee engagement levels. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership with creative self-efficacy and employee engagement as mediating variableson innovative work behavior in property salespersons in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with acausal nature and the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sampleused was 114 respondents. This study uses PLS data analysis technique. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurialleadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy, and employee engagement. Creative self-efficacy and employee engagement have a significant effect on innovative work behavior, and creative self-efficacy and employeeengagement successfully mediate between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior.

Agape Child Development Center (PPA Agape) is an institution focused on holistic child development aimed at liberating children from poverty. To support this mission, PPA Agape endeavors to open several business units run by workers and children sponsored by PPA Agape. The businesses run by PPA Agape include Etawa goat farming, selling fruits grown on PPA Agape's land, and a beauty and self-care store. Some problems faced by these small business units include low product awareness, limited marketing, and a lack of product variety. This community service activity aims to develop initial or simple strategies related to product marketing of the business units so that they become better known to a broader audience. The activities and support conducted at PPA Agape include business coaching and mentoring for PPA children aged 12 and above to provide insights on the importance of entrepreneurship, creating a Tokopedia account as an online sales platform for the beauty salon products, and creating an Instagram account as a promotional platform for the beauty salon products run by PPA Agape.

Contoh perilaku karyawan yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaaan adalah loyalitas kepada perusahaan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan sikap setia yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan dalam me¬nger¬jakan tugas dan memiliki tanggung jawab penuh terhadap perusahaan sedangkan kepuasan kerja adalah kondisi emosional karyawan yang mencerminkan sikap positif akan pekerjaan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap loyalitas kar¬yawan melalui kepuasan kerja dikalangan karyawan industrI food and beverage di kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 121 res¬ponden dari beberapa karyawan yang bekerja dalam industri food and beverage di kota Makassar. Data pe¬nelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, pe¬nga¬¬ruh kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, ke¬puasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kepemimpinan vi¬sioner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja se¬bagai variabel mediasi
