Abstract

Bandar udara Notohadinegoro merupakan bandara yang terletak di Kabupaten Jember.Bandar udara Notohadinegoro menentukan peningkatan potensi dalam pengembangan pengoperasianya di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan melakukan strategi perbaikan dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana agar dapat memberi kenyamanan dan keamanan kepada setiap pelanggan diBandar Udara Notohadinegoro di Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan SWOT. Metode IPA dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan dan kinerja pelanggan. Sedangkan metode SWOT dapat menentukan strategi weaknesess (W), opportunities (O), strenghts (S), threats (T) dengan menggunakanperhitungan matriks EFAS dan IFAS. Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa kuadran IPA memiliki indikator komponen pada kuadran A yaitu toilet, tempat beribadah, air bersih, tugu nama bandara untuk di kembangkan. Analisis SWOT dapat memperoleh strategi weaknesess (W) dan opportunities (O untuk meminimalkan kelemahan dan memanfaatkan peluang.Hasil dari titik koordinat (x,y) diperoleh titik (-0,16;0,92) terletak pada kuadran 3 turn around start yang memiliki peluang cukup besar sehingga sarana dan prasarana di bandar udara Notohadinegoro perlu adanya strategi yang harus diterapkan untuk perkembangan bandara.

Abstract

This research focuses on Sumbermujur Village in Lumajang Regency, Indonesia, which possesses significant potential for natural, man made, and cultural tourism. The research aims to explore the implementation of the pentahelix Model for developing integrated and sustainable tourism. The research is motivated by the challenges of fostering sustainable tourism in rural areas and the need for a collaborative approach that involves key stakeholders, highlighting the urgency of this research. Utilizing the Delphi method, this research engages various stakeholders, including local government, community members, tourism operators, academics, and research institutions, to achieve consensus on a sustainable tourism development model. The research process includes identifying key tourism challenges, designing the pentahelix model through cross-sector collaboration and community involvement, validating the model, and providing policy recommendations. The research results show that in tourism development in Sumbermujur Village, four stakeholders have had cooperative relationships, namely academics, local communities, government, and media. In contrast, private business people involved in tourism have not been involved in the cooperation. To achieve integrated and sustainable tourism development based on the pentahelix model, closer collaboration is needed, especially by involving private businesses. Optimal cooperation between stakeholders in this Penta helix model can positively impact increasing the tourism economy and maximizing the utilization of tourism potential.

Abstract

Jember's urban area has experienced economic development and has become the third-largest educational hub in East Java. To address the transportation congestion caused by large activities in urban areas, an effective and affordable public transportation system is essential. The coverage of bus stops plays a key role, as evident from their proximity to residential and public areas, as well as the reach of passengers. This research aims to evaluate the coverage of bus stops in the Jember urban area and optimize the locations of new stops. Using the network analyst service area, buffer area, and kernel density, the research defines service coverage within a 400-meter area based on a person's willingness to walk. Additionally, the scoring method used to evaluate the feasibility of bus stops is based on the standardization of bus stop design. The results show that 10 bus stops are not suitable for standardization, while the other nine are moderately suitable. Currently, only 48.7% of the urban area is served by public transport stops. The studies proposed 12 new bus stop locations, which will increase the coverage area to 79.1% and cover 216 out of 273 identified facilities.

Abstract

Modangan Beach is an administrative beach located in Donomulyo District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. It has potential as a tourist destination because it is included in the provincial tourism strategic area. The beach is famous for its paragliding attraction. Apart from the potential of Modangan Beach, there are several problems, including the lack of optimal infrastructure and promotional facilities that should support tourism activities at Modangan Beach. Therefore, a development direction is needed in the Modangan Beach tourism area. This research aims to determine the priority of development of the Modangan Beach area and the direction of development of the Modangan Beach area. The research method used to answer the first problem was the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique to determine the development priorities of the Modangan Beach tourism area. The second method uses Triangulation analysis to identify the direction of management in accord with the prioritized development of the Modangan Beach tourism area that has been identified. The research outcome is to determine the development priorities that must be carried out at Modangan Beach, namely improving road access followed by toilets, clean water networks, beach conditions, and management offices. Then, the proper development direction will be provided after the triangulation analysis. The development direction is the improvement and rearrangement of the road to the beach tourism area to facilitate tourist accessibility, the presence of cleaners and cleaning tools to keep the toilet conditions clean, water distribution from PDAM to the beach tourism area, maintenance, and optimization of tourism potential, conducting tourism promotions, adding a management office, involving the surrounding community for area management.

Abstract

Heterogenitas jenis daya tarik wisata dan jumlahnya yang terbanyak dibanding kecamatan lain menjadikan Kecamatan Ambulu sebagai kecamatan dengan potensi daya tarik terbesar di Kabupaten Jember. Keragaman destinasi tersebut memunculkan urgensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai upaya pemerataan destinasi wisata Kecamatan Ambulu guna pengoptimalan kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan prioritas pengembangan pariwisata berdasarkan komponen Attraction, Amenities, Accessibility, Activity, Accomodation, Ancillary (6A) sebagai upaya peningkatan dan pemerataan kunjungan wisatawan pada seluruh destinasi wisata di Kecamatan Ambulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antar komponen 6A serta pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) guna menentukan prioritas pengembangan pada komponen terpenting yang memberi dampak terbesar berdasarkan persepsi berkunjung wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh komponen 6A memiliki nilai Sig. = <0,001 yang menandakan pengaruh signifikan komponen 6A terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 71,2%. Karena hasil regresi dari keenam komponen mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, maka keenam komponen dianalisis menggunakan AHP untuk menetapkan prioritas pengembangan. Analisa AHP menghasilkan faktor prioritas dimana pengembangan pada komponen Atraksi (daya tarik wisata) merupakan prioritas pengembangan utama berdasarkan pendapat para stakeholder dengan nilai eigen sebesar 0,656.
