Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Kartini Ferry Port based on service performance assessment. Service performance assessment was analyzed using two methods, namely identification of existing port suitability based on surveys, and Customer Satisfaction Index analysis through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Furthermore, development at Kartini Port uses the gap results from previous Customer Satisfaction Index analysis. Research variables are sourced from Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 39 of 2015 with 21 indicators to be analyzed. The research results show suitability identification at the existing Kartini Port received a score of 44 (less suitable) and the results from Customer Satisfaction Index analysis also received a value of 62.23% (quite satisfied). This shows the service performance at the Kartini Ferry Port is still not fully maximized. Results from the gap calculation show that there are 10 service indicators with a value smaller than minus one (< -1). This indicates that indicators need to be developed and improved in the future. The existing development of Kartini Ferry Port needs to be done is adding facilities that are not yet available, readjusting some facilities that have not been maximized, and adding some information that is still incomplete.

Abstract

Bandar udara Notohadinegoro merupakan bandara yang terletak di Kabupaten Jember.Bandar udara Notohadinegoro menentukan peningkatan potensi dalam pengembangan pengoperasianya di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan melakukan strategi perbaikan dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana agar dapat memberi kenyamanan dan keamanan kepada setiap pelanggan diBandar Udara Notohadinegoro di Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan SWOT. Metode IPA dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan dan kinerja pelanggan. Sedangkan metode SWOT dapat menentukan strategi weaknesess (W), opportunities (O), strenghts (S), threats (T) dengan menggunakanperhitungan matriks EFAS dan IFAS. Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa kuadran IPA memiliki indikator komponen pada kuadran A yaitu toilet, tempat beribadah, air bersih, tugu nama bandara untuk di kembangkan. Analisis SWOT dapat memperoleh strategi weaknesess (W) dan opportunities (O untuk meminimalkan kelemahan dan memanfaatkan peluang.Hasil dari titik koordinat (x,y) diperoleh titik (-0,16;0,92) terletak pada kuadran 3 turn around start yang memiliki peluang cukup besar sehingga sarana dan prasarana di bandar udara Notohadinegoro perlu adanya strategi yang harus diterapkan untuk perkembangan bandara.

Abstract

This research focuses on Sumbermujur Village in Lumajang Regency, Indonesia, which possesses significant potential for natural, man made, and cultural tourism. The research aims to explore the implementation of the pentahelix Model for developing integrated and sustainable tourism. The research is motivated by the challenges of fostering sustainable tourism in rural areas and the need for a collaborative approach that involves key stakeholders, highlighting the urgency of this research. Utilizing the Delphi method, this research engages various stakeholders, including local government, community members, tourism operators, academics, and research institutions, to achieve consensus on a sustainable tourism development model. The research process includes identifying key tourism challenges, designing the pentahelix model through cross-sector collaboration and community involvement, validating the model, and providing policy recommendations. The research results show that in tourism development in Sumbermujur Village, four stakeholders have had cooperative relationships, namely academics, local communities, government, and media. In contrast, private business people involved in tourism have not been involved in the cooperation. To achieve integrated and sustainable tourism development based on the pentahelix model, closer collaboration is needed, especially by involving private businesses. Optimal cooperation between stakeholders in this Penta helix model can positively impact increasing the tourism economy and maximizing the utilization of tourism potential.
