Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of eWOM, expenses, and online media on consumer interest in purchasing Bening skin care.This testing method makes use of numbers.Important information is the information source for this study.Providing respondents with a poll in the form of questions with Likert scale responses is important information employed.Likert scale with five options available.With a student focus, Maranatha University serves as the population source.Purposive testing was employed in this study's testing procedure with a total sample size of 92 respondents.Fractional results reveal that while cost and ewomen greatly influence purchase interest in Bening skin care, online media promotion does not fundamentally affect such interest.The findings maintain that pricing, eWOM, and Webbased media advertising have a significant impact on consumers' intentions to purchase Bening skin care. Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve learning achievement in reading maps of the local environment in social studies class IV SD Negeri 4 Plajan through the image media of the Microsoft Paint application. One of the materials is contained in the Basic Competency of Reading Local Environmental Maps (Regency/Provincial City) Using a Simple Scale. However, this learning material has not shown the results as expected. Low student involvement in learning due to low motivation to learn has had an impact on their learning achievement which is also low. For this reason, it is necessary to improve learning through Classroom Action Research through the use of Ms. Paint in two cycles operated using a computer and LCD device. After improvements were carried out in two cycles, it was found that there was an increase in learning achievement, learning motivation, and students' skills in drawing maps of the local area. The average number of learning outcomes in cycle I reached 60 and became 90 in cycle II. The percentage level of learning incompleteness decreased to 40% in Cycle I and decreased again to 10% in Cycle II.

Abstract

Primary orbital malignant melanoma is an extremely rare condition to present alone without previous extension of choroidal or conjunctival involvement. We reported the first case of malignant orbital melanoma without ocular involvement in a patient with nevus of Ota. A 52-year-old man presented with left proptosis and extensive bluish black pigmentation on left side of the face classified as Tanino type II of nevus of Ota and left ocular melanocytosis from birth. CT scan imaging showed extensive orbital mass occupying most of the orbital space. Transconjunctival biopsy was performed and a very pigmented mass was discovered, confirming the histopathology result of malignant melanoma. The patient was given up to five cycles of chemotherapy regimen. On serial orbital CT Scan, 33% of the tumor mass has disappeared after completing three cycles.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan dengan tema Pendampingan Peningkatan Pemahaman Guru terhadap Materi Matematika di MIN 1 Manado dengan materi matematika diselenggarakan selama empat sesi mendapat sambutan dan apresiasi yang baik dari peserta. Keadaan ini dapat dilihat dari kehadiran dan antusiasme tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam berperan aktif selama proses pendampingan yang dilakukan. Selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi kegiatan berkesinambungan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menangani permasalahan yang mereka hadapi.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak MIN 1 Manado dalam hal peningkatan keahlian dalam pembuatan soal-soal ujian melalui google form berbasis digital. Selain itu, kegiatan pendampingan ini juga bermanfaat untuk menambah wawasan dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran serta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan inovasi guru untuk menunjang kualitas pembelajaran secara umum. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua minggu dari tanggal 18 Mei 2021 sampai tanggal 31 Mei 2021 dan tidak mengganggu kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan lancar dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah yang memberikan dukungan dalam berbagai bentuk kepada tim pelaksana kegiatan. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini juga dapat dilihat dari tercapainya indikator yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, price to book value, and earnings per share on stock prices in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data with a period of 3 years. The method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. As the dependent variable in this study the current ratio, price to book value, earnings per share, and stock prices as independent variables, as well as price earning ratio as a moderating variable. The results of this study are that partially price to book value and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the current ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. And in moderation the price earning ratio as a moderating variable is able to strengthen the relationship between price to book value to stock prices, and the price earning ratio weakens the relationship between current ratio, earnings per share to stock prices. Simultaneously, the current ratio, price to book value and earnings per share together have a positive and significant effect on the stock price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the speculative choices made by funders to increase company self-esteem considering the presentation of LQ45 organizations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 by looking at the impact of financial proportions. When deciding to invest in the capital market, an investor must choose the right company. so investors can choose the company with the help of market ratio analysis. Dividend Policy and Profitability become mediating variables for this ratio. The inspection strategy used in this exploration is quantitative exploration and uses additional information gathering procedures as an annual report. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling strategy consisting of 20 LQ45 businesses that met the sample criteria. Path analysis and linear regression analysis are the methods used for data analysis. Testing is done either bit or intercession. The consequence of this study reveals that the side effect of this study states that profit and profit strategies affect firm value. Meanwhile, Profit Strategy has a significant effect on Benefit. Mediation The effect of dividend policy on firm value cannot be mediated by profitability..

Abstract

The innovative leadership of the Chief District Officer of Cianjur District in the implementation of the Village Innovation was seen and measured to the extent to which the commitment and political will of the Head of the District in providing public services and providing public goods to its citizens. In addition, the Innovative Leadership Capacity of the Head of the District will be reviewed from the perspective of the innovative development visions built, the strategic steps taken to drive innovation, and the stability of his leadership. The research focuses on the leadership of regional heads in the implementation of smart innovation camp with a theoretical approach to leadership and innovation. This research uses a qualitative approach (qualitative approach). Data sources include people, events, places and documents. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, documentation and observations. Data analysis techniques are interactive models. (interactive model analysis). The results of the research show that Creative Village Innovation is a technology-based program that focuses on the village community as well as the implementation center in the village office. The program designs the village to have an integrated programme framework that blends the use of fiber-optic information and communication technology (ICT), productive economic activities, creative economic activity, improved education, health, and poverty alleviation efforts.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a collection of symptoms that arise in someone who has increased blood glucose levels. The Stevia plant (Stevia rebaudiana Bert) contains a compound of diterpene glycosides as steviosida and rebaudiosida A. Purified extract of steviosida and rebaudiosida A is widely used as a sweetener for low calorie food and beverage products or as a sugar substitute for diabetics and has the effect of lowering blood sugar levels. This study aims to determine the antidiabetic effect of microencapsulated preparations of Stevia leaf extract (Stevia rebaudiana) with a combination of inulin chitosan encapsulation. Antidiabetic mellitus test was carried out in vivo using test animals of male white rats of Wistar strain. The inducing compound that can cause the condition of diabetes mellitus test animals is Aloxan with a dose of 150 mg / kg Body weight of rats. given intraperitoneally for one day, then the mice were allowed to stand for 3 days to reach a state of diabetes mellitus. Blood glucose levels of test animals were measured on days 1 (initial), 5 (induction) and 12 (treatment) to determine the initial blood glucose levels, after induction of alloxan and after administration of test compounds both CMC Na 0.5% , glibenclamide, and preparations microencapsulation of Stevia leaf extract at a dose of 100; 300; and 700 mg / kg body weight. The results were obtained after 7 days of treatment, it was seen that blood glucose levels in the CMC group remained high, while the Glibenclamid administration group, and the three dosages of microencapsulation preparations of Stevia leaf extract could reduce blood glucose levels. Abstract

Islamic waqf system caused by the economic system of Islam, which considers that the economy is closely linked with theology and Islamic law, as well as the balance between the economy and the benefit of society. Endowments can be a source pendaaan of the people for the people, either for religious, social, and economic. For the understanding of the function of waqf should be socialized and become a collective movement of the whole society in order to improve the economy of the people. Waqf institutions become a financial source for Islamic educational institutions. Optimal utilization of endowments to help the government in the welfare of the people because if the endowment is managed properly it will greatly support the development, both in the field of education, economic, religious, social, cultural, political, and defense and security. In the management of waqf, not only to be done in a professional manner but also transparent and accountable. Both of these factors should be embodied in the management of waqf property because the property that have endowments will move belongs to the people. Thus professional management, transparency and accountability, the Waqif right to correct information, clearly dn honest about the conditions that have been waqf property.
