Abstract

Civil society, in the perspective of education (Islamic education), is a great subject owned by Islamic education in educational empowerment of the people as a whole. With its proximity to the Muslim community, Islamic education is a subject in the formation of civil society at the grassroots of Muslims. Civil society, in the perspective of Islamic education, is a significant topic that is actually owned by Islamic education in the empowerment of community education in a comprehensive manner. Islamic education, based on a community-based education, became one of the foundations in creating a civil society. Islamic education can be a vehicle for "critical pedagogy" (critical education), for the people; freeing the lowest layer of society from backwardness and poverty.

Abstract

The movement of feminism is to seek justice, want to put women in a position that is proportional, equal, and equal with men so that no differences were discriminatory. Departing from the realization that Ziba Mir-Hossemi Iran underlines feminist critical theory from a feminist perspective, as well as re examine its validity through the viewpoint of reality and contemporary gender theory. He did not merely expose the gender bias that exists and inherent in the rules of jurisprudence and various contradictions, but also look at whether the rules reflect the Shari'a justice or whether it indicates the importance of individual and communal a Muslim society. Ziba assess that women have a close connection to the discourse on Islamic law, especially in issues around marriage and family. Ziba reminded that although in the debate fiqh women are not much noise because it is dominated by men who have the power as "scholars", does not mean women silent. There are social spaces and the political is always open, where women knit solidarity and social transformation efforts to change the face of a country.

Abstract

This stu dy aims to analyze the role and contribution of the Village Government of Leme-Leme Bungin in enhancing the economic empowerment of the fishing community. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that assistance programs, such as the provision of boats and engines, have had a positive impact on improving the productivity and economic welfare of fishermen. However, the implementation of these programs still faces several challenges, including equipment mismatch, extreme weather, limited technical training, and restricted market access. Additionally, the suboptimal performance of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) also affects the effectiveness of empowerment efforts. Strong collaboration between the village government, the community, and supporting institutions is required to achieve sustainable and inclusive empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work overload, work stress, and work motivation on the turnover intention of employees at PT HWI's sewing computer production operators. The study utilizes three independent variables (endogenous), namely work overload, work stress, and work motivation, and one dependent variable (exogenous), turnover intention. The population in this study consisted of employees in the sewing computer section at PT HWI, with 99 respondents sampled for analysis. The results of the data analysis indicate that the indicators are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the data. In the hypothesis testing, the variables of work overload, work stress, and work motivation were found to have no significant effect on turnover intention. These findings suggest that while work overload, stress, and motivation play important roles in employee well-being, they do not significantly impact the intention to leave the organization at PT HWI. Future studies could explore other factors influencing turnover intention and the dynamics between these variables.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed consumer behavior patterns, including the process of making online purchasing decisions. One factor influencing these decisions is online reviews on e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, provides reviews containing information about product quality and previous consumer experiences, which can help potential buyers in considering their choices. This study aims to analyze the influence of online reviews on purchasing decisions for fashion products on Shopee. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 100 respondents, namely Shopee users who had made purchases and read online reviews before making transactions. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using Google Forms, then processed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and simple linear regression. The results showed that online reviews had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The R-squared value of 0.745 indicates that 74.5% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions can be explained by online reviews, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. These findings confirm that online consumer reviews play a significant role in increasing trust and encouraging product purchases. Therefore, sellers on Shopee are advised to maintain product quality, provide accurate information, and encourage positive consumer reviews. This strategy can help improve store image, build consumer trust, and strengthen product competitiveness in the increasingly competitive e-commerce market.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of principal leadership in developing a culture of achievement in State Elementary School 3 Kandis, Kandis District. Data collection tools used interview methods, documentation, observation and literature review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis with the stages of collecting data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that the role of the principal in developing a culture of achievement in State Elementary School 3 Kandis, Kandis District 1) planning a program to develop a culture of achievement and school competitiveness both in the short and long term; 2) determining the planned program in the form of activity instruments; and 3) implementing programs that have been set by the school. In its implementation, there are internal obstacles faced by the principal in an effort to develop a culture of achievement at SD Negeri 3 Kandis, namely improving the quality of learning and teacher competence. There are several solutions that can be taken to overcome the obstacles faced in developing a culture of achievement through the quality of learning at SD Negeri 3 Kandis, including by supervising teachers, involving teachers in training activities, education and training, workshops, socialization, training, and KKG activities for teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis ketidakmampuan siswa dalam menilai diri sendiri dengan jujur melalui metode self-assessment di SMP Negeri 5 Palu. Ketidakmampuan siswa menilai diri secara objektif merupakan isu penting yang berdampak pada integritas akademik dan perilaku belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi-eksperimen one-shot case study melibatkan 21 siswa kelas IX. Instrumen berupa angket skala Likert dan dokumentasi hasil belajar siswa, dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan pemahaman mengenai tujuan dan indikator self-assessment serta umpan balik guru, 19 dari 21 siswa (90,48%) mampu melakukan penilaian diri secara jujur sesuai dengan pengamatan guru. Analisis korelasi memperlihatkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara kesadaran diri (r = 0,742, p < 0,01) dan kepercayaan diri (r = 0,681, p < 0,01) dengan kejujuran siswa, serta hubungan negatif signifikan antara rasa takut dinilai buruk dengan kejujuran (r = -0,623, p < 0,01). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor psikologis berperan penting dalam kejujuran self-assessment. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan self-assessment yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan, pendampingan guru yang intensif, serta integrasi pendidikan karakter untuk menumbuhkan kejujuran siswa dalam menilai diri. Dengan demikian, self-assessment tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen evaluasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan integritas akademik dan kesadaran metakognitif siswa.
