Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada penyelesaian tantangan penyebaran informasi UMKM hidroponik AEE melalui solusi digital yang inovatif. Teknologi yang berkembang pesat berdampak pada banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk perekonomian perkotaan dan pertanian, dan sistem informasi hidroponik meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dengan mendorong produksi perkebunan. Namun keterbatasan akses dan pengetahuan teknis menghalangi UMKM Hidroponik AEE untuk memberdayakan petani kecil. Pada penelitian ini kami mengusulkan model SQO-OSS (Software Quality Objectives – Open Source Software) dan metode Euclidean distance untuk menguji kualitas sistem informasi budidaya hidroponik. Model ini mengevaluasi perangkat lunak berdasarkan enam metrik: pemeliharaan, keandalan, keamanan, kualitas milis, kualitas dokumentasi, dan kualitas berbasis pengembang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem hidroponik AE memenuhi standar kualitas dengan skor rata-rata 90%, namun beberapa aspek memerlukan perbaikan. Solusi ini meningkatkan akses petani kecil terhadap informasi dan pengetahuan teknis, memungkinkan mereka menggunakan sistem hidroponik secara lebih efektif dan optimal, membantu mereka tetap relevan dan kompetitif dalam pasar yang dinamis.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has provided great opportunities for the service sector to improve efficiency and convenience, including in vehicle washing services. This research aims to develop a web-based system using the Laravel framework, which is designed to simplify the online ordering process and overcome queuing problems. The system features user authentication, location-based booking, payment gateway integration for real-time transactions, and an interactive dashboard for service providers. The case study was conducted at Carenmore, a vehicle wash service in Krian. The implementation results show that the system is able to reduce customer waiting time, provide a better user experience, and improve service efficiency. Further development is recommended to add a variety of features, improve interface design, and increase the system's ability to handle larger user loads.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in boosting Indonesia’s GDP, contributing 61.97%. In addition to generating employment, MSMEs promote economic equity and support national growth. Mojokerto Regency, with 474,346 MSME units contributing IDR 63.498 trillion to the GDP, demonstrates significant potential. However, many MSMEs in this region struggle with low competitiveness. This community engagement program focuses on empowering MSMEs in the food processing sector, particularly the production of kerupuk rambak (fried cowhide crackers) at UD. IKABA. Key challenges identified include limited technology, such as using a modified washing machine to remove excess oil, as well as conventional marketing methods and unappealing packaging. The intervention involved introducing an automatic oil spinner and providing digital marketing training, including the development of a website application for online orders and promotion. The results show improved production efficiency, with processing time reduced by 25%, production capacity increased by 50%, and higher product quality in terms of hygiene and shelf life. Digital marketing also expanded the market reach from local to national levels, resulting in a 70% increase in sales. The implementation of production technology and digital marketing has proven effective in enhancing MSME competitiveness, contributing to both local and national economic growth.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan di daerah perkotaan menuntut adanya peningkatan dalam pengelolaan parkir, terutama di lokasi-lokasi strategis seperti pusat perbelanjaan, stasiun, dan tempat wisata. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem pemantauan dan otomatisasi untuk menghitung kapasitas parkir mobil dengan memanfaatkan metode background subtraction berbasis citra vision yang diimplementasikan menggunakan OpenCV dan NumPy pada Raspberry Pi 4. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi kendaraan yang masuk ke area parkir dan menghitung kapasitas yang tersedia secara real-time, dengan informasi tersebut ditampilkan pada layar. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang parkir yang ada, meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan parkir, serta memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pengunjung. Selain itu, sistem ini juga berkontribusi pada aspek keamanan dengan menyediakan rekaman visual yang detail untuk identifikasi kendaraan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi kendaraan dengan akurasi 100% dalam pengujian real-time baik melalui PC maupun Raspberry Pi, tetapi Raspberry Pi memiliki frame rate yang lebih rendah daripada PC. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat menampilkan informasi tentang kapasitas parkir melalui LCD, yang membantu pengelola dan pengguna mencari tempat parkir yang tersedia.

Abstract

Tourism is a crucial sector for Indonesia's economic growth, yet it faces challenges in resource utilization and effective promotion. Kembangbelor Village, Mojokerto Regency, boasts attractive natural potential but remains suboptimal in popularity. This community engagement aims to bridge this gap by integrating digital technology into tourism management and promotion. The methodology includes planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases. The engagement resulted in an informative website that enhances access to destination information, boosts tourist visits, and increases community participation in tourism management. Local community involvement in the evaluation phase provided feedback to enhance system sustainability. Results showed a significant increase in tourist visits post-website launch, highlighting the program's success in enhancing exposure and attractiveness of Kembangbelor Village tourism. Practical implications underscore the importance of digital technology in supporting sustainable tourism growth at the local level.

Abstract

One of the main issues that presents difficulty in online learning settings is academic dishonesty. In these environments, traditional proctoring techniques are not always successful; hence, a new hybrid system is under development to address the problem. This creative system detects cheaters in the act by combining digital signal processing and image processing. Multiple cameras in the image processing component of the system monitor students during tests and flag any suspicious activity, including too forceful hand gestures or head movements. Simultaneously, the digital signal processing element finds any illegal devices and blocks internet access to stop digital cheating. Under tests, the system produced some rather outstanding results. It was 100% successful in blocking internet access and able to correctly identify illegal devices 96% of the time and aberrant physical movements 80% of the time. Over current approaches that only use one of these techniques, the twin approach of tracking behaviour and identifying devices represents a significant improvement. The system still has certain constraints and is not flawless, though. The accuracy rate falls to 65% in noisy or complicated surroundings, which emphasises the need for more improvement. Schools and colleges wishing to put sensible plans into action to stop cheating and uphold academic integrity will find great use for this study.

Abstract

Automatic clothesline system is one of the solutions to the problem of clotheslines that are not due to sudden changes in weather, by using the esp8266 microcontroller it can be done to facilitate the community. This automatic clothesline system consists of esp8266 as a microcontroller, then a raindrop sensor as a rain detector and an ldr sensor as a sunlight detector. All components are assembled into a system to open and close the roof automatically, and users will also get notifications via telegram if the roof is open or closed. The results of this research show that the sensors work as expected, namely the roof can open and close automatically in rainy and dark conditions.

Abstract

Dalam era teknologi yang terus berkembang, keamanan rumah semakin menjadi perhatian utama. Dalam menyikapi kebutuhan ini, penelitian ini fokus pada pengembangan sistem keamanan pintu otomatis yang menggabungkan kecerdasan buatan dan keamanan fisik. Pada sistem keamanan pintu otomatis dirancang dengan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terkoneksi pada platform website. Sistem ini menggabungkan kecerdasan buatan dan keamanan fisik untuk pengawasan kontinu serta respons cepat terhadap situasi keamanan rumah. Pengguna dapat memantau dan mengendalikan sistem secara remote melalui perangkat seluler yang terkoneksi dengan internet yang stabil serta keamanan terhadap potensi serangan siber. Metode penelitian melibatkan desain sistem dengan mikrokontroler ESP32, logika fuzzy Mamdani dengan penerapan rulebase untuk pengambilan keputusan. Keunggulan sistem mencakup fleksibilitas akses, pemantauan aktivitas, dan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi sehingga dapat menciptakan solusi smart home yang lebih efektif, aman, dan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, its impact was felt in Indonesia's education world, especially when learning was online or offline. Every lecturer in educational institutions is expected to provide the latest innovations to create an effective learning process. In the post-COVID-19 pandemic era, the digitalization of education in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, and advances in information technology are an opportunity to increase creativity in learning media. One proposed method is the development of Virtual Reality-based learning media, which can support the quality of the teaching and learning process. The development of Virtual Reality-based learning media includes intelligent systems for the Informatics Engineering Study Program, and Agro-Industry Plantation Management for the Agro-Industry Management Study Program, especially at Campus 4 PSDKU Sidoarjo – Politeknik Negeri Jember. The results of the development of Virtual Reality-based learning media are in the form of visualization illustrations of students' understanding of the Intelligent Systems and Plantation Agro-Industry Management courses. This technology is expected to facilitate student participation with learning resources more efficiently than conventional learning media which only allows one-way communication. Based on the results of evaluations via questionnaires to students, it is known that learning efficiency reaches 82% when using Virtual Reality-based learning media.
