Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Kembangbelor, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal sambil menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Desa ini memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan. Untuk itu, Kembangbelor App, sebuah aplikasi mobile, dikembangkan untuk mempromosikan destinasi wisata desa ini secara digital. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur pemesanan tiket online, tampilan 360 derajat, informasi acara, dan daftar vendor lokal, memberikan pengalaman interaktif kepada pengguna. Metode pengembangan melibatkan tahapan perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Survei awal dilakukan untuk memahami kondisi geografis dan potensi wisata desa. Kesepakatan kerja sama dengan pihak terkait diperkuat untuk mendukung pelaksanaan program. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi serta pengelolaan media sosial dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei kepuasan pengguna dan sesi umpan balik. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, Kembangbelor App tidak hanya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan tetapi juga memperkuat ekonomi lokal dan mendukung prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, menegaskan pentingnya hasil ini bagi pengembangan pariwisata desa di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan upaya peningkatan produksi kerupuk rambak di UD. IKABA. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan penggunaan alat penggorengan yang telah dilengkapi sistem otomatisasi. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah pihak dari UD. IKABA yang meliputi pemilik dan beberapa karyawannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan dari mitra untuk peningkatan produksi kerupuk rambak. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan dan koordinasi dengan mitra, penyiapan dan perancangan teknologi produksi, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunakan teknologi produksi, deseminasi alat penggorengan, dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan peserta telah mampu memahami dan mempraktikan penerapan teknologi otomatisasi penggorengan kerupuk rambak. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan produksi rambak di UD. IKABA dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen akan produk rambak.

Abstract

Lecturer performance evaluation is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of learning in higher education. However, current evaluation processes are often conducted generally and fail to accurately represent the performance of individual lecturers. To address this issue, a web-based lecturer performance evaluation system was developed at the Department of Information Technology, State Polytechnic of Jember. This system allows students to directly evaluate lecturers through a Likert-scale questionnaire covering three main aspects: pre-learning, learning implementation, and post-learning activities. The method used in this program includes system design, implementation, and trials involving both lecturers and students. The results show that the system facilitates a more transparent, efficient, and real-time evaluation process, generating accurate performance reports that support accreditation and internal quality assurance. Moreover, the system encourages two-way feedback between students and lecturers as a foundation for continuous improvement in the teaching process. Therefore, the implementation of this JTI Innovation is a strategic step toward building a culture of quality and transparency within higher education institutions.

Abstract

The importance of software testing is very prominent in the software development stage. Software testing is an important aspect that cannot be ignored to ensure the quality of an application. One example is testing dynamic web pages such as the one that will be the main focus of the research, namely the Ketapanrame Village Website. Testing of the Ketapanrame Village Website was carried out thoroughly on various aspects, including feature functionality and web appearance aesthetics, to ensure compliance with the specified specifications. In order to achieve satisfactory results from testing, there are feature elements on the web page that will be tested using the FURPS model standard. Each indicator from the FURPS model has a special role in ensuring the overall quality of the software by involving the participation of respondents to find the average value. The challenge arises in finding an appropriate average value for testing such web pages. To overcome this problem, this research is distributing questionnaires to find values from respondents and will calculate the average value using the Euclidean Distance method. This concept was chosen because it has been proven to provide optimal average values. The test results show that the combination of the FURPS model and the Euclidean Distance calculation method provides satisfactory results. Combination suitability is not easy to do, especially in the part of finding the average value which must involve many parties to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Underwater communication faces significant challenges due to the dynamic characteristics of the channel and is strongly influenced by the physicochemical parameters of the water. This study proposes channel quality modeling using the Sugeno Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with input variables of temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen (DO), and turbidity. The system produces a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) output that is used as a basis for channel quality mapping, Bit Error Rate (BER) estimation, and the selection of adaptive modulation techniques (BPSK, QPSK, or 16QAM). Simulation results show that the Sugeno fuzzy model is able to follow the theoretical pattern well, where increasing temperature, salinity, and turbidity decrease the SNR value, while DO plays a role in maintaining channel stability. Based on the test results, at high SNR (≥ 15 dB) the system recommends 16QAM, at medium SNR (11–15 dB) QPSK, and at low SNR (≤ 10 dB) BPSK. This approach has proven effective in suppressing BER and increasing the reliability of underwater acoustic communications in fluctuating mangrove water environments.
