Abstract

Initially, the organization was a bridge in forming a component that could be used as a member to solve a problem. The essence of a learning organization is the organization's ability to utilize the mental capacities of all its members to create the kind of process that will improve it.Organizations where people continually develop their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and evolving patterns of thinking are fostered, where group aspirations are given freedom, and where people are continually learning studying (learning to learn) something together, but in general organizations have become a discourse in activities that can be used as part of a group. Basically, this is because humans are social creatures, which in this context is homo socius. This fact is a natural characteristic.It is impossible for humans to live alone, apart from society, groups or living with their communities. Humans are creatures that think and can develop. Every human being has the instinct to live in society. To fulfill these various needs, humans must collaborate because they will not be able to fulfill their own needs. That is where the level of human limitations is a reflection that humans need cooperation and that forum is found in organizations.

Abstract

This paper discusses Behavior in Organizations (Organizational Dynamics), this paper aims to find out in depth about Behavior in Organizations (Organizational Dynamics). In organizational behavior you will study three basic things, namely the science of individual behavior, group behavior and organizational behavior itself. This chapter is the beginning of understanding organizational behavior by first understanding individual behavior in the organization. In an organization there are various individuals who have a set of different backgrounds and characteristics that differ from one individual to another such as race, culture, ethnicity, motives, hopes, education, abilities, skills, etc. So a manager must be able to study various individual characteristics from each other to maximize each individual's potential so that they can provide good performance for the organization. Individual behavior tries to analyze the determinants that determine an individual's behavior in an organization, including personality, attitudes, values, and perceptions as well as abilities and skills. By knowing the characteristics of each individual, it is hoped that they can make a maximum contribution to the organization.

Abstract

Leadership style is a typical leader's behavior pattern when influencing his subordinates, what the leader chooses to do, the way the leader acts in influencing group members forms a style. Leadership style in an organization has a role that really determines the success of achieving the goals of an organization, in fact leadership style is the nature of habits, temperament, character and personality that differentiates a leader in interacting with other people. With this leadership style, cooperation will be established and there will be a vision and mission to achieve common goals within educational institutions. The leadership model applied by a leader in managing an agency or organization must be able to influence, guide, encourage or motivate each member in achieving common goals.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on Human Resource Management in Islamic Education: Expertise, Training and Performance is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the relationship between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Expertise related to Human Resource Management in Islamic Education; 2) Training related to Human Resource Management in Islamic Education; and 3) Performance related to Human Resource Management in Islamic Education. Apart from the 3 exogenous variables that are related to the endogenous variables of Human Resource Management in Islamic Education, there are other related factors including the variables of Leadership, Rewards, Recruiting and Research.

Abstract

The use of virtual reality (VR) technology in Islamic Religious Education learning in schools has become an interesting topic to improve studentsÔÇÖ understanding of religious concepts. This study explores the impact of virtual reality (VR) technology in simulating religious pilgrimage on studentsÔÇÖ understanding of religious concepts and teachersÔÇÖ perceptions. The research conducted used a case study design with a qualitative approach. The research setting was purposively selected at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 1 Kota Bengkulu. The subjects in this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers and students. The data in this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing in this study was carried out using the triangulation test method. Data analysis in this study adopted a descriptive approach involving several stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and data conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed: that first, there was a positive acceptance from students towards using Virtual Reality (VR) technology in simulating religious pilgrimage, with many students feeling an enchanting and immersive experience. Second, VR plays a significant role in improving studentsÔÇÖ understanding of religious concepts, especially in understanding the historical context and spiritual meaning of holy places. Third, Islamic religious education teachers have a positive perception of the use of VR in learning. The teachers see VR as a tool for increasing student engagement and expanding the learning experience.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand the role of charismatic and transformational leadership in the context of thejauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School and how this role influences the innovation process at this institution. In an effort to face the challenges and rapid developments in the modern educational era, it is important to understand how leadership can be a driving force for innovation in traditional Islamic educational institutions.This research adopted a qualitative approach and carried out in-depth analysis through interviews and observations of leaders, teachers and administrative staff at the Islamic Boarding School of Pesantrenjauharul Falah. The research findings reveal that charismatic and transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping the culture of innovation at this institution. Charismatic leadership is able to motivate stakeholders, while transformational leadership inspires positive changes in education and institutional management. The results of field data analysis highlight charismatic and transformational leadership practices that support innovation. Leaders at the Islamic Boarding School Pesantrenjauharul Falah have the ability to create a shared vision and motivate individuals to actively participate in innovation efforts. Furthermore, this research illustrates how innovative changes in curriculum, teaching methods, and institutional management have supported the growth of this Islamic boarding school.Thus, this research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the relationship between charismatic and transformational leadership and innovation in Islamic educational institutions. The implications of this research can provide guidance for similar educational institutions to optimize the role of their leaders in encouraging innovation that is relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan menelaah corak pemikiran tokoh-tokoh berpengaruh dalam ranah politik dan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan historis-analitis berbasis studi kepustakaan, artikel ini mengulas gagasan Nurcholish Madjid, Abdurrahman Wahid, M. Amien Rais, dan Ahmad Syafii Maarif dalam konteks pemikiran politik Islam; serta Azyumardi Azra, Harun Nasution, dan Ahmad Tafsir dalam kerangka pengembangan pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kendati setiap tokoh memiliki orientasi dan penekanan tersendiri, mereka secara bersama-sama membangun narasi Islam yang demokratis, inklusif, dan relevan bagi konteks Indonesia yang pluralistik. Lima tema sentral yang ditemukan meliputi: integrasi keilmuan, pluralisme dan toleransi, demokrasi dan masyarakat sipil, modernisasi tanpa kehilangan identitas, serta pemberdayaan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Temuan ini memiliki relevansi strategis bagi pengembangan pendidikan Islam kontemporer di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi progressivisme sebagai landasan pengembangan pendidikan Islam serta mengkaji implementasi nilai-nilai progressivisme dalam kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari artikel jurnal, buku, dokumen kebijakan, dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi melalui tahapan reduksi data, kategorisasi, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya bahwa progressivisme mempunyai relevansi yang kuat sebagai landasan filosofis dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Analisis terhadap berbagai kebijakan pendidikan Islam menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip progressivisme, seperti proses pembelajarannya yang menempatkan siswanya sebagai subjek utama serta mendorong berkembangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis, fleksibilitas kurikulum, serta integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai keislaman, telah mulai terakomodasi ditiap-tiap kebijakan pendidikannya, termasuk penerapannya Kurikulum Merdeka, penguatan moderasi beragama, dan transformasi digital madrasah. Secara teoritis, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa progressivisme dapat menjadi kerangka konseptual yang memperkuat transformasi pendidikan Islam agar lebih responsif pada zamannya yang berkembang dan masih memegang identitasnya termasuk nilai keagamaannya. Dengan demikian, pengembangan pendidikan Islam memerlukan pendekatan yang mengutamakan pelestarian tradisi, kemampuannya beradaptasi pada perubahan sosialnya, teknologinya, maupun kebutuhan masyarakat modernnya. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan studi empiris mengenai implementasi kebijakan pendidikan Islam di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, mengkaji efektivitas transformasi digital madrasah dan pesantren, serta mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip progressivisme dalam praktik pembelajaran dan manajemen pendidikan Islam.
