Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun demikian, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha, khususnya terkait pencatatan transaksi yang belum tertata secara sistematis. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas pengambilan keputusan usaha dan terbatasnya akses UMKM terhadap sumber pembiayaan formal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pelaku UMKM melalui pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi kasir digital (Point of Sale/POS) sebagai sarana penguatan manajemen keuangan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi konsep dasar manajemen keuangan UMKM, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi POS, serta pendampingan intensif dalam implementasi pencatatan transaksi harian dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Pendekatan partisipatif diterapkan untuk memastikan keterlibatan aktif mitra selama proses pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang akurat, kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi POS secara mandiri, serta perbaikan kualitas pencatatan transaksi dan pelaporan keuangan usaha. Selain itu, pemanfaatan aplikasi kasir digital mendorong efisiensi operasional dan transparansi keuangan yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi POS terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan manajemen keuangan UMKM dan berpotensi meningkatkan keberlanjutan serta daya saing usaha.

Abstract

This program is carried out with the aim of providing education about recording and preparing financial statements in a simple and easy-to-understand way for UMKM actors, in this case the Ersha Parfum Store. The nature of this community service program is discussion-based socialization / counseling with the aim that the material we convey at the Ersha Parfum Store can be easily understood and answer the problems they experience in recording transactions in the business. The results of the community service program show that the Ersha Parfum Store is interested in slowly changing the way their transactions are recorded in the way we conveyed, because according to them, even with a slightly more recording flow, it is quite easy to read the business situation that occurs more easily. This shows that this service program is enough to increase their insight and interest in the structure of recording and preparing their financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on performance, in this study will examine job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 100 respondents, namely employees at modern minimarkets in Jakarta by purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than 1 year and want to fill out a questionnaire. The collected data was tested by path analysis method using AMOS 24.00. The results of this study are the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction is a significant mediating variable for work environment variables and motivation on performance.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve financial management efficiency in the MSME “Warung Bakso & Mie Ayam Ojo Lali” through the implementation of the Teman Bisnis application as a financial digitalization effort. The problems faced by the partner include manual transaction recording, unstructured bookkeeping, and limitations in preparing accurate financial reports. This study is based on various studies and community service activities conducted by researchers from Institut Bisnis dan Informatika (IBI) Kosgoro 1957, which indicate that the utilization of digital technology can improve the quality of MSME financial management. The implementation methods include observation, socialization, training, and assistance in using the Teman Bisnis application. The results show that the implementation of the Teman Bisnis application helps business owners record financial transactions in a more organized, systematic, and real-time manner. In addition, partners gain a better understanding of their financial condition, enabling them to make more appropriate business decisions. Therefore, financial digitalization through this application is expected to enhance efficiency and sustainability of Warung Bakso & Mie Ayam Ojo Lali’s business.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia continue to face significant challenges in managing standardized financial reporting. Thrift Can Be Fun Store, a thrift fashion retail business located at Jl. Raya Krukut No.15, Krukut, Limo District, Depok City, West Java 16514, encountered difficulties in systematic financial recording and in preparing reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This community service activity aimed to implement the Majoo application as a digital Point of Sale (POS) solution capable of generating SAK EMKM-based financial reports. The method employed was direct mentoring through a series of activities including survey, socialization, training, and evaluation. The results show that the implementation of Majoo successfully recorded total sales of Rp603,867,750.00 with 4,985 products sold across 3,158 transactions during the period of February to April 2026. Of the total transactions, 45.76% were conducted via bank transfer, contributing 56.12% of total revenue, while the remainder used cash payments. The adoption of Majoo proved effective in assisting the partner in compiling product sales reports, payment method reports, and daily transaction records, which serve as the foundation for preparing financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM standards.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, terutama dalam menyerap tenaga kerja dan mendorong inovasi, namun masih banyak pelaku usaha, khususnya di sektor kuliner, yang mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan karena belum memiliki sistem pencatatan yang terstruktur. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Warung Nuansa Betawi – None Ika yang selama ini menjalankan usahanya tanpa pembukuan formal dan hanya mengandalkan ingatan serta perkiraan. Melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM), dilakukan penerapan sistem akuntansi sederhana berbasis Microsoft Excel sekaligus perbaikan pengelolaan persediaan dengan tahapan kegiatan berupa identifikasi masalah, penyusunan template, pelatihan, pendampingan, hingga evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha mampu beralih ke sistem pencatatan yang lebih rapi dan terintegrasi melalui delapan lembar kerja, yaitu Dashboard, Penjualan Harian, Pembelian, Pengelolaan Persediaan, Laba Rugi, Neraca, sehingga dapat menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri, memantau persediaan dengan lebih akurat, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan usaha yang berbasis data.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of enviromental disclosure and green innovation on firm value moderated by GCG. This research uses data analysis with a correlation and panel data regression approach assisted by Eviews 12 software. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements companies obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2020-2024, with a total of 20 companies and 100 observations. the results show that when combined, environmental disclosure, green innovation, and GCG have a significant impact on firm value. However, when looked at individually, only environmental disclosure and GCG have a significant positive effect on firm value. Green innovation on its own does not have a significant influence. When tested as a moderating variable, GCG was able to strengthen the relationship between green innovation and firm value. However, GCG did not strengthen the relationship between environmental disclosure and firm value. This research is expected to be a consideration for investors so that companies can implement good corporate governance through green innovation and environmental disclosure as a form of concern for the environment and sustainability.
