Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, sistem informasi memainkan peran penting dalam menjalankan operasional dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan di berbagai organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskusikan implementasi arsitektur monolitik pada rancang bangun sistem informasi. Arsitektur monolitik merupakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menggabungkan semua komponen sistem dalam satu entitas tunggal yang utuh. Penelitian ini membahas tentang merancang dan mengimplementasikan arsitektur monolitik dalam rancang bangun sistem informasi . Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall.Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah sistem informasi web keuangan FLATS, yang melayani kebutuhan pengelolaan keuangan dalam program beasiswa FLATS. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa implementasi arsitektur monolitik pada sistem informasi FLATS telah berhasil. Integrasi semua komponen terkait keuangan ke dalam satu aplikasi monolitik memungkinkan pengelolaan data dan operasional sistem yang lebih efisien. Sistem ini memiliki skalabilitas yang memadai, mampu mengatasi pertumbuhan data dan pengguna dengan baik, serta menjaga performa yang responsif. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep dan implementasi arsitektur monolitik, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik dalam merancang dan membangun sistem informasi yang efektif.

Abstract

Objective: Effective curriculum programs depend on how well higher education programs prepare people for jobs and how well the job market offers employment opportunities. Unfortunately, many university graduates often work in roles that do not align with what they learned in their studies. This study aims to assess the compatibility between the competencies possessed by graduates of the Information Systems Program at Surabaya State University and the expectations of employers. Method: A tracer study was conducted to investigate the extent to which program graduates are absorbed into the workforce. This research was conducted on alums of the Information Systems Program at Surabaya State University who graduated in 2022. The research method was an online survey with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. Results: The results revealed that 25.0% of the respondents found the relevance of the Information Systems program to their jobs to be very close, 25.0% considered it close, 37.5% found it quite close, and approximately 12.5% did not find it very close. This indicates that the learning experience provided by the Information Systems program aligns well with job requirements and can be effectively implemented. Novelty: This research focused on aligning the competencies acquired by the Information Systems Program graduates at Surabaya State University. This focused approach on a specific program and year of graduation adds a novel perspective to the broader discourse on the effectiveness of higher education in meeting the demands of the job market.

Abstract

Volume residu limbah pertanian yang signifikan adalah jumlah hasil pertanian yang besar. Limbah-limbah ini sebagian besar merupakan bahan organik padat, termasuk jerami gandum, jerami padi, serat rami, jerami ampas tebu, sekam padi, dan batang kapas. Mengurangi, mendaur ulang dan menggunakan kembali limbah padat terutama yang berasal dari bahan organik berserat telah menjadi prioritas global. Serat alami limbah pertanian adalah ramah lingkungan dan memiliki potensi untuk digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi Penelitian ini akan menentukan pengaruh ampas tebu terhadap kekuatan tekan dan penyerapan batu bata bunyi. Kami juga menjadikan ampas tebu sebagai bahan tambahan pada agregat batu bata yang ramah lingkungan. Pengujian dilakukan sesuai dengan standar SNI 03-1974-1990. Komposisi yang digunakan adalah 5% dan 10% tambahan agregat batu bata. Pengujian kuat tekan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 11,64 kg/m² untuk komposisi 5% dan 7,00 kg/m² untuk komposisi 10%. Angka untuk komposisi 10% adalah 28 kg/m², yang jelas tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk batu bata standar

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have a very important role in a country's economy. One of the MSMEs engaged in tourism is DNA Art Shop, located in Tanah Lot Art Market, Tabanan, Bali. This UMKM sells various souvenirs and souvenir clothes for tourists visiting Tanah Lot. Of course, in running business operations, each MSME has its own obstacles. Based on information obtained during interviews with sellers from DNA Art Shop, the obstacles faced are related to the inventory of goods. This obstacle is caused by the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods that have not been recorded properly, excess and shortage of stock items due to errors in stock information, and the accumulation of old goods that have not been sold. In connection with these problems, the purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system that can overcome the obstacles of recording goods at DNA Art Shop. The design of this information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design, Implementation, and Testing. The inventory management method applied in this study is the First In First Out (FIFO) method where the first item to enter inventory is the first to be sold or used. The result of this research is a website-based inventory information system that is a solution to the problem of data collection of goods at DNA Art Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of DANA application users. The development of technology today we see a new innovation in the form of digital payments which aims to facilitate non-cash transactions among the public. The model used in this research is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a method for measuring the level of user satisfaction by comparing expectations and reality. DeLone and McLean is a model used to identify the factors that cause success. The results showed that the overall level of satisfaction of DANA application users was at a satisfied level. Some variables that can be improved again to have a significant effect are accuracy, easy of use, service quality, system quality, and timeliness. However, some variables that can be improved but do not have a significant effect are content, format, and information quality.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan BAZNAS Kota Surabaya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan anggaran distribusi bantuan rombong dan modal usaha. Selama ini, proses perencanaan masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan terjadinya overbudgeting dan underbudgeting yang berdampak pada ketidaktepatan distribusi bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model peramalan anggaran menggunakan pendekatan time series forecasting dengan metode ARIMA dan SARIMA, serta membandingkan performanya untuk mengetahui model terbaik yang sesuai karakteristik data. Data yang digunakan adalah data historis distribusi bantuan dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024 yang telah diolah dan divisualisasikan. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pendekatan CRISP-DM dalam setiap tahapnya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model SARIMA memiliki performa terbaik dengan nilai MAE sebesar Rp 1.397.828, RMSE sebesar Rp 2.163.667, dan MAPE sebesar 0,89%, dibandingkan model ARIMA yang memiliki MAPE lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SARIMA lebih mampu menangkap pola musiman dalam data distribusi bantuan. Dengan adanya model prediktif ini, BAZNAS Kota Surabaya diharapkan dapat merencanakan anggaran secara lebih akurat dan responsif berdasarkan data historis.   Kata Kunci— ARIMA, SARIMA, Forecasting, CRISP-DM, Streamlit,  Distribusi Bantuan, Rombong Usaha, Modal Usaha

Abstract

In the graduation criteria, the final scores of a student who determines whether or not to pass is obtained from the national exam scores and school scores in both practical and written examinations. On the other student scores can also be used as a reference in determining high achieving students and students who deserve help. Therefore, a school needs an application processing system for students can calculate and assess automatically Web based. This system uses Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method to determine high-achieving students and eligible students to get help from the school. This system uses four user logins that is Admin, Homeroom, Teacher, and Student. Each user login has a different system. Admin users can process student and teacher data. User Homeroom can control a students of class according to their homeroom and homeroom can print student score in the form of report. User Teachers can provide student scores according to subjects and can print reports in the form of Legers (list of student scores). User Students can see the scores obtained.
