Abstract

Covid19 is a disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). As a result, the respiratory system becomes disrupted. The spread of this disease is very easy through droplets. The use of masks is one way to prevent being attacked by this virus. The system for detecting the use of masks is very necessary for today in detecting whether someone is wearing a mask. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a method that can be used to detect masks. In this study, the VGG16, Resnet50, and MobileNet models will be used. Before conducting data training, data preprocessing and data augmentation were carried out on the dataset. The test accuracy of the VGG16, Resnet50, and MobileNet models are 96% and 96% and 98%, respectively. From the test results, it is found that the MobileNet model is more appropriate in the case of mask detection. The conclusion obtained is the use of the MobileNet architecture, the resources used for classifying can be reduced compared to other architectures. MobileNet uses the Depth-Wise Separable method in the computing process which reduces the computational process.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) applied by the company can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency associated with the company's operational activities. Measurement of IT implementation is carried out on ABC companies engaged in information technology services in every business process. To integrate business processes with the current implementation of information technology, IT measurements are needed through the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in ABC companies. In ABC companies, IT performance measurement is very important to know the extent of the company's business development stage so that it can achieve the organization's vision and mission in the short and long term. In terms of effectiveness and efficiency, ABC companies have information technology and prioritize meeting business and IT strategies. A number of business transactions carried out every day can run the risk of failure of IT implementation which impacts on the company's progress. The method used to measure IT maturity in ABC company is IT BSC combined with BTripleE Framework. From the results of the analysis conducted, there are various findings related to the risk and failure of IT implementation in the company so that an evaluation of IT is obtained which is used as a responsive action towards the IT implementation. After that, the description of the BTripleE Framework form is applied in the use of IT BSC that considers 4 perspectives through the calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including corporate contribution, future orientation, operational excellence, and customer orientation.Keywords: IT Performance Measurement, IT Balanced Scorecard, BtrippleE Framework, Key Performance Indicator

Abstract

Car oil replacement is one of a must to do list to keeping car’s performance.  In car oil replacement service term, not all shop has a standard. Car oil replacement time reminder service is still done manually, so that sometimes customers forgot to replace the car oil in time. Promo information only does setting banners in the shop. This resulted process of service provide is not optimal. It cause services is not provided optimally, where it will impact on shop and customer’s loss. Based on this issue, car oil replacement service information system has been made to help provide recommendations appropriate standards as specified for car oil replacement service. This system also can be used to support car oil replacement reminder and booking service which will be done using Short Message Service (SMS).

Abstract

The Sumatra Volunteer Foundation was established in 2014. One of the Foundation's programs is to provide free English language education for children, youth and the community. The Foundation's location is in Jorong Balai Labuah Bawah, Lima Kaum, Tanah Datar. Sumatra straws is part of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation which produces straws from bamboo. The sales system is still conventional in the form of word of mouth starting from friends to friends, then campus students and assisted by student alumni and internship students at the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation. Financial Recording is still mixed with personal finance and there are no financial reports such as sales data, purchase data, inventory data. The purpose of this activity is to develop a product craft business at the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation to downstream products from bamboo so that the Foundation is financially independent. Methods and stages of implementing activities in the form of training and demonstrations of making financial reports to partners directly, making websites and procuring goods. The activity was held on October 9, 2021 with the theme of simple bookkeeping training. In the activities of the presenters transferring knowledge about financial statements, then the owner of the Foundation immediately practiced using software. The results of service activities in the form of financial software provided to the Foundation to facilitate financial bookkeeping. Financial software contains profit and loss data, cash flow, income data, inventory data. With financial training, the Foundation can separate personal financial reports from the Foundation so that they can find out financial transactions at the Foundation. The conclusion of the activity is beneficial for the Foundation and future activities in the form of managing the legality of the business.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian sangat diperlukan bagi seorang pendidik untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan selama proses belajar. Fungsi penilaian adalah untuk dapat mengetahui ketercapaian peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penlaian juga penting bagi pendidik untuk introspeksi diri, mengetahui kelemahan dan kelebihan dalam pembelajaran. System penilan yang dilakukan untuk saat ini menggunakan teknologi karena mempermudah proses assesment. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dasar Assesment  berbasis android pada guru SMA di kab. Pesawaran. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru supaya menerapkan penilaian kepada siswa secara efektif, efisien serta tepat guna dengan menggunakan android. Guru mahir menyusun assesment penilaian hasil belajar siswa dan mahir menggunakan android untuk keperluan assesment siswa. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode praktek pelatihan dan diskusi sosialisasi. Pemahaman guru terhadap penilaian meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbedaan nilai pretest dan post-test. Penggunaan android sangat membantu proses penilaian guru di sekolah dalam hal keefektifan penilaian, pemeriksaan jawaban, mengetahui daya beda soal, dan mengetahui taraf sukar butir. Kata Kunci: Penilaian, Android, Efektifitas  ABSTRACT Assessment is very necessary for an educator to determine the level of success during the learning process. There are things that can determine the achievement of students in learning. Assessment is also important for educators to introspect themselves, knowing the weaknesses and strengths in learning. Even though the pandemic period is not over, it still has to be implemented for students. Assessments carried out during the pandemic can use Android to simplify the assessment process. Objective: to provide basic training on Android-based assessment for high school teachers in Pesawaran. The benefit of this activity is that the teachers who are the research subjects can apply assessments to students effectively, and are appropriate for using Android during a pandemic. Teachers are proficient in compiling assessments of student learning outcomes and proficient in using android for student assessment purposes. Research Methods: The method used in this research is the method of training and discussion of socialization. This method will later find out how the public will know how to use an Android-based assessment application that is categorized in supporting the learning process. Result: Teachers' understanding of grades increased, this was evidenced by the difference between pretest and posttest. Conclusion: The use of android really helps the teacher assessment process in schools in terms of the effectiveness of the assessment, examination, knowing differentiating power, and knowing the level of difficulty of items. Keywords: Assessment, Android, Effectiveness

Abstract

Pemanfaatan SI/TI sangat penting dilakukan dalam bidang usaha, terutama Toko Sinar Jaya. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan transaksi setiap harinya. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian ini disusun berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan sistem usulan, pengembangan dan mempresentasikan wireframe, membuat dan mempresentasikan prototipe sistem usulan, memfinalisasi prototipe sistem usulan menjadi sistem akhir, memberikan program pelatihan sistem, dan membuat dokumentasi penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengembangan aplikasi berbasis desktop ini adalah penginputan data master, pengelolaan transaksi, dan menghasilkan laporan sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat sistem kepada pihak Toko. Jadi, aplikasi usulan berbasis desktop dibangun dan dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan Toko untuk memperlancar kebutuhan bisnisnya.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some people are spending more time at home. So, many people prefer to shop online, especially to buy basic needs. This is what causes the trend of online shopping to continue to increase rapidly during the pandemic. This certainly has an impact on the number of visitors to e-commerce websites, including hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com, which should increase during this pandemic. So that this becomes a problem, it is necessary to use usability analysis to improve services so that customers of both websites get the best online shopping experience by utilizing the Webuse method. This method consists of 4 usability variables, namely Content Organization and Readability, Link and Navigation, User Interface and Design, and Performance and Effective. This study uses data from 100 respondents according to the research criteria. The results showed that the overall usability of hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com e-commerce websites was at a good level, with 3.14 usability points on hypermart.co.id and 3.13 on transmartdelivery.com which means hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com have been able to meet user satisfaction in terms of usability, including content, navigation, interface and performance.

Abstract

Sumatera Volunteer Foundation was founded in 2014. The foundation is located in Jorong Balai Labuah Bawah-Lima Kaum, which is located on flat land. The main activity of the non-profit Sumatra Volunteer Foundation is a handicraft business whose main raw materials are obtained from nature Sumatra Volunteer sells goods whose raw material is bamboo, such as straws (Sumatra Straws), food made from coconut shells, gifts made from bamboo, and crafts to finance the Foundation's operational activities. In BPOM permit regulations, only straw products are permitted because they are used directly by users as drinking utensils. The sales system still uses the help of friends, family, alumni, students, and interns from the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation. The marketing activities of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation do not yet have a BPOM permit, so consumers and potential consumers feel safer when using goods with a BPOM certificate. This activity aims to develop the craft product business at the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation by obtaining a BPOM permit. Educational activities regarding BPOM were successfully carried out with the consideration that the product could be clinically tested.

Abstract

Untuk mendukung perkuliahan, sesuai dengan visi misi perguruan tinggi salah satu metode pembelajarannya adalah praktikum. Pembobotan praktikum disesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL). STMIK AMIKOM SURAKARTA menerapkan kurang lebih 60% Praktikum. Dengan prosentase tersebut menyebabkan padatnya jadwal laboratorium praktikum, di STMIK AMIKOM SURAKARTA memiliki Asisten lab. Sedangkan UPT membutuhkan koordinator laboratorium untuk bertanggung jawab atas beroperasinya laboratorium praktikum. Setiap laboratorium membutuhkan Koordinator dengan kompetensi khusus dalam pengelolaanya. Profil matching adalah metode yang bisa dijadikan acuan, metode Profil matchingdigunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi dari seluruh assisten yang direkrut sesuai dengan kompetensi setiap laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar metode Profil matching dapat mengetahui peluang tertinggi dari assisten praktikum untuk menjadi seorang koordinator laboratorium yang sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Penerapan metode Profil matching digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dari hasil pembobotan dan perengkingan untuk lab pemrograman didapatkan profil asisten lab atas nama octa selsa yang bepotensi menjadi koordinator lab pemrograman.
