Abstract

Background: Service is a very important thing that must be considered by a hospital. Good service provided will affect the level of patient satisfaction Ease of access in the service is very expected by every patient, but what happens is a queuing system that makes patients go through many procedures so that it will take a long time and will cause patient dissatisfaction with hospital services. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the Queuing System and Patient Satisfaction.Design: The study used a correlational analytic design with a crossectional approach, with consecutive sampling techniques obtained by 90 patients. The independent variable is the queuing system and the dependent variable is Patient Satisfaction. The instrument used for both variables is a closed questionnaire. Results: The results showed that of the 90 respondents who stated that almost all patients rated the Aisyiyah hospital queue system as good as 72 patients (80%), most patients were satisfied with Aisyiyah hospital services, which was as many as 60 patients (66.7%). Spearmen Rank test results known p-value = 0.012 means p < 0.05. There is a relationship between the Queue System and Patient Satisfaction. Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the hospital will provide the best service especially in terms of the queuing system such as providing fast and appropriate services so that patients do not wait too long so that patient satisfaction can be achieved

Burnout can cause negative behavior in students such as unreal in doing coursework, negative expression, not attending lectures, low motivation, dropping out and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and Burnout in professional studentsMethods: This study used a correlational analytical design with a cross sectional approach using the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) Technique, 89 respondents were obtained. The study data were taken using the General Self Efficacy Scale questionnaire. to measure self-efficacy and the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure Burnout.  Data analysis using Spearman rhoResults: 82% of students had moderate self-efficacy and 73% had moderate burnout. The spearmans rho test showed indigo p = 0.609 with RS = -0.055, which means that there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy and Burnout in ners professional studentsConclusion: The results showed that the high and low Self Efficacy of professional students will not affect the level of student burnoutKeywords: Self Efficcay, Burnout, Nursing Students

Abstract

Introduction: Occupational Safety and Health (K3) efforts must be carried out in all workplaces, especially those with health risks such as hospitals. Occurrence of work accidents can be caused by many factors, one of which is the behavior of human resources consisting of knowledge, attitudes, and actions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge of health workers and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) at thecommunity health centerMethods: The research method uses correlation analysis, cross sectional. The population is all health workers at the X Community health center, totaling 59 officers. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The sample of this study was 51 health workers. The research method uses analytic correlation and cross sectional. The research data was taken using a questionnaire after tabulating the data which was analyzed using the Spearman Rank test (Rho) with a significance level of p = <0.05.Results: The results of the study showed that out of 51 health workers, almost all of them had high knowledge with good OSH application as many as 46 (93.9%). based on the results of the data above, a statistical test was obtained with a significant value of p sign = 0.725 (p> 0.05). This means that there is no relationship between the knowledge of health workers and the application of occupational health and safety (K3)Conclusion: Based on the research, it is hoped that health workers can implement occupational health and safety properly.

Abstract

Introduction: Head injury or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is defined as a disturbance in the normal functioning of the brain that can be caused by a collision, blow, or jolt to the head or a penetrating head injury. Decreased intracranial adaptive capacity is a disturbance of the intracranial dynamics mechanism in compensating for stimuli that can reduce intracranial capacity. This study aims to explore nursing problems in clients with mild brain injury. Methods: This study uses a case report research design. The population in this study were patients admitted to the roudloh room with mild brain injury as many as 4 people. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 2 patients with a nursing problem of decreased intracranial adaptive capacity. Data collection using surgical medical nursing assessment format. Data was analyzed with descriptive analitic. Results: The assessment results found that both patients experienced headaches, vertigo, nausea and vomiting and blurred vision. The nursing problem raised is a decrease in intracranial adaptive capacity. The intervention given is to provide a 30⁰ head elevation. From the results of the intervention, it was found that the intervention had been resolved. Conclusion: Giving semi fowler position with head elevation 30 ° in patients with nursing problems decreased intracranial adaptive capacity is very effective. The provision of interventions provided for 3 days with a 30 ° head elevation showed that both patients achieved outcome. Keywords: Mild Head Injury, Head Elevation 30⁰, Head Injury
