Abstract

This reseach will describe and explain the overall the characteristics of safety leadership in PT. RND, Jakarta-Surabaya in 2012 with in-depth interviews and direct observation for the leaders in PT. RND conducted in April-June 2012. Implementation of safety given by the supervisor 3, although the decision-making for implementation of safety continue through the director. Disengagement supervisor and team leader of safety programs in the field resulted in the implementation of safety systems are not effective in PT. RND. The leaders in PT. RND do not have the perspective of safety which is reflected in their personality, leadership style and best practices in leading employees to implement safety effectively. The results of this research obtained personality, which is owned by the leaders of PT. RND is still not optimal on the characteristics of emotional resilience. Transformational leadership style has been used by some leaders of PT. RND in leading employees but not yet used by directors and supervisors 3. Best practices characteristic held by the leaders of PT. RND are not optimal in the vision and communication. Characteristic of safety leadership in PT. RND is not optimal as an unstable emotional resilience. The leaders in PT. RND does not have a clear plan in the execution of the work, the difference in the vision and the communication path that overlaps giving an obstacle to the leaders of PT. RND in leading the workers.

Abstract

This reseach describe the characteristics of patient safety culture with AHRQ method at Anna Medika Hospital Bekasi in 2018. This research was conducted using cross sectional and AHRQ method with 12 dimensions measurement based on Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture questionnaire (HSPSC) and assessed the percentage of positive responses from each dimension so as to produce good, medium and less categories. The results of the study mention the description of patient safety culture based on the AHRQ method for hospital employees of Anna Medika Kota Bekasi in 2018 is 71.97%. This data is obtained from the average value of positive response to expectations and actions of superiors in promoting patient safety by 86.79%, positive response to organization learning continuous improvement by 99.79%, positive response to cooperation in units in hospitals by 98,33%, positive response to open communication by 93.14%, positive response to feedback and communication about errors 93.33%, positive response to responses not to blame at 62.42%. Positive response to staffing was 40.29%, positive response to management support for patient safety efforts was 52.40%, positive response to cooperation between units was 60.75%, positive response to shifting shifts and patient transfer was 77.27%, a positive response to the overall perception of patient safety is 79.54%, and a positive response to the frequency of reporting of events is 25.85%.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on ISO 45001 provides a framework for its organization to maintain OHS performance through pandemic situation. It scope is designed to organization for doing preventive actions in order to reduce incident and occupational disease. This system is bringing a dynamic workflow for organization in create its actions regarding risks and opportunites. The scope of this program is both businessman and workers in facing the new normal. Method of its program is socializing the material course with online using zoom platform hosted by LPPM-Esa Unggul University. The result of the questioners is 73,87% for its all understanding. Summary of this program is the participants is good in understanding of OHS Management System concept but lack of understanding of High Level Structure. Keywords: Mitigation of Covid-19, ISO 45001, New Normal.

Abstract

AbstrakTingkat kebisingan yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan pada pekerja.tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengatahui pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap tingkat kelelahan pada pekerja di PT.Acryl Textile Mills (Actem) bagian proses produksi Rsf (pemintalan benang) dan proses produksi cone-up, Tangerang  dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji pearson product moment. Denganpersentase terbesar karakteristi responden adalaha usia < 33 tahun (82,5 %), pendidikan SMA (85,0 %), lama kerja < 5 tahun (71,25 %), IMT normal (66,0 %), pekerja yang bekerja diatas Nilai Ambang Kebisingan (NAB) 98,1 dB 50 pekerja (62,5 %), mengalami kelelahan kerja sedang. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara intensitas kebisingan dengan tingkat kelelahan pekerja (r=0.610 : p<0.05) yang berarti Ho ditolak, sehingga ada pengaruh yang bermakna antara Intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan tenaga kerja di PT. ACRYL TEXTILE MILLS (ACTEM).Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas kebisingan yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) di PT. ACRYL TEXTILE MILLS (ACTEM) dapat berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan pada pekerja.Kata kunci: intensitas kebisingan, kelelahan, pekerja

Abstract

Ada banyak bahaya di tempat kerja yang berdampak ke kesehatan pekerja. Salah satu bahaya yang terabaikan yaitu gangguan psikis yang bisa memicu stres pekerja. Hasil survei pendahuluan menunjukkan sebesar 27,3% pekerja fabrikasi di PT X mengalami stres berat dan sebesar 45,4% mengalami stres sedang. Pekerjaan fabrikasi memiliki target pekerjaan yang tinggi namun dengan tenggat waktu yang sedikit dan tetap dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada pekerja fabrikasi di PT X Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yaitu cross-sectional dengan besar sampel 50 pekerja bagian fabrikasi PT X. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Data penelitian akan dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Uji Chi Square dan Fisher’s Exact. Hasil univariat menunjukkan proporsi tertinggi yaitu pekerja mengalami stress tinggi sebanyak 36 pekerja (72,0%), merasakan tuntutan tugas tinggi sebanyak 31 pekerja (62,0%), memiliki umur berisiko sebanyak 39 pekerja (78,0%), memiliki masa kerja baru sebanyak 38  pekerja (76,0%), dan sudah kawin sebanyak 44 pekerja (88,0%). Hasil bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tuntutan tugas (PR=1,84, CI 95% (1,12 – 3,01), dan umur (PR=3,10, CI 95% (1,17 – 8,22) terhadap stres kerja. Selain itu juga ditemukan tidak adanya hubungan antara masa kerja (PR=1,38 CI 95% (0,88 – 2,85) dan status perkawinan (PR=1,50 CI 95% (0,66 – 3,40) terhadap stres kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pekerja di PT ini stres disebabkan oleh adanya tuntutan tugas dan umur. Oleh karena itu Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tuntutan tugas yang diterima setiap pekerja, diharapkan tuntutan tugas yang diterima oleh pekerja tidak melebihi kapasitasnya.

Abstract

Relawan menjadi ujung tombak pelaksana dalam sebuah kejadian bencana. Relawan penanggulangan bencana adalah seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang memiliki kemampuan dan kepedulian dalam penanggulangan bencana yang bekerja secara ikhlas untuk kegiatan penanggulangan bencana. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada relawan terkait dengan peran seorang relawan yang harus dilaksanakan, tertuang dalam sebuah petunjuk teknis dan terdiri atas beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap pertama pendataan relawan, tahap kedua pengerahan relawan, tahap ketiga pemantauan dan evaluasi pada kejadian bencana di Desa Tunggilis, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan sebagai media implementasi bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti serta dosen yang mengampu mata kuliah manajemen bencana.  Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Esa Unggul dibawah Unit LPPM dengan relawan yang terdiri atas dosen, tenaga kependidikan serta mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 7 batch waktu pergantian relawan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah seluruh warga masyarakat Desa Tunggilis. Hasil kegiatan dengan disosialisasikannya peran relawan pada saat bencana secara berkesinambungan menunjukkan adanya integrasi yang kuat dari satu pola sistem koordinasi, serentak dan seragam walaupun para relawan memiliki latar belakang yang beragam, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan bersama antara Universitas Esa Unggul dengan masyarakat Desa Tunggilis secara berkelanjutan Kata kunci : Peran Relawan, Gempa Bumi, Cianjur

Abstract

Work stress experienced by laboratory officers in hospitals could have been influenced by various factors, including limited human resources that encouraged multiple roles for each laboratory officer. This could increased the risk of other mental health disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of work stress in laboratory officers at Hospital X. This research method was quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling with total sample size of 17 laboratory officers at Hospital X. This study used the DASS 42 questionnaire. The primary data was processed using univariate analysis to determine the distribution and frequency of data. The findings of this study revealed that the majority of laboratory officers at Hospital X had experienced moderate levels of depression, namely 5 respondents (29.4%). Regarding anxiety levels, the majority of laboratory officers at Hospital X experienced moderate and severe levels of anxiety, with 5 respondents each (29.4%). The majority of Hospital X laboratory officers experienced moderate and normal level of stress, with 5 respondents each (29.4%). It is hoped that hospital management could consider adding human resources and providing facilities and infrastructure to minimize the risk of work stress.

Abstract

Stres kerja terjadi saat pekerja merasakan gangguan baik secara fisik maupun psikis dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas dan tidak mampu mengatasinya. Hal ini dapat dipicu oleh beban kerja yang berlebihan dan kurangnya waktu istirahat yang memengaruhi kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan perilaku individu tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor stres kerja menurut usia, pendidikan, status pernikahan, masa kerja, dan shift kerja pada pekerja teknis di PT.X Jakarta tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan besar sampel berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Data akan dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji T dan uji Anova. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur stres kerja adalah SDS (Stress Diagnosis Survey) yang diadopsi dari Permenaker No. 5 Tahun 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata skor sebesar 109,9 dengan nilai minimum 71 dan maksimum 147. Terdapat perbedaan stres kerja antara shift kerja pagi, siang dan mala dengan p-value 0,000 dan skor tertinggi pada shift siang 122,44. Sedangkan tidak terdapat perbedaan stres kerja menurut usia dengan p-value 0,595, pendidikan dengan p-value 0,428, status pernikahan dengan p-value 0,138, dan masa kerja dengan p-value 0,200. Dari hasil tersebut, diharapkan perusahaan dapat menyelenggarakan pemeriksaan pajanan faktor psikologi secara berkala, sehingga dapat melakukan pengendalian risiko serta dapat memantau kesehatan psikis pekerja.
