<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the presence of Islamic-based financial institutions, including non-bank financial institutions. One of them is Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). The financial product used by BMT in agriculture is financing based on trade principles (murabahah). Murabaha is a trade agreement for certain products that clearly determines which products the seller buys and sells, including the price of the product that is sold to the buyer, and then makes a profit. The topic that the researchers will discuss is how the implementation of murabahah and ijarah financing for the financing of the agricultural sector at BMT UGT Sidogiri, Cikarang Pusat. This research uses qualitative research, for data collection using three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation which is carried out directly at the BMT UGT Sidogiri Cikarang Pusat office with the head of the BMT branch as the main informant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that financing in the agricultural sector of BMT UGT Sidogiri Cikarang Pusat uses murabahah and ijarah contracts, where the murabahah contract is used to meet the needs of goods, buy agricultural machinery and agricultural production facilities. While the ijarah contract is used to finance land leases.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk Pembangunan Model Saung Ramah Muslim UMKM Kecamatan Kedungwaringin Bersama STEBIS YPII. Tataran implementasi program ini sangat memerlukan keterpaduan berbagai aspek yang saling terkait satu sama lain, yaitu Sarana Produksi, Pemodalan, Potensi Lahan, Manajemen Produksi, dan Pemasaran. Pengabdian ini memfokuskan kepada Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pembangunan Model Saung Ramah Muslim, Pelatihan dan Pendampingan dalam Pengembangan UMKM Kecamatan Kedungwaringin dari Aspek Teknologi Desain Grafis, dan Rencana Pengadaan Sarana dan Prasarana untuk Menunjang Keberlangsungan Operasional UMKM Kecamatan Kedungwaringin. Kedua Pengabdian tersebut sudah terealisasikan, sedangkan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana masih dalam perencanaan. Pengabdian ini memberikan peningkatan terhadap UMKM Kecamatan Kedungwaringin dari segi kesejahteraan, penguasaan teknologi, dan produktifitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service is an activity with a number of studies that place lecturers among village communities and invite lecturers to think critically so that the way to socialize and increase their capacity by involving the community in the local area. Lecturers are faced with various challenges in implementing activity programs both individually and in groups. These challenges make community service a new experience for lecturers, as well as a place to train the abilities and skills of lecturers related to social interests. The involvement of lecturers in the local area to improve the economy of the community in the village with various creations and innovations of food that can be traded so as to provide benefits to the local community. With this community service program, it can be beneficial for people who have a business soul by socializing the manufacture and development of squid chili sauce and spring roll chips food innovations.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities aim to help empower various potentials in the environment around the Village and also its community. One of the targets in this Community Service Activity is the empowerment of MSMEs. Empowerment of MSMEs is one of the focuses in increasing income, expanding market share, and legalizing the form of MSME businesses. After implementing the Community Service programs, the results showed that the implementation of programs related to the empowerment of MSMEs, especially in Mr. Warsa's business, showed positive results. Where Mr. Warsa's business now has legalization with the possession of a NIB. As well as the creation of a business logo, packaging label, and business banner has a good impact on the marketing process with the increasing recognition of Mr. Warsa's business. Which in this case can certainly expand the market share, and increase income.]]>

<![CDATA[Many MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District area are currently still using manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and many errors are still found in bookkeeping so that it is difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. The purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency, with the hope that MSMEs in the future will be able to compete both in terms of product quality produced and in service quality. The method used in implementing guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training by applying entrepreneurial management training, financial management and marketing management to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency. The results obtained after carrying out this training activity are that the MSMEs have been able to manage their businesses (entrepreneurial management), and know financial governance (financial management) by using applications to achieve zero errors.]]>

<![CDATA[The Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Kedung Waringin District Government, Bekasi Regency is currently actively trying to develop business potential by collaborating with MSMEs. Many MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District area are currently still using manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and many errors are still found in bookkeeping so that it is difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. The purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency, with the hope that MSMEs in the future will be able to compete both in terms of product quality produced and in service quality. The method used in implementing guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training by applying entrepreneurial management training, financial management and marketing management to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency.
