Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using pinball learning media in improving the learning outcomes of class IX students at SMPN 1 Dolopo Madiun, explaining how pinball learning media can influence students' motivation and interest in learning, determining the extent to which pinball learning media can be integrated into the learning process to improve the quality of teaching. and understanding of the material, and providing recommendations for the use of interactive learning media to support improving student learning outcomes. The results showed that the student's average score in writing descriptive text was 78 in cycle 1. After using pinball media in cycle 2, the student's average score increased to 84. In cycle 3, by evaluating and using pinball media again, the average student in writing descriptive text reaches 90. Thus, the use of pinball learning media can significantly improve student learning outcomes, especially in writing descriptive text. Based on observations and evaluations carried out during the research, there was an increase in student participation and motivation in the learning process. Students are more enthusiastic and active in understanding the lesson material presented through pinball learning media. Apart from that, the results of the learning evaluation show an increase in the average student score after implementing this media. These findings indicate that pinball learning media is effective in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere and encouraging students to better understand the subject matter.

Abstract

The government set minimum service standards for exclusive breastfeeding 80%. Coverage range of exclusive breastfeeding in infants 0-6 months of Central Java in 2015 amounted to 56.1%.. The research objective was to determine the relationship between role of family and mothers motivation for exclusive breastfeeding success. The study was observational analytic with cross sectional design. Large samples of 33 were taken using saturation sampling technique. Showed no statistical relationship between the role of the family and the success of exclusive breastfeeding (OR = 0123; 95% CI 0.014 to 1.046; p = 0.055), and there is a negative relationship and statistically significant between maternal motivation and success of exclusive breastfeeding. The presence of low maternal motivation likely to succeed in exclusive breastfeeding 0.056 times thus lower than the high maternal motivation (OR = 0.056, 95% CI 0.005 to 0.663; p = 0.022). The conclusion of the research there is a significant association between maternal motivation and success of exclusive breastfeeding but there is no relationship between the role of the family and the success of exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has become a health problem in Indonesia for the past 47 years. An increase in DHF cases has occurred since 1968 and was still happened until 2015. One alternative to decrease the incidence rate of DHF was increase knowledge using health education. The aim of the study was to know the effect of health education about DHF using audiovisual methods on the level of knowledge in children. This research was observational analytic that was quasi experiment with pre and post experimental design. Subjects were 46 students in Gentan 01 Elementary School, sampel has been taken using saturated sampling techniques. The Results showed that the value of respondents' knowledge after giving health education using audiovisual media (Mean= 82.39; SD= 7.58) is greater than before giving health education (Mean= 76.09; SD= 9.00) with Effect Size (Cohens'd ) = 1.1753 and p = 0,001. The conclusion of this research showed there is an effect of health education about DHF using audivisual methods on the level of knowledge of children (p = <0.001; 95% CI -8.391 to -4.218).

Abstract

The incidence of fractures in the female sex at the age of 95-99 years is 1680 cases and the lowest at the age of 40-44 years is as many as 8 cases (Kemenkes RI, 2015). The fracture incident is the impact of osteoporosis suffered. Osteoporosis is more often found in older people, especially in women after menopause. This makes it important to know more effective promotional media to increase knowledge about osteoporosis prevention in pre-menopausal women. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effectiveness of health promotion using video media and leaflet media on the level of knowledge about osteoporosis prevention in pre-menopausal women. The research design used was quasy experimental with pre test and post test control group design. The respondents of this study were 48 people, 24 for the intervention group using a media extension in the form of video and 24 for the control group using leaflet media. Analysis with Mann-Whitney obtained the results of the average rating of the control group (15.42) lower than the intervention group (33.58) with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). Research conclusions that video media is more effective for increasing knowledge about osteoporosis prevention compared to leaflet media

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of the measurement and disclosure of biological assets on financial performance, and how this relationship is moderated by managerial ownership. Using signaling and agency theory as the theory as the theoretical foundation, the study used a sample size of 22 agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with an observation period of 2019-2022. Panel data regression analysis was used in the study with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results show that the measurement of biological assets measured by fair value has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Other result shows an insignificant relationship between biological assets disclosure and financial performance. Regarding the moderating effect, the results demonstrate that managerial ownership significant moderating effect on the relationship between the measurement of biological assets and financial performance; meanwhile managerial ownership insignificant moderating effect on the relationship between biological assets disclosure and financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar PKn siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS pada siswa kelas IXC SMP Negeri 2 Nguter semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di kelas IXC SMP Negeri 2 Nguter semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tahap-tahap analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Indikator keberhasilan adalah nilai rata-rata tes siswa sekurang-kurangnya 80,0 dan banyak siswa dengan nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu75,0 mencapai ? 90%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar PKn. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar PKn sebelum tindakan rata-rata sebesar 73,1, pada siklus I sebesar 77,1 dan setelah tindakan siklus II sebesar 81,9. Sebelum tindakan/prasiklus, prestasi belajar siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 20 siswa atau 62,5%, pada siklus I, 23 siswa atau 71,9% dan pada siklus II, 30 siswa atau 93,8%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: kasus positif Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun 2021 mencapai 12.350 dan terus mengalami penambahan jumlah. Dari jumlah tersebut terdapat 168 kasus positif Covid-19 pada ibu hamil. Tingginya angka kejadian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil perlu mendapatkan prioritas pemberian vaksin Covid-19. Kondisi fisiologis dan psikologis ibu hamil sering kali mengalami perubahan sehingga menimbulkan penurunan fungsi dari imunitas ibu dan dapat menyebabkan ibu hamil rentan untuk terinfeksi Covid-19. Kondisi ini dapat memunculkan kecemasan akan dampak dan efek samping yang timbul paska pemberian vaksinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan persepsi ibu hamil tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 dengan pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 di masa pandemi Covid-19. Subjek dan Metode: jenis penelitian ini analitik korelasional dengan desain cross sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi ibu hamil dengan pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19.  Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan dengan usia kehamilan 13-33 minggu pada bulan Januari – Februari 2023 dengan sampel yang diambil adalah total sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisa bivariat yaitu uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas persepsi responden tentang vaksin Covid-19 adalah positif yaitu 25 responden (61%) dan 16 responden mempunyai persepsi negatif (39%). Mayoritas responden melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid-19 yaitu 39 responden (95%) dan hanya 2 responden yang tidak melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid-19 (5%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak terdapat  hubungan yang secara statistik signifikan antara persepsi tentang vaksin Covid-19 dengan pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 (OR = 1,6 CI 95% 0,93 - 27,547; p=0,744). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat  hubungan yang secara statistik signifikan antara persepsi tentang vaksin Covid-19 dengan pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 (OR = 1,6 CI 95% 0,93 - 27,547; p=0,744).   Kata kunci: ibu hamil, kecemasan, persepsi, vaksin Covid-19   Background: positive cases of Covid-19 in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 reached 12,350 and the number continues to increase. Of this number, there were 168 positive cases of Covid-19 in pregnant women. The high incidence rate shows that pregnant women need to receive priority for the Covid-19 vaccine. The physiological and psychological conditions of pregnant women often change, resulting in a decrease in the function of the mother's immunity and can make pregnant women vulnerable to Covid-19 infection. This condition can give rise to anxiety about the impacts and side effects that arise after vaccination. This research aims to determine the relationship between pregnant women's perceptions about Covid-19 vaccination and the implementation of Covid-19 vaccination during the Covid-19 pandemic. Subjects and Methods: This type of research is correlational analytical with a cross sectional design to determine the relationship between pregnant women's perceptions and the implementation of Covid-19 vaccination. The subjects in this study were all pregnant women who underwent pregnancy checks with a gestational age of 13-33 weeks in January – February 2023 with the total sampling taken. The collected data was analyzed using bivariate analysis, namely the Chi Square test. The results of this research show that the majority of respondents' perceptions about the Covid-19 vaccine are positive, namely 25 respondents (61%) and 16 respondents have negative perceptions (39%). The majority of respondents carried out the Covid-19 vaccination, namely 39 respondents (95%) and only 2 respondents did not carry out the Covid-19 vaccination (5%). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa bahan ajar materi operasi bilangan bulat berdasarkan pendekatan RME ditinjau dari gaya belajar peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas enam SDN di Gugus Bahari Kecamatan Warureja, Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan  Research and Development. Metode penelitian Research and Development yang digunakan adalah model yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Uji coba pertama adalah uji coba awal untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk sebelum uji coba lapangan utama, dan diperoleh hasil bahan ajar memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” yang didapat dari hasil angket respon guru memperoleh skor 324 dan masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Setuju” dan observasi respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 4689 dan masuk kategori “Sangat Setuju”.  Selanjutnya adalah uji coba lapangan operasional, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t- test independen dengan hasil lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu nilai sig 0,001 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tersimulusnya hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menghafal surah At-Tin dengan lancar dan benar, pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti. Metode Drill yang pernah digunakan belum berhasil membuat siswa mampu menghafal dengan lancar dan benar. Tujuan Penelitian untuk meningkatan kemampuan menghafal pada Surat At-Tin di Kelas V SDN Jambeyan 1 Sambirejo Sragen Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas adalah kemampuan menghafal Surat At-tin, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Tahsin. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model Siklus.Tiap siklus terdiri 3 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang telah dilaksanakan menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Pada Pra Siklus jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 5 anak atau 19,23%, 2) Pada Siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 10 anak atau 38,46%, 3) Pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 16 anak atau 61,53%, 4) Pada siklus III jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 26 anak atau 100%.

Abstract

Background. From year to year, the number of cases of kronis in Indonesia is increasing, and the number of cases of hypertension is at an all-time high. The role of the health cadre is extremely important for the community, supporting health initiatives in both prevention and promotion. This community service aimed to increase knowledge of hypertension among health cadres. Implementation Method. The community service activity was carried out for 2 months, from September 1 to November 10, 2025. There were 29 health cadres participating in the activity, in partnership with the Plombokan Village in Semarang. Health cadres was given health education about hypertension and role of supportive-educative for patients hypertension; 6) guidance and assistance for cadres in implementing health programs aimed at improving the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases in the community. Findings. The level of health cadres' knowledge about hypertension, namely the average knowledge score of cadres, also increased from 70.34 before the activity to 75.86 after the activity. The results of the paired t-test showed a significant p-value = 0.002 (? ? 0.05), suggesting that hypertension health education increased the knowledge of health cadres. Conclusion. Through a combination of several activities in this community service program, cadres showed significant improvement in their knowledge and skills in managing chronic diseases and the Plombokan Village community, thereby improving the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
