Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui hubungan antara manajemenmutu terpadu dengan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah di SMPN 1 Praya BaratKabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitianempiris. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang guru SMPN 1 Praya Barat. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode angket sebagai metode pokok, sedangkan metode dokumentasi,observasi sebagai metode pelengkap, Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Analisisdata menggunakan teknik analisis analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa manajemen terpadu berhubungan dengan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolahdilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 0,471>0,279 . Hal ini berarti bahwa keterampilanmanajerial yang dimiliki kepala sekolah dalam memimpin sekolah memiliki ikatan pentingdengan berhasilnya manajemen mutu terpadu. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan mutu sekolahdapat diupayakan melalui peningkatan keterampilan kepala sekolah..Kata Kunci: Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, Keterampilan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah.

Abstract

Bullying adalah perilaku seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang dilakukan secara berulang dengan tujuan menyakiti korban secara mental maupun fisik, dan biasanya terjadi pada anak dan remaja dalam bentuk kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh teman sebayanya. Diperkirakan 60% anak  di Indonesia menggunakan sosial media yang berpotensi meningkatkan cyberbullying. Kejadian bullying berdampak pada diri korban seperti merasa tidak nyaman, takut, rendah diri. Saat remaja dibullying biasanya remaja membalas tindakan yang sama seperti apa yg mereka dapatkan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kejadian bullying dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja di SMP Muhammadiyah 08 Semarang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan deskriptif korelasi melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 219 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 142 siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh data dari 106 siswa(74.6%) yang mengalami kejadian bullying, 57 siswa ( 53.8% ) menggunakan mekanisme koping adaptif dan 36 siswa (25.4%) tidak mengalami kejadian bullying, 6 siswa (16.7% ) menggunakan mekanisme koping maladaptif. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan pvalue ˂ α ( 0,002 ˂ 0,05).Kata kunci: kejadian bullying, mekanisme koping, remajaTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INCIDENCE OF BULLYING WITH COPING MECHANISMS IN ADOLESCENTSABSTRACTBullying is the behavior of a person or group of people that is done repeatedly with the aim of hurting the victim mentally or physically, and usually occurs in children and adolescents in the form of violence perpetrated by their peers. It is estimated that 60% of children in Indonesia use social media which has the potential to increase cyberbullying. Bullying has an impact on the victim such as feeling uncomfortable, afraid, inferior. When teens are bullied, teens usually respond to the same actions as what they get. This study aims to determine the relationship between the incidence of bullying with coping mechanisms in adolescents at SMP Muhammadiyah 08 Semarang.This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive correlation through a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a population of 219 students and a total sample of 142 students. The data obtained were analyzed by statistical tests using the chi square test.Based on the analysis results obtained data from 106 students (74.6%) who experienced bullying, 57 students (53.8%) used adaptive coping mechanisms and 36 students (25.4%) did not experience bullying, 6 students (16.7%) used coping mechanisms maladaptive. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi seperti internet memudahkan seseorang mengakses informasi. Dampak negatif dari hal tersebut adalah peningkatan terhadap akses situs porno. Sebanyak 80% remaja di Indonesia merupakan pengguna internet dan sebagian besar remaja sudah mengenal pornografi pada usia 12 tahun. Dampak pornografi pada remaja kompulsif, adiksi dan perilaku kekerasan. Adiksi pornografi menyebabkan remaja mengalami masalah kejiwaan. Masalah kejiwaan yang paling sering terjadi adalah kecemasan (ansietas). Ansietas merupakan rasa takut yang tidak jelas disertai dengan perasaan ketidakpastian, ketidakberdayaan, isolasi dan ketidakamanan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kasus pada penanganan ansietas pada 3 remaja dengan adiksi pornografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah serial kasus (case series) dengan menguraikan pemberian terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi kelompok swabantu untuk mengatasi ansietas remaja dengan adiksi pornografi. Pengukuran ansietas menggunakan HAM-A (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat ansietas remaja dari ansietas sedang dan berat menjadi ansietas ringan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi kelompok swabantu bisa menjadi alternatif untuk penanganan ansietas pada remaja dengan adiksi pornografi.Kata kunci: kecemasan, cognitive behavior therapy, kecanduan pornografi, self help groupCOGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY AND SELF HELP GROUP INTERVENTION TO REDUCE ANXIETY IN ADOLESCENCE WITH PORNOGRAPY ADDICTION: CASE SERIESABSTRACTThe development of information technology such as internet enables someone to access information efficiently. The negative impact of this is the increase on the access to porn sites. Approximately 80% of adolescences in Indonesia are internet users and most of them are familiar with pornography since the age of 12 years old. The impact of pornography on adolescence leads to the compulsive, addictive and violent behavior. Pornography addiction causes teenagers to experience the mental problems. The most common mental problem experienced by the teenagers is anxiety. Anxiety is an uncertain fear accompanied by the feelings of uncertainty, helplessness, isolation and insecurity. This study aims to describe the cases on anxiety management of the 3 teenagers suffering from pornography addiction. The method used in this study is case series method by describing the provision of cognitive behavior therapy and self-help group therapy to overcome the anxiety of adolescences suffering from pornography addiction. The anxiety measurement uses HAM-A (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). The result shows a decreased level of adolescence anxiety from moderate and severe anxiety to mild anxiety. This result suggests that the cognitive behavior therapy and self-help group therapy are able to be an alternative of the anxiety treatment for the adolescences suffering from pornography addiction.Keywords: anxiety, cognitive behavior therapy, pornography addiction, self help group

Abstract

Hubungan yang tidak baik seringkali terjadi disekolah seperti guru yang selalu memberikan kata jelek dan menghukum fisik terhadap peserta didik yang tidak bisa mengerjakan tugas, kakak kelas yang merasa dirinya senior dan berkuasa yang selalu menindas adik kelasnya, sesama teman yang sering mengejek bahkan sampai mengucilkan, menimbulkan muculnya perlakuan bullying. Kasus bullying di sekolah dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Semarang, terdapat 136 siswa kelas VII dan ada 40 siswa pernah menjadi korban bullying. Sebagian besar terjadinya bullying karena kondisi fisik dan kurang menonjol. Perilaku bullying yang dilakukan adalah bullyingfisik dan bullying verbal. Penelitian ini berjenis studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukan melalui purposive sampling. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 6 partisipan di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Semarang yang menjadi korban bullying, dengan kriteria inklusi siswa yang menjadi korban bullying secara langsung (fisik, verbal, dan psikologis). Hasil analisa data didapatkan tiga tema yaitu penyebab remaja menjadi korban bullying, dampak tindakan bullying, dan pertahanan diri remaja yang mendapatkan perlakuan bullying. Penyebab siswa menjadi korban bullying karena siswa memiliki kekurangan fisik dan lemah dalam bersosialisasi, sehingga korba menerima ejekan, pukulan, dan juga ancaman. Perlakuan bullying berdampak pada fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Kata kunci: dampak bullying, pertahanan diri EXPLORATION OF ADOLESCENT EXPERIENCE THAT BECAME VICTIMS OF BULLYING IN SCHOOLABSTRACTBad relationships often occur in schools such as teachers who always give bad words and punish students physically who cannot work on assignments, classmates who feel themselves senior and powerful who always oppress their younger siblings, fellow friends who often mocked and even isolated, cause bullying. Bullying cases at school were conducted by researchers at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Semarang, there are 136 class VII students and there are 40 students who have been victims of bullying. Most bullying occurs due to physical conditions and is less prominent. Bullying behavior is physical bullying and verbal bullying.Thisstudy has a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The selection of research subjects was carried out through sampling. The subjects of this study were students at SMPMuhammadiyah 8 Semarang who were victimsofbullying, with the inclusion criteria for students who are victims of bullying directly (physical, verbal, and psychological).The results of data analysis obtained three themes namely there are reasons for teenagers to receive bullying treatment, the impact of adolescents who receive bullying treatment, and forms of self-defense of teenagers who get bullying treatment.Causes of students being victims of bullying because students have physical deficiencies and are weak in socializing, so the victim receives ridicule, blow, and also threats. Abstract

Sistem gaya kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya stres pada perawat.  Stres perawat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan. Gaya kepemimpinan adalah suatu cara yang digunakan oleh pemimpin dalam mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain. Kepala ruangan merupakan pimpinan yang langsung membawahi dan bertanggung jawab menggerakkan perawat pelaksana Gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang bisa mempengaruhi kinerja perawat menjadi baik atapun sebaliknya. Gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat memberikan motivasi kerja yang baik, sebaliknya gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak di harapkan akan memberikan tekanan pada perawat sehingga membuat perawat stres. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dengan stres kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. H. Soeowondo Kendal. Jenis pelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 104.Menggunakkan Proportional Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sebanyak 59 (56,7%). Dan hasil penelitian stres kerja sebagian besar responden menglami stres kerja ringan sebanyak 86 (82,7%). Hasil penelitian didapatkan  nilai p- value 0,002 lebih kecil dari α ( 0,002 ˂ 0,05), maka keputusan Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dengan stres kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja, perawatTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK STRESS OF NURSES IN THE INPATIENT ROOMABSTRACTThe leadership style system is one of the factors that influence the occurrence of stress on nurses. Nurse stress is influenced by the leadership style of the room head. Leadership style is a way used by leaders in influencing the behavior of others. The head of the room is the leader who directly supervises and is responsible for moving the implementing nurses. The leadership style of the head of the room can influence the nurse's performance to be good or vice versa. The right leadership style provides good work motivation, on the contrary the leadership style that is not expected will put pressure on nurses so that makes nurses stressed. Objective to find out the relationship between leadership style and work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. H. Soeowondo Kendal. This type of research uses a quantitative research methodology with a cross- Type quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. Sample of 104.Using Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis using chi square. The results showed that the majority of respondents in the democratic leadership style were 59 (56.7%). And the results of work stress research most respondents experienced mild work stress as much as 86 (82.7%). The results obtained p-value of 0.002 is smaller than α (0.002 ˂ 0.05), then Ho's decision is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a relationship between leadership style and nurses work stress in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Keywords: leadership style, work stress, nurses

Abstract

Nurses’ job stress is considered as a human resource management’s issue in the hospital. Study literature reviewed 13.6% of ICU nurses encounter the potential threat related to the patient safety occurrences. This study was designed to investigate the correlation between nurses’ job stress and the implementation of patient safety in the hospital in-patient room. This study used a quantitative-analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 30 respondents were recruited by using proportionate random sampling. A self-reported questionnaire was utilized to collect the data. The normality data was tested by using Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis (p<0.05). Spearman Rank test was applied to analyze the overall data. The study findings revealed there was no significant relationship between nurses’ job stress and the patient safety on the target 1 (implementation of patient identification), target 3 (drug safety improvement), target 4 (definitive location and procedure of surgery patient), target 5 (post-health-services infection risk) and target 6 (risk-falls reduction). However, the analysis was found to be statistically significant between nurses’ job stress and effective-communication enhancement (target 2 of patient safety). The study findings concluded that stress could positively impact to improve nurses’ awareness to maintain the 6 targets of patient safety

Abstract

Setiap negara memiliki warisan budaya tersendiri dalam merawat ibu pada masa kehamilan dan nifas, kebiasaan tersebut dipraktekan secara turun temurun dari generasi ke generasi. Sebagian besar daerah di Indonesia memiliki pantangan ataupun anjuran tertentu yang harus dilakukan ibu pada masa nifas.  Penelitianini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang ibu postpartum.  Sampel ditetapkan dengan menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan perawatan tradisional yang dilakukan oleh ibu postpartum di Kota Sabang meliputi massage, penggunaan ramuan, pantangan makan dan aktivitas dan melakukan kompres di perut dengan menggunakan batu yang dipanaskan maupun ramuan tertentu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi tenaga kesehatan dalam menyusun program kesehatan bagi ibu postpartum di Kota Sabang.Kata Kunci: Perawatan diri, postpartum, transcultural nursing, budayaABSTRACTEvery country has it own cultural heritage in providing cares for mothers during pregnancy and postpartum periods that are practiced from generation to generation. In most part of Indonesia, there are a number of restrictions and suggestions that should be done by postpartum mothers. This study employed a qualitative research design with phenomenological approach. The respondent in this study are ten postpartum mothers. Purposive sampling technique was apllied in determining the samples. The result of the study found that the traditionl cares performed by postpartum mothers in Sabang were messages, herbs consuming, restrictions food and certain activities, and compress on the abdominal area with heated stone. This study is expected to contribute a useful input for healthcare providers in developing health programs for postpartum mothers in Sabang.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still one of the major public health problems in Indonesia. This study aims to diagnose dengue fever with fuzzy approach. Fuzzy approach used in this research is fuzzy inference system. The process of this fuzzy inference system consists of three main stages of fuzzification, evaluation of rules and inference, and defuzzification. The inference method used is the Tsukamoto Method. The results stated that the basic rules of fuzzy in diagnosing Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is formed based on information obtained from the results of consultation with two doctors regarding the diagnosis of DHF and WHO 2009. The basic rules of fuzzy formed that is as many as 483 rules. The results showed that the level of fitting diagnosis of febrile illness bleeding dengue based on the results of fuzzy approach with the diagnosis of the doctors by 77%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe: (1) the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the problem solving ability of IT Ali Bin Abu Talib Deli Serdang Junior High School students, (2) the effect of learning independence on the problem solving ability of IT Ali Bin Abu Talib Deli Serdang Junior High School students, and (3) the interaction between learning models and learning independence on the problem solving ability of IT Ali Bin Abu Talib Deli Serdang Junior High School students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental model. The population of this research is all students of class VIII of Ali Bin Abu Talib IT Junior High School which consists of two classes. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is total sampling. Total sampling is the same sampling technique as the population. Data collection instruments are questionnaires and tests. Normality testing using Liliefors and homogeneity testing using Bartlett. The data analysis technique is two-way analysis of variance at = 0.05. The results showed: (1) there is an effect of the application of learning models on problem solving ability, this is evident from the results of statistical testing which shows Fhitung = 242.4 > Ftable 3.972, (2) there is an effect of learning independence on problem solving ability, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fhitung = 183.8 > Ftable 3.972, and (3) there is an interaction between learning models and learning independence, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fhitung = 86.3 > Ftable 3.972.

Abstract

Dayah merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang mengacu kepada proses pendidikan yang sifatnya informal. Kehadiran Dayah di tengah-tengah kemajemukan masyarakat yang terdiri dari berbagai macam ras dan agama sudah pasti memiliki berbagai macam problematika tersendiri dalam pembentukan karakter. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana problematika pembentukan karakter di lembaga pendidikan dayah yang ada di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga pendidikan dayah merupakan institusi pendidikan tertua di Aceh dan Nusantara. Dayah sudah berdiri sejak Islam masuk dan berkembang. Pada masa kesultanan, dayah mengalami kemajuan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah dayah yang kian tumbuh, dengan jumlah ulama bertambah. Serta telah mampu melahirkan karya dalam berbagai bidang pengetahuan. Keberadaan dayah sebagai lembaga pendidikan, baik yang masih menganut sistem pendidikan tradisional maupun yang modern, memiliki pengaruh besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat Aceh dan Indonesia.
