Abstract

Jalan adalah infrastruktur transportasi darat yang sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan hubungan ekonomi, baik antara satu kota dan kota lain, serta antara kota dan desa dan antara satu desa dengan desa lainnya. Kabupaten Halmahera Barat memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan roda ekonomi masyarakat, dengan meningkatnya mobilitas fisik dan sosial masyarakat. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal di kabupaten Halmahera Barat, penulis menemukan beberapa kondisi jalan rusak dengan berbagai jenis kerusakan. Dari kerusakan yang ditemukan di awal pengamatan, jenis dan tingkat kerusakan yang diamati dapat diidentifikasi dengan metode penelitian Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kerusakan pada jalan Sidangoli-Jailolo di kabupaten Halmahera Barat dan untuk mendapatkan informasi prioritas untuk penanganan kerusakan jalan berdasarkan metode PCI.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dan studi literatur, dimana penulis melakukan survei terhadap kondisi kerusakan jalan di sepanjang Sidangoli-Jailolo dan melakukan studi literatur untuk menjawab masalah yang ada menggunakan metode PCI.Hasil penelitian pada ruas jalan Sidangoli - Jailolo didasarkan pada metode PCI, dengan persentase kerusakan pada jenis kerusakan kulit buaya 7,67%, tenggelam 9,37%, retakan tepi 3,63%, jalur / bahu turun 1,13% retakan memanjang / melintang 1,39%, tambalan digali 0,03%, agregat licin 4,34%, Lubang 9,38%, retakan selip 0,40%, pengembangan rata atau 0,25%, Pelapukan dan butiran longgar 1,95%. Berdasarkan analisis metode perhitungan PCI, kondisi jalan dalam beberapa kategori termasuk kondisi sempurna di STA 3 + 000-4 + 000, 20 + 000-21 + 000 dan 29 + 000-30 + 000, kondisi sangat baik di STA 0+ 000-1 + 000, dan 7 + 000-8 + 000, kondisi baik di STA 4 + 000-5 + 000, 9 + 000-11 + 000, 12 + 000 - 14 + 000 dan 15 + 000-16 + 000, 23 + 000-25 + 000 kondisi sedang di STA 1 + 000- 3 + 000, 6 + 000-7 + 000, 8 + 000- 9 + 000, 14 + 000 -15 + 000, 16 + 000 -1-17 + 000, 22 + 000- 23 + 000, 26 + 000-27 + 000 kondisi buruk di STA 5 + 000 -6 + 000, 11 + 000- 12 + 000, 19 + 000- 20 + 000, 21 + 000- 22 +000, kondisinya sangat buruk di STA 17 + 000-18 + 000 dan 27 + 000-28 + 000, dan dengan kondisi gagal pada 18 + 000 -19 + 000, 25 + 000-26 + 000, ini membuktikan bahwa tidak ada pemeliharaan rutin yang dilakukan oleh instansi terkait yang memiliki wewenang untuk mempertahankan jalan ini.10%.

Abstract

This research was carried out on Jalan Oesman Shah on Labuha-Tomori Road. In determiningflexible pavement thickness, based on the results of analysis and calculation of PavementThickness Design Against Traffic Volume on Swamp Conditions on the Labuha-Tomori RoadSection using the Road Pavement Design Manual Number 02 / M / BM / 2013. Based on theexisting plan, this Labuha-Tomori road section in South Halmahera Regency, North MalukuProvince is an arterial road with 2-lane 2-way road type using the median (2/2 UD), plan width of10 meters, width of existing traffic lane 4, 5 meters, median width of 1 meter, and plannedshoulder width 2.40 m. Based on the results of the analysis of growth rates obtained traffic growthrates of 33.066% over the life of the plan, determining the distribution factor of the lane and thecapacity of the lane of lane 1 and the vehicle in the design lane taken 100%. The equivalent loadfactor can be determined using the value of VDF (Vehicle Damage Factor) according to thesurvey results in the field. The traffic volume plan to determine the CESA4 value = 18,835,021.85= 18.84 million is used for the selection of pavement types while the CESA5 value =33,903,039.33 = 33.90 million is used to determine the type of flexible pavement based on thedesign chart provided in The Road Pavement Design Manual Number 02 / M / BM / 2013, ishighly emphasized in terms of the improvement of subgrade, by looking at the condition of theCBR of the subgrade and CESA5 which will be received by pavement. So if the pavement CBR is5.20% and CESA5 is 33.90 Million, the flexible pavement design is of 2 kinds in the design ofpavement thickness: AC - WC = 4 cm, AC - BC = 15.5 cm, CTB = 15 cm, LPA Class A = 15 cm,Choice of 10 cm and AC - WC = 4 cm, AC - BC = 6 cm, AC BASE = 18 cm, LPA = 30 cm, Choiceof Stock = 10 cm, and Subgrade = 5.20%

Abstract

ABSTRACT Creativity is a person's ability to express his ideas or ideas as outlined in the form of work. The learning creativity of the students can be influenced by various factors including the attitudes of parents or teachers and learning motivation. The attitude of parents or teachers in dealing with children's creativity is to create a conducive atmosphere so that children's creativity can develop optimally. In addition, the students' learning creativity can also be influenced by learning motivation, high learning motivation will encourage students to be more creative in learning. The creativity referred to in this research is to make decoration designs for the students by expressing their creativity through the hopes, ideals and conditions of the current era and then poured into the form of wall decoration works. With these reasons and foundations, we together want to foster the creativity of students and students at the Tunas Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School Foundation to have the skills to make wall hanging decorations. Creativity from an early age is very important for students in improving good human resources. In the presentation of making wall decorations that we made, it was intended that the students could understand how to make attractive decoration designs. We are happy and proud to be able to carry out PKM at the Tunas Insan Mulia Foundation, Sawangan, Depok. Keywords: Creativity, Students, and Decoration  ABSTRAK Kreativitas adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mengungkapkan ide atau gagasannya yang dituangkan dalam bentuk karya. Kreativitas belajar para santri dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor antara lain sikap orang tua atau guru dan motivasi belajar. Sikap orang tua atau guru dalam menghadapi kreativitas anak adalah menciptakan suasana yang kondusif agar kreativitas anak dapat berkembang secara optimal. Selain itu kreativitas belajar para santri juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar, motivasi belajar yang tinggi akan mendorong para santri untuk lebih kreatif dalam belajar. Kreativitas yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat desain dekorasi untuk siswa dengan mengekspresikan kreativitasnya melalui harapan, cita-cita dan kondisi zaman sekarang yang kemudian dituangkan ke dalam bentuk karya hiasan dinding. Dengan alasan dan landasan tersebut, kami bersama-sama ingin menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas santriwan dan santriwati di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Tunas Insan Mulia untuk memiliki keterampilan membuat hiasan hiasan dinding. Kreativitas sejak dini sangat penting bagi siswa dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Dalam penyajian pembuatan hiasan dinding yang kami buat ini bertujuan agar para siswa dapat memahami cara membuat desain hiasan yang menarik. Kami senang dan bangga bisa melaksanakan PKM di Yayasan Tunas Insan Mulia, Sawangan, Depok. Kata Kunci: Kreatifitas, Santri, dan Dekorasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether instructional media can be used to share learning messages and data. Students will better understand and understand the material in a well-designed learning environment. The learning environment is also increasingly advanced in the information and globalization era. Learning to use information technology (IT) is a must. Media functions in the learning process as a teaching tool and as a source of information and news. Each learning environment has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the use of the learning environment must be adequately planned. The learning environment is growing in the current information and globalization era. There is an argument that using information technology (IT) as a learning method is necessary.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of virtual teachers and teaching robots as transformative innovations in learning systems in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). With the development of AI technology, this research focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

Abstract

Dikotomi antara ilmu naqli dan aqli dalam pendidikan Islam menjadi tantangan serius dalam penyusunan kurikulum yang integratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pendekatan integratif dengan mengaitkan nilai-nilai tauhid dan prinsip keilmuan dalam kurikulum spiral progression. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif jenis studi pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelusuran literatur pada basis data elektronik dan katalog perpustakaan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis dengan triangulasi sumber dan peer debriefing untuk menjaga validitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum yang memadukan nilai spiritual dan etika Islam memperkuat pemahaman peserta didik serta meningkatkan kompetensi ilmiah. Pembelajaran kolaboratif dan kontekstual juga mendorong kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kerja sama. Temuan ini berdampak pada terbentuknya profil insan kamil yang berkarakter dan adaptif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum integratif berbasis nilai pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan Islam serta riset lanjutan dalam konteks pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the role of digital competence in mediating the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance in the digital era. The study was conducted in Samarinda City with a quantitative approach and path analysis method using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on digital competence (β = 0.672, p < 0.001) and teacher performance (β = 0.538, p < 0.001), both directly and indirectly. After including digital competence as a mediating variable, the direct influence of leadership on performance decreased to β = 0.285, with an indirect effect of β = 0.413 and a Variance Accounted For (VAF) value of 52.8%, indicating the existence of partial mediation. These findings confirm that digital competence is an important mechanism that bridges the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance. Therefore, the integration of transformational leadership development strategies with digital competency training is the key to improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

The digital transformation in education demands school principals to act as visionary, adaptive, and transformative digital leaders. Their role extends beyond providing infrastructure—it involves integrating technology into school management and the learning process. This study systematically examines the principal’s role as a digital leader in educational institutions and identifies existing research gaps. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes scholarly articles indexed in SINTA 1, Scopus, WoS, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor and Francis, Copernicus, and EBSCO from the past ten years. Inclusion criteria focused on digital leadership, educational leadership, and the role of principals. Thematic analysis revealed that digital leadership significantly enhances teaching quality, teachers’ digital literacy, and the development of a technology-driven school culture. Principals who embrace digital leadership foster innovation, collaboration, and more efficient resource management. However, challenges remain, including policy sustainability, teacher resistance to technology, digital access disparities, and limited research on digital ethics and security. The findings highlight the need for a supportive ecosystem involving government, educators, parents, and communities. This study recommends sustained digital leadership training, inclusive policymaking, and further exploration of the long-term impact of digital leadership on educational equity.
