Abstract

Kota Malang terus menggencarkan pertanian perkotaan melalui urban farming mulai dari tingkat RT/RW hingga ke perkantoran. Urban farming merupakan kegiatan produktif untuk memanfaatkan ruang terbuka serta sebagai optimalisasi lahan pekarangan dan lahan kosong sekitar rumah. Urban farming juga bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam penganekaragaman konsumsi pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal. Warga di Kelurahan Mojolangu khususnya di kawasan RT 04 RW 18 saat ini sedang menjalankan program urban farming dengan membudidayakan berbagai jenis tanaman, buah dan sayuran dengan berfokus pisang sebagai tanaman icon kampungnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep urban farming agar dapat memenuhi ketahanan pangan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga menjadikan lingkungan semakin hijau dan sehat. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pengondisian lapangan pada saat survei dan pelaksanaan kegiatan; menyiapkan bahan- bahan yang disumbangkan kepada warga RW 18 Mojolangu; melakukan dokumentasi; dan membantu menyusun laporan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa konsep urban farming yang diterapkan di RW 18 Kelurahan Mojolangu, Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service activities carried out by STIE Malangkucecwara lecturers is to help MSMEs so that their products are better known by the public. During a pandemic like this, it is very important to help MSMEs in developing and marketing their products. All sectors feel the sluggish economic activity. For this reason, the support of the government and academia is very much needed by MSMEs in maintaining and improving their business. By facilitating SMEs in product exhibitions at the MSME Expo, it is hoped that MSMEs will be even more motivated in improving the quality of their products. With this Expo activity, MSME products in Blimbing Subdistrict, Malang City, which consist of sambal pecel, pastries, jamu turmeric tamarind, brownies, sweet salad spices and dolls have the opportunity to market their products. So that MSME products can be better known to the wider community. In this activity, MSMEs also distribute brochures and business cards to add promotional tools, so that with the end of the Expo, product marketing will continue.

Abstract

Argosari Village is a village that is very active in making efforts to improve the welfare and economy of its citizens by providing various knowledge and skills, especially for PKK and Karang Taruna women. The results of observations and preliminary interviews showed that most of the people of Argosari village did not know that entrepreneurship is a person's ability to create jobs for himself and others. This service aims to help the community to develop self-confidence, as well as a need for achievement so that a high work ethic arises, and is happy to work hard. The method used is to socialize the program, provide materials, training and mentoring. The result of this service is the increase in participants' skills in sewing bags and masks as well as assembling mask connector materials.

Abstract

Usaha UMKM di Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage Malang saat masa pandemi covid-19 harus bisa bertaahan terutama di era new normal dan harus bisa meningkatkan usahananya, utamanya bisa melaksanakan tertib membuat pembukuan utamanya pengelolaan kas nya secara efektif. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini diberikan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage Malang dengan cara memberikan pelatihan bagaimana membuat cashflow (arus kas) dengan mudah dan efektif untuk mengetahui seberapa pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang dibutuhkan dalam usahanya,. Para peserta pelatihan sangat antusias terlihat dari aktifnya bertanya kepada pemateri. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilaksanakan di kampus STIE Malangkucecwara. Peserta pelatihan terdiri para pelaku UMKM di Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage. Hasil PkM menunjukan para peserta semangat dan tertarik untuk melaksanakan pengelolaan kas yang baik dan secara disiplin, yang selanjutnya akan membuat usaha mereka menjadi meningkat dan berkemban.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (2) pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Objek penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan tuperware di Kota Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang diisi secara langsung oleh 100 responden Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan analisis jalur (path analyse). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (1) ada pengaruh antara variabel brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (2) ada pengaruh antara variabel brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) secara tidak langsung brand image dan kualitas produk melalui kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

An understanding of health is very important, especially for women at an old age,because there have been many changes in bodily functions, muscles, bones andjoints, and respiration so that they are susceptible to health problems. One of theactivities to keep you healthy in dealing with changes in body function is exercise.In this regard, LPPM STIE Malangkucecwara held coaching and mentoringactivities in Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This activityaims to (1) provide health insights to elderly woman about the importance ofexercise (2) provide proper sports knowledge for elderly women. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Malang City government in building digital marketing innovations for SMEs in the creative craft industry. Innovation in digital marketing in Indonesia continues to grow along with changing trends and market needs, including the craft creative industry. In addition to the cities of Bandung, Bali and Yogyakarta which are known for their craft creative industry SMEs, Malang City is also one of the important cities in Indonesia in the craft creative industry SMEs. To examine more deeply the role of the Malang City Government, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Descriptive qualitative research methods include the use of observation, interviews, case studies, or document analysis. The collected data is then systematically analyzed and interpreted to describe and explain the observed phenomena. The results show, in addition to being supported by the ecosystem, demography, geography and tourism in Malang City, the Malang city government also has a significant role in efforts to Build Digital Marketing Innovation for SMEs in the Creative Industry Kriya. This can be seen from holding a Technical Workshop on Creative Craft and Fashion Industries for Small and Medium Industries (IKM), and the construction of the Malang Creative Facility (MCC) Building located on Jalan Ahmad Yani Utara Malang City, East Java, used as an incubation facility for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and the creative economy sector.

Abstract

Toyomarto Village in Singosari District, Malang has the potential to be developed as an integrated digital-based tourism destination. This community service activity aims to create synergies between tourism villages, communities, and other related institutions and stakeholders; improve the competence of human resources managing tourism villages; develop integrated education trip tour packages; and increase economic benefits for the wider community. Implementation of methods included FGDs and training of Pokdarwis and managers. The results achieved that the increasing of the capacity of tourism village managers in financial management and digital marketing; developing of integrated education trip tour packages; and increasing the cooperation between tourism stakeholders in Toyomarto Village. In conclusion, assistance in managing Toyomarto Tourism Village in an integrated manner can make this village a sustainable digital-based tourism village towards a global tourism village.

Abstract

One of the efforts to develop the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang is the development of product diversification. This is an effort that can be developed in order to find a unique heritage village of Kajoetangan, Malang city with other tourist villages in Indonesia. This form of diversification is the buildings of ancient houses that can be fixed so as to present the atmosphere of the Dutch colonial era to visitors to this tourist village.In addition to buildings, it also presents old products that can support this, such as ancient chandeliers, old moped, vintage motorbikes, as well as old furniture and household items.Supporting the product diversification is a strategic plan for culinary centers or traditional hawker sellers carried out by local residents so as to support the colonial era nuance to visitors of the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang city.Another supporter of this diversification is the strategic plan for the center for selling souvenirs typical of the Kajoetangan heritage village in the form of t-shirts with Kajoetangan heritage images, old-style lurik clothes, Malangan blangkon, and other souvenirs. This will make the characteristic of a wooden heritage village that distinguishes it from other tourist villages. This is a good strategic plan for the development and promotion of media for the Kajoetangan heritage villageStrategy Plan for Diversification of tourism products that do not exist in other tourist villages in Malang and other cities in Indonesia. The photo spot is a tourist destination for existing visitors. To be able to upload photos on social media owned.
