Abstract

South Kalimantan has great potential in the development of fisheries and marine sector in order to increase regional development and community welfare. Haruan (Cork) is one of the popular local fishes in South Kalimantan. Efforts to develop the processed fish Haruan (Gabus) itself, especially in South Kalimantan is still not optimal, the processed fish that Cork is mostly done is processing of salted fish Cork and crackers. In the city of Banjarmasin itself the most processed development of Gabus fish is the processing of crackers. Haruan fish cracker processing business has not been run optimally. Processing crackers in Banjarmasin there are many in the district of North Banjarmasin, especially in the village of North Kuin. The method used in this activity is through counseling / delivery of materials, discussion, implementation, evaluation, and mentoring. The objective of this activity is expected to increase income for Haruan fish cracker processing business through innovation and technology transfer with packaging improvement, production increase and establishment of cooperatives which will ultimately improve the prosperity for the community so that the economy and tourism sector of the region can be more developed. The result of this activity is the change of Haruan Rahmatul fish cracker and Haruan Hj fish cracker. Maspah previously used simple packaging without being pressed with special tools and with less attractive labels then after the counseling and providing the aid of press machines, plastic packaging and labels, became standard packaging so it can be sold in mini market and gift shop. The owner of Haruan Rahmatul and Hj. Maspah also has recorded (bookkeeping) in their business activities. In the production process of cracker cutting that was previously manual after the help of a tool to make the cracker chip crackers in the process of cutting more efficient kerupuknya. In the case of the establishment of a cooperative for Haruan fish cracker business which is incorporated in Citra 2 group is still in process because it is still not sufficient to fund the principal savings.

Abstract

Sampah menjadi permasalahan utama dalam kehidupan kita sekarang ini, jika sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik makan akan berakibat patal bagi lingkungan. Pengandian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan unrtuk mengedukasi masyarakat di Desa Semangat Dalam untuk mengelola sampah dengan sistem membakar sampah tanpa asap. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1). membuat alat pembakar sampah tanpa asap 2). Sosialisasi metode ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat mengenai alat pembakar sampah tanpa asap. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat alat pembakar sampah tanpa asap terdiri dari komponen utama tungku pembakaran sampah, saluran asap menuju filter, dan nozel saprai. Dalam sosialisainya Jumlah kehadiran peserta yang hadir sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu berjumlah 15 peserta, peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan hingga akhir dan aktif bertanya saat sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dan Ada beberapa peserta ingin membuat alat pembakar sampah di rumahnya masing-masing.

Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan Software AutoCAD untuk guru-guru dan siswa-siswi SMK Islam Sabilal Muhtadin dan melakukan pedampingan kepada guru pembelajaran gambar teknik. Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, adalah guru SMK Islam sabilalmutadin yang mengajar gambar mesin. Kegiatan menggunakan metode pelatihan langsung (hands on) berupa pemaparan/presentasi, tutorial serta diskusi. Monitoring dan Evaluasi dilakukan bagi yang telah mengikuti kegiatan, metode yang digunakan dalam monitoring dan evaluasi adalah memberikan peserta tugas menggambar kemudian kami catat waktu yang butuhkan untuk menyelesaikan tugas gambar tersebut. Hasil evaluasi paling lama- lama peserta menyelesaikan tugas gambar adalah 35 menita dan yang paling cepat adalah 20 menit. Rata-tara peserta mampu menyelesaikan tugas gambar selama 27.09 menit. Dari hasil evaluasi ini dapat dikatakan bahwa semua pesereta pelatihan sudah mampu menggambar teknik dengan aplikasi AutoCad dengan baik dapat dikatakan juga keterampilan mereka sudah jauh meningkat dari yang awalnya tidak bisa menjadi bisa.

Abstract

The development of automotive technology in Indonesia is directly proportional to the use of a lubricant that consumption is also developed from the technology. But from the proposal, we could not confirm whether the factory owners of output oil is better than the oil output in the factories. Of motor vehicle, gas emissions as a source of air pollution reached 60-70 % largest, compared to an industry that is only around 10-15 %. the remembrance of the danger of exhaust gas emissions, business needs to be to control air pollution so that the negative impact of mankind can be minimized. This report is written with the experimental methods, by doing observation experiment every new brand oil and gas emissions. This report is written with the experimental methods are, with supervising the case spread experiment luminance to the change of a brand oil and test it of gas emission of the exhaust. The results of this honda motor vehicle Scoopy 2013 is better to use the oil the list of top 1 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 64.6 oC. Honda motor vehicle scoopy 2015 is better to use the Ahm Mpx2 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 73.6 oC Honda motor vehicle scoopy 2017 is better to use the Top 1 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 66.7 oC. Condition and exhaust gas emissions could be lowered in concluded that honda Scoopy 2013 with Top 1 oil is about CO which better for that which is 0.96 while for the program the nature of all that HC and CO2 that is good uses Ahm Mpx2 oil. Honda Scoopy 2015 with Ahm Mpx2 oil is about CO, HC, and CO2 who good and stable. Honda Scoopy 2017 with Top 1 oil is about CO which better for that which is 0.81 while for the program the nature of all that HC that is good uses Ahm Mpx2 oil and CO2 that is good use Evalube oil.

Abstract

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) said that the current national electricity consumption is still relatively small, namely one-quarter of the indicators of developed countries in the world. With a figure of 956 Kilowatt-hour (KWh) per capita, Indonesia's electricity consumption has only reached 23.9% of the electricity consumption of developed countries of 4000 KWh per capita. Based on field observation data, the temperature in the economizer pipe ranges from 280 0C to 330 0C even though it should be between 350 0C to 470 0C (Manual Book PT. Wijaya Triutama) is based on operational standards for a maximum load of 4 MW. A decrease in the temperature in the economizer pipe which is already below the limit will certainly cause a reduction in the electrical power generated and then fuel consumption will increase from 5 tons of wood waste per hour to 7 tons of wood waste per hour. Based on data analysis and discussion, conclusions can be drawn regarding the economizer analysis on boilers that work below the normal limit of gas temperature of 330.9 0C which should be normal temperature of 470.6 0C then water temperature of 152.3 0C which should be 234.8 0C due to several factors including is the contamination in the economizer pipe which causes the temperature to drop, then the efficiency value in the economizer before the research is 58.0% and after repairs and cleaning of the economizer pipe is 70.2% the value of the temperature increase is very influential on the boiler that produces steam pressure Very large.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masuarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para pemuda dan masyarakat desa Barunai baru mengenai perawatan berkala sepeda motor. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah berupa metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab dan metode demonstrasi. Abstract

Liquid smoke consists of phenolic compounds, carbonyl compounds, acids, water, tar compounds, and benzopyrene. Natural wood material consisting of hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin decomposes at high temperatures into more than 300 compounds consisting of more than 70 types of carbonyls as ketones and aldehydes, 20 types of acids, 11 types of furans, 45 types of phenols, 13 types of alcohols and esters. , 12 types of polycyclic aromatic carbon, and 13 types of lactones. The research method is by designing tools, and cutting/making liquid smoke tools, then drying them in the sun to be completely dry, Weighing the coconut material before putting it into combustion, assembling and connecting the house pipe hose from the reactor to the tar to the condenser pipe, making sure there are no the leak between the connections, before being put in the combustion furnace, turn on the fire in the reactor tube, install the condenser pipe in the condenser tube and fill the water in the condenser tube, record the results of liquid smoke every 8 hours and fill the material into the combustion tube. From the results of the research that has been carried out, there are differences in the results of liquid smoke obtained, then the charcoal results obtained, there is a difference in weight produced between the previous tool and the tool that is now designed, the most influencing factor is the condenser design, where the condenser can cool the smoke that comes out , due to the long cooling cycle that affects the results. The results obtained on the previous tool were 3.754 ml of liquid smoke, 6.5 kg of residual charcoal, and liquid smoke yield of 12.5% ​​with a burning time of 48 hours, and the production rate of liquid smoke was 78.2 ml/hour. The results of the research obtained on the new tool produced 7.095 ml of liquid smoke, 5.6 kg of residual charcoal, and 23.6% yield of liquid smoke with a burning time of 48 hours, and the production rate of liquid smoke was 147.8 ml/hour.

Abstract

Energy in recent years has become a critical problem in the world. The increasing demand for energy due to population growth and depleted reserves is the problem of World Oil and Emissions. Fossil fuels bring pressure on every country to produce and use renewable energy. In addition, world oil prices have risen to $100 per barrel, which is also a serious cause that affects many countries' people. countries in the world, especially Indonesia. The method that needs to be used to improve the scarcity of Lpiji gas in Ambawang Village, Batu Ampar District is by using cow dung to become biogas. The stages are: Designing a household-scale biogas appliance, preparing materials and equipment, and testing the household-scale biogas appliance that has been designed. So it can reduce the scarcity of Lpiji gas. Based on observations in the Ambawang Village area, Batu Ampar District, they admitted that obtaining LPG fermented by anaerobic bacteria was difficult. The largest change in manometer air height occurred on days 19 and 30 in Variation S1, the change in manometer air height was 4 cm compared to the previous day. The total height of the manometer for 30 days was 28.2 cm. The pressure of biogas produced for 30 days was 104090.4 N/m2, the maximum amount of biogas evolution on days 19 and 30 was 0.4192011 m3, and the total amount of biogas for 30 days was 12.15 m3. The methane gas produced during 30 days of fermentation can be used on the stove for 51 minutes 34 seconds, and the color of the flame is slightly bluish, indicating that the methane gas produced still contains a small percentage of water. And can heat 1.5 liters of 93°C water for 12 minutes.

Abstract

Bangkit Baru village is located in Barito Kuala, Mandastana sub-district, with a population of ± 1000 people, the majority of the people of Bangkit Baru village make their living as rice farmers, the area of ​​agricultural fields is up to 5,424 hectares, the size of the agricultural land in the village indicates that the majority of local people still depend on agricultural land. Rice is one of the staple foods of the Indonesian people. The development of an area means fertile agricultural land with agricultural products and plantations in the area which are useful for supplying food which is currently still declining. In this activity, the team carried out several methods, including field surveys, then continuing to look for problems that were hampering the local community and making tools to deal with pests and grasshoppers, as well as outreach to local residents. The use of this trap light tool is as a pest trap, the LED lights are included. The device will light up at night, the light will attract insect pests so they will fall into a container filled with water which is right under the UV lamp. Then, the water in the container will trap insects, this is a natural pest exterminator without using chemicals that are still used by local people.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemeliharaan alat berat Caterpillar Off-Highway Truck 785C dari 87% Physical Availability pada periode Oktober 2022 hingga September 2023 ke target minimal 92% Physical Availability. Data dikumpulkan dari data riwayat perawatan Caterpillar Off- Highway Truck 785C di PT XYZ Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Six Sigma untuk menganalisis akar penyebab dan meminimalkan kerusakan pada perawatan Caterpillar Off-Highway Truck 785C. Metode Six Sigma merupakan metode pengendalian kualitas atau proses yang dikembangkan di perusahaan manufaktur yaitu Motorola Company pada awal tahun 1990 yang telah berkembang secara signifikan di General Electric. Six Sigma berupaya meningkatkan kualitas keluaran proses dengan mengidentifikasi dan menghilangkan penyebab cacat (kesalahan) dan meminimalkan variabilitas dalam proses bisnis. Implementasi Six Sigma melalui beberapa tahapan-tahapan yang biasa disebut DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyst, Improve, dan Control). Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan beberapa program yang dapat dilakukan, yaitu pelatihan penyegaran bagi operator dan pelatihan teknis bagi mekanik, penggantian komponen yang terindikasi bermasalah, penyediaan stok routable radiator dan project intervensi disertai penjadwalan penggantian engine, pemeliharaan control sheet
